I
experienced
my
first
tasting
menu
last
night
....
it
was
truly
a
pleasure
to
the
eye
and
the
stomach.
I
loved
the
philosophy
that
the
restaurant
has
adapted
...
using
ingredients
only
available
in
Quebec.
They
are
only
open
4
months
of
the
year.
There
were
7
courses,
lots
of
vegetables
presented
in
the
most
unusual
way
(cucumber
sorbet,
zucchini
strips
with
melon,
beet
puree,
cauliflower
couscous,
etc,
etc.).
The
arctic
char
was
probably
my
favourite.
All
the
courses
arrived
at
the
table
beautifully
presented
sometimes
on
lovely
pressed
glass
plates,
or
lovely
ceramic
dishes
(that
I
wanted
to
go
buy).
Service
was
attentive,
but
not
rushed.
The
restaurant
had
an
antique
ambiance
...
exposed
beams,
tin
ceiling,
hard
wood
floors,
with
accents
of
Quebec
folklore
here
and
there.
It
was
maybe
a
little
loud
at
times,
but
that
could
have
been
the
noise
generated
at
our
table?
I
would
highly
recommend
this
restaurant.
