We went to take dinner with my husband and his team, the waitresses are amazing, we don't speak French and didn't have any problems :) The carbonera was amazing and the affogato desert was yummi!!

Service was professional. They asked us if we wanted to hang our coats, opened my chair, and the evening staff was very nice. Someone always came to fill our water glasses and asked us if everything was okay. We had the fried calamari which was delicious (not many people can get that cooked correctly) and I had the fettuccine Alfredo, which was super tasty! They don’t hassle you to get out and let you take your time. An evening well spent!

This a great restaurant. What a great find for Italian food. The food and service were so good 👍 😋. What a great evening experience. Make sure to enjoy an appetizer and a glass of wine with your meal, amazing.

The food was nicely cooked, and it was flavourful enough. Nothing extraordinary at Ciccio though. You can expect a decent meal with balanced dishes, but nothing more and nothing less. The Fettucine Alfredo is really bland. It was the only dish we found that was hard to finish out of everything we tried here.

Food was great especially the steak. The salmon fish was not upto expectation so no points for that. The highlight was the dessert.

Exceptional Italian cuisine in a cozy, white tablecloth dining room. Soup was delicious and clearly homemade, as was the fromage cheese appetizer which was creamy and flavorful. Pasta was cooked to perfection and wasn’t too oily with just the right amount of spice. Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend this Italian dive in Quebec City.

Very good services and food. Recommend the snail with cream sauce. Price is soooooo nice for this kind of environment ans services. A $34 meal, I got a entree, a soup, a pasta, and a dessert! Even the free bread is amazing! Wow!

Everything was great except the underwhelming pasta. 10 small tortelini covered in a huge amount of bland sauce for 24$ Girlfriend's pasta had a lot more but tasted like a frozen dish too. I'm kinda surprised after reading the positive reviews on here.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Amazing! We ordered 4 different dishes and all of them were delicious. The service was spectacular. Highly recommend it. It is one of the best restaurants in quebec.

A classic style Italian Bistro/trattoria, the food is great and the service was the highlight, prompt and quick, the only thing is the menus needs to be more detailed with the ingredients of each plate, we took the polpette di vitello (beautiful)and the Scalopini Di parmagiana (the veal too thin for the crust).

Excellent bread!! Hubby and I loved our pastas, it was delicious. Also loved the cassata ice cream we ordered at the advice of our server.

Everything was excellent about this restaurant. The staff were friendly and super attentive. The food was amazing. I would definitely go there again if I ever visit Quebec City again. If you're in the mood for some good Italian then this is definitely the place.

You’ll like this choice. Walked easy 10 minutes from Hilton in opposite direction from busy tourist area to neighborhood restaurant. Staff was attentive, and friendly, not pushy for you to finish. Food was tasty and portioned right, dessert yummy. Enjoy!

Excellent food with friendly and attentive service. Good value for money. Ate there twice during our 6 night stay in Quebec and thoroughly enjoyed both evenings. Very popular with locals and away from the main tourist area which is a bonus! Highly recommended!

Very attentive service and a delicious meal. We ordered the fried calamari and it was perfectly cooked. The clam linguini in white sauce just leaves you wanting more, and portions are right. You can’t go wrong having a meal here.

For an Italian restaurant and based on previous reviews, I was expecting to have a better experience. The bread was cold and hard. The butter also. The appetizer was lacking, soggy and small for the price. After our wine came, our waiter disappeared. The food was mediocre. I’ve never posted a google review before but felt this was warranted. Very disappointed.

Amazing discovery. Many times have passed in front of and never through how was from inside. Very good Italian food with a friendly and classy service on the top. Every detail was perfect amd made us feel cozy and charmed. Looking forward for a next visit.

The food is awesome, the atmosphere is quiet. The servers are very mature and experienced. During my dinner I do not need to wave my hands once. They will come to you at the right time at the right moment. Is like they know you are about to need some service. And the price is very very affordable. I had a 3 course meal and my wife has a big plate of pasta. We only spent 60+dollars. We could have some whine but I m not a drinker so we didn't.

Good, quiet, and out of the way. After seeing how busy (and loud) a lot of the old-quarter restaurants were, we started searching for something off the beaten track. We found Ciccio, a delightful Italian restaurant with a Doris Day ambiance and delicious Italian food. If you're looking for a quiet dinner with a glass of wine and some excellent Carbonara, look no further.

The ambiance of the place is very cozy, romantic. Good collection of wines. Ordered a pasta and eggplant parmigiana; both delicious! And the crew is always smiles and always friendly. Amazingly prompt service. Recommend booking a table in advance.

The food was very good. I ordered a carbonara and the portion was plentiful. You can't go wrong with the restaurant. You need to make a reservation because it is always full.

Decent service, exceptional meal with reasonable price. Spent 3 days in the city, tried as many fancy restaurants as I could, and this one brought me the most satisfaction.
