Food was good and everyone in my family did enjoy their meal. Service was very good. The server was funny and fast. Overall it was good but a bit pricy for what you get.

Horrible service, we show up at 8:45 and they refuse to service because their kitchen closes at 10PM. Doesn’t make sense how much their employees and their manager didn’t care about customers satisfaction.

Awful experience!!! We ordered the "delice pour deux" plate... on the photo it was absolutely delicious: steaks, some sausages, some fried shrimps, grilled zucchini and red peppers with some fresh green salad and fried potatoes.... yummy!!! That's what we thought. When we got our plate.... what a deception!!! On the nice wooden board we got a huge mountain of fries where on the top there was placed: two quarters of zucchini, three slices of the red peper, one and a half sausage , 5 leaves of arugula, the steak was such a disaster: from 1 cm slim to nothing... cold and dry .62 $ pour fried potatoes is a bit expensive .

Bland tasting meal, small portions - not worth the price. Interestingly enough, the waiter didn't ask me how my meal was although he did ask the other 2 people I was there with. (They shared my same sentiments of bland, small and expensive for what you get). I did pay 15% as a tip as the service was ok but the food wasn't worth it. All 3 of us decided that we'll not being going to any Pacini locations going forward.

First time going. As soon as I entered, got welcomed with a smile. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. As soon as the waiter came, he asked if its my first time, he explained about the all you can eat bread so I just had to go dig in and check it out (4 choices of bread and choices of butter), toast it yourself. The menu options are super affordable, u get served with a smile as well. I'll definitely be back.

Went for a late breakfast, noon time waited approximately 6 minutes. Found us a nice seating area even though the restaurant was full. We ordered within 5 minutes coffee on the table within 2 minutes and our plates in about 7 minutes. Pleasant host as well as the waitress, for being that busy, they didn't skip a beat. Highly recommended, clean and charming and plenty of parking since it is situated in the mall.

Food was absolutely excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The bread bar was awesome - very unique and tasty!

Very nice and friendly restaurant with warm family atmosphere and tasty food. Initially we had some doubts based on their 3.9 rating but the place turned out to be fabulous. We didn't speak French so the manager/owner found an English speaking waitress and made sure we were comfortable. We definitely recommend the place.

Amazing! The food cooks a while, but while it cooks you can enjoy FREE bread!You can make it a toast with a BBQ style. You also have 5 toppings. The staff is really friendly. We had a older waiter, who was increadibly polite. The food tatses amazing, the coffee is actually better than Starbucks. You have any Italian food, I'm talking pizza, meat, and some veggie options. I can't describe how amazing it felt, the dessert is also REALLY GOOD. I ate and recommend the fruit bowl with crumbs thing. Thanks!!!!!

A short drive from our Hotel Plaza, my daughter and I decided to eat at Pacini after our shopping trip to the Quatre Bourgeois Mall. It was not very busy but the service was slow; slow to greet and seat, slow to order drinks and get them; same goes for taking the order and getting our food. Our server was nice. On the other hand, the food was delicious, the menu offers lots of choices. We had no room left for desserts but they looked divine. The restaurant is clean and the atmosphere is relaxed, we enjoyed it, thankfully we were not in a hurry. We would go again.

Breakfast isnt worth it. Prices are higher than other well known breakfast chains and it's not as good.

This was the most mid experience of my life. Food was not worth the price, the Alfredo tastes like nothing, the ravioli is ok, and the shrimp linguine tasted like shrimp in Campbells tomato soup. Don’t waste your time.
