Came here for breakfast, the service and drinks were wonderful! Bilingual staff so it was really nice, we came here since our accommodation was nearby. The space is lovely and as a bonus to bakery items they have donuts! We came on a Thursday morning!

Absolutely wonderful bakery! We ate here for breakfast a few times on our recent trip to Quebec City and liked everything we tried from croissants to donuts! This place was better than some of the more well known bakeries.

This will be my go to place for a work day and for their amazing donuts that pairs wonderfully well with their coffee. The donuts are fresh and vanish quickly off the counter if you are not early. My favorite is the kiwi donut.. can’t wait to go back here

This is definitely 5 star coffee experience. This rating based on coffee quality and overall experience. Coffee is professionally balanced and made from fresh roasted beans. Espresso - very smooth and delicious for my taste. Beautiful space, coffee served in professional cups, which enhances coffee experience. Very friendly professional service! I will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a true coffee experience.

The donuts here were amazing at the sweet tasting coffee was roasted fresh in store within an array of branded products to choose from. The donuts here were the best tasting doughnuts I've ever eaten my life Thanks for letting us reserve these ones raspberry white chocolate and cherry pistachio def top notch

Unbelievable coffee from an outstanding location. Visited one of the sister stores in Montreal a few months back so knew that we were going to get good coffee. The service was outstanding, with the barista so friendly and accommodating with all the different questions we had. We were given our recommendations of what coffees to have based on our preferences. A two person chemex pourover was shared between my wife and I and cappuccinos and lattes by the rest of the group. All were phenomenal, so we'll prepared. The pastries are delicious too and made a great breakfast. Great space to come and have a coffee or work for the day off your laptop.

The design of the cafe was very unique and artistic. The staff was friendly but the service was really slow. I got a iced coffee with macadamia milk which was good, I just wish the portion was a little bigger. Overall good experience.

At the end of St-Joseph Street in the St-Roch area, you can taste one of the best coffee in Quebec City. From its immense glass windows overlooking the viaduct enjoy the atmosphere which is at once stimulating and zen.

Stopped by and fully understand why it is one of Quebec’s finest coffee shops. The coffee is rich and robust with flavor. They executed a great pull to serve a superb flat white. Glad I discovered to keep going back while here.

Beautiful and lovely looking coffee house loved the aesthetics and the modern design. The staff was nice and polite. Loved the cold brew they have, unique and locally sourced. A must visit if you are in the city..!!

Huge warehouse styled cafe - beautiful space. The wood and styling gave the space a sophistication whilst the folks here are very passionate about their coffee. A solid four stars as the house beans were a tad bitter and the ambience featured too much heavy handed dishes being cleared. I arrived close to closing time and perhaps the staff were a tad more laxed.

Great experience. Friendly staff and but mostly professional, they can answer to all the questions you have about coffees, grinders, extractions, espresso machines etc… They also offer some courses, like introduction to latte art which I took and honestly I’d like more practice. Don’t forget to try the donuts!

This is the best cafe near the train station. The servers are friendly. The cafe is from the 3rd wave. And the homemade donuts are very good and soft. There is the option to buy to pay it forward, whether it’s a coffee, a donut or a soup. So it’s possible, if necessary, to come and get a soup, a coffee or a donut for free!

This cute little coffee shop is my go-to whenever I’m in Quebec City! Their coffee and donuts are delicious, and it’s a nice place to simply enjoy your coffee, meet up with friends, study or even work!

We came three days in a row. All the days the staff members were very pleasant and helpful since we did not know French. The first day we tried the donuts (sugar & mint and amaretto pistachio) and they were delicious! The ham sandwich was also very tasty. They didn’t have any donuts on the shelf on the second day but we had a blueberry lemon pastry and the veggie sandwich and they were also good. The third day we had two more donuts - tiramisu and ceramise - both very good - the cream inside was light and not too sweet.

Came here for a matcha latte and ended up getting a dozen of their donuts. They are so pretty and very delicious, I had to try them all! The spot is really nice too and seems like the perfect place to bring your laptop and work/study.

Beautiful little spot, but let’s be honest, I came for the donuts! I was quite impressed; there was a larger array of options than you normally see which is amazing but also some of the most interesting flavours and flavour combinations I’ve seen yet with any of the donuts I’ve tried. Even the combinations that seemed risky (honey and cedar for example) totally hit the mark.

When the morning is cold and the philosophers of the evening's bacchanal recount their dark visions, stumbling in the open air of Rue Saint Joseph, Café St. Henri breaks the fast with exquisite donuts and espresso worthy of Barista competitions. Enjoy the donuts, croissants, and do take home a bag of HolyCow Espresso No. 11. Fairly paid, fairly traded, exquisite acidity, and fantastic crema!

Promising place. The coffee here is excellent and a jewel for the area as options are quite limited. Milk is steamed to perfection to enjoy its natural sweetness but but BUUUUUT 1-star down for steaming the leftover milk from the previous order. Oh noooo! Re-heated milk is a big no no!

Perfectly crafted cortados, served with a small cup of sparkling water to wash out the last sip—always a welcome touch. Croissant was also flaky and fresh. Spacious café with plenty of seating, ideal for getting some work done or meeting with friends. Will be back for more!

Love this cafe! Very clean and the coffee is great. The pastries are also very nice

If you like donuts, definitely stop here and come early. The tiramisu flavour was one of the best donuts I’ve ever tried (and I eat a lot of donuts). The cafe in general has a great atmosphere - good to do a bit of work in an open concept space. The cappuccino I had only was offered in one size - it was quite small, bitter, and $4.15.

Wow!! Amazing coffee shop and probably the best croissant I have ever had. The coffee was simply amazing and the place was clean, big and amazing to meet a friend or spend a few hours working/reading a book. Highly recommend the Saint Roch area in general and certainly this coffee shop.

Wow. I am so impressed with this café! The quality of everything is high: the pastries are perfect (try the pear and chocolate one), the coffee and other drinks are beautifully made (skilled baristas) and the people were very welcoming. Plus, the mood is modern, but calm. I will be coming back!

Years ago, it was easy to just walk in and get fresh coffee. In the last two months i went three times to check if they had any fresh beans. They didn't. I saw many bags that were at least a month old, if not older, maybe the youngest one was three weeks old. Any coffee enthusiast knows coffee is best consumed 7 to 20 days after the roast date and no older than 30 days. In this case, many bags were already a month old meaning it wasn't worth it paying 24$ for the 250G. If i have to pay this much for less than 340G of beans, from a place that built its reputation around providing quality and fresh third wave coffee, it has to be fresh. I'm sorry but this is no longer a place i can trust for fresh beans. This review may sound harsh but i assure you it is not the end goal. As someone that supported this very cafe, this saddens me that what they provide has gone downhill. I would like to see them peak again.

👍 We were there for lunch and there was no lineup. We ordered the croissant sandwiches and coffee, both are freshly made. Highly recommend. Staff are very helpful to suggest food from the menu.
