L'un de plus mauvais service à la clientèle que j'ai vu! Attention, demandé vos reçus! puisqu'ils ne vous demanderont pas si vous le voulez, puis ils vont vous téléphonez s'ils oublient d'inscrire payé dans leur système....ils vont vous demander une `` preuve``! même si vous l'avez payé par débit. Ils ne semblent pas balancer leur terminal à la fin de leur journée et accusent plutôt le client...même si celui-ci à toujours payé depuis plusieurs années! Attention: respecter le délai d'annulation de 24h...même si vous oublié de 30 min...ils vont vous charger la moitié du terrain...pour 30 min d'oublie! Tout cela sans excuses même si l'erreur est de leur part!

Lack of renovation is really 90's and the gems in the locker rooms should be forced to wear a towel, it's really unpleasant to see people everywhere naked when there are children too. Apart from that it's really a very complete sports club with a restaurant that misses a mark or two. With love it would really be a perfect place

Very varied complex! The training room is a little small, but the atmosphere is friendly. I was coached by Ali Ouldache, who was very friendly!

Too bad they made it 5 courts wide instead of 4. The nets on the side are way too close. (and back too) It's perfect for beginners but not suitable for experienced players. I'll have to find another club...

Very good customer service, from the counter to reception to maintenance. Slightly expensive but overall decent. I still find it a shame to have to pay for land if I am a member. Very large gym room with all the necessary equipment, several tennis courts and only 2 badminton courts. I would give 4 stars but I will keep 5 to counterbalance the comments which criticize the establishment for the naked people in the locker rooms, LOL

High costs and no investments… poor lighting for the tennis courts and no air conditioning… a real sauna in summer. No online reservation system for tennis…you still have to call…incredible in 2023…!

Definitely one of the worst, if not the worst, places in Canada to play badminton. Reasons: 1- two courts, at a cost almost as high as for their tennis court. Not unusual but wait until you see what happens next... 2- cement ground with an excessively rough surface. You will wear out your synthetic soles at the rate of one pair per year EXCEPT if you wear tennis shoes and even then... 3- rotten, inconsistent glossy white lighting

I loved this place the only drawback is that in the locker rooms everyone walks around naked...

One of the most beautiful places in Quebec for racket sports & training. EXCEPT, if you're not a member, don't try it yourself! No chance of him leaving you land. Too bad that “non-members” can’t even book 24 hours in advance & only the same day…

Very nice place to train, the gym is well done and warm. The racquet sports courts are very cool for playing quietly at a low level like me. The only flaw, in my opinion, is that people in the locker rooms should cover themselves more. Other than that, very good atmospheres and I recommend this place.
