So far so good... Arrived today with a bit of a hiccup about arrival time, after a fashion they acknowledged they were wrong. Place seems clean, well appointed. Lots of room... Roof top terrace is pretty awesome...better chairs to relax might help, but that aside, let's hope the week goes well ..

Experience the history of Quebec city in a conveniently located converted design loft that enhances the existing 1907 architecture. We enjoyed our (3) night stay (unit -T203) for the simplicity of the check-in, private loft experience and the convenience to prepare a breakfast, even though it was fairly expensive. However, we would have paid the additional supplemental charge for the “corner loft two-room unit” (101, 201 or 301 - Unit 401 enquire) for the added pleasure of more day-light, more space (dining table) and the view being on the Main Street - highly recommend, even if your just a couple like us. The communal terrace on the roof with stunning views is an added bonus during the summer month. There are numerous locations through-out the heart of old city, enjoy QUÉBEC and stay at Les Lofts.

Came for a romantic vacation getaway with my husband (leaving the kids with the grandparents) and left with less than we arrived with- Our loft was broken in while we were out for the day (the lock was clearly malfunctioning and maybe someone knew?), and our Nintendo Switch console was stolen. The owner never returned any phone calls or emails after many tries to reach ANYONE. We had to pay for the full 3 nights although we only stayed for 2 (our confidence was broken, and our vacations completely ruined by the theft, obviously). For all we know an employee helped themselves. This place's security is a joke. I would be concerned if I were the boss but that's not the case! No safe, no camera, no empathy, no service, no help at all. That's one way to run your business, it seems they make all their money and more!! Careful!! EDIT: Merci d'essayer de faire bonne figure deux mois plus tard (!), mais nous aurions apprécié une résolution ponctuelle et non une accusation en réponse... Mon mari a toujours les courriels envoyés qui ont été laissés sans réponse de votre part. Nous avons également soumis un rapport de police par rapport à cet incident, si cela vous intéresse.

Great place to stay right in the heart of the city. This is a condo like experience where there is really no staff to interact with. If you looking for a more independent visit this would be the way to go. The rooms are fabulous and location can't be beat.

We had the pleasure of staying here in December. Our unit was impeccably clean, very spacious, nicely furnished, well equipped and ideally located. We had a terrific view of the Notre-Dame from our large windows. The customer service was fabulous too - they replied almost immediately to my emails, were friendly and efficient. We are already planning our next stay!

Amazing location in the heart of old Quebec. Check in process is a breeze although you may need to verify your booking by sending them your ID. Roof top patio is a must see while you’re there, it is awesome for an evening drink or morning coffee. Will come again! Merci :)

Great place to stay. Parking is a huge issue.

Perfect location, right across Chateau Frontenac and at a walking distance from so many amazing restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Only downside is that there's no parking. There's an indoor parking lot about 5 minutes away though and we didn't mind walking. Will definitely be renting here again next time we're in town.

The view from the terrace is beautiful! The lofts are perfectly clean and very comfortable. Location is in the heart of old Quebec which is a huge plus! There is nearby parking for 12$ a day. Only wish there was some coffee for the morning, there is a coffee machine but I had to buy coffee for it.

The garden can win a trophy for the best private garden. Really interesting and innovative design from different kind of plants.Your sun flower seeds are already in Wells, England. Thanks for all moments spend in the beautiful countryside garden.

A great place! Best for it's value. It's proximity is perfect. We loved the roof terrasse! Will come back and try the other offered venues!

Loft 403 was everything we wanted and more than we expected. Location is perfect, rooftop terrace was awesome and room was spotless.
