I've been here before. About 35 years ago I barely remember it. It's like re-liveing a dream. And it's as clear and as beautiful as I remembered it. I wasn't sure it would resemble my memories.. I brought my daughter and a freind of mine. I was really hoping to impress both of them. And it did not disappoint. A minimum of Five stars easily! A pseudo-challenging, 2 kilometres, amazingly beautiful track. We saw a few kids over the Lebanon side, waving at us. We waved back, ensuring the birth of the new Middle East. Feeling great, dazzled by the waterfalls we encountered a big and surreal squill field. Pictures do so little justice for this sight. Finally, the Tanur waterfall is truly an impressive sight. Had some fun bathing in the cool pool. Can't recommend it enough! A true MUST when planning a trip to the north.

As others wrote here, nice easy walk. You can also divert to some longer walks. The waterfall is impressive. If you are there go to Metula (5 minutes ride) to have a great view on northern Israel and Lebanon.

Not big but impressive reserve. Better to visit at spring, but it has water all year round. Worth visit at least once and see the local waterfalls. It not possible to swim during hiking, but it has small pool with shade at end of trail. Water is cold and very pleasant at hot weather.

Amazing scenery, shafy and coold even in the hot summer. Not very hatd or demanding, suitable for the whole family. Takes about an hour in total. Also you can take a quick dip in the water and enjoy a relaxing waterfall massage.

It's a nice, very well kept about 2 kilometer walk. I did it fast and it was fun. Not particularly challenging. Most of the way is downhill. The path is clearly marked.

We did the short trail. Less then 1km walk. Great with little ones or lazy ones 😉 There's one spot where you can bath by the parkinglot. Shallow water, and shady. Big parts of the walk to the waterfall is shady too. Beautiful place

One of the most wonderful nature reserves in Israel, which lays near south Lebanon border. This is really one of a kinds places that you must visit if you're travelling in Israel. You have 2 entrances, so eother 2 vehicles will be required, or you'll have to ask for a shattle or make your return on foot. 3 hours were enough to make the whole journey back and forth.

Good hike for water falls. Took two cars, did the downhill hike with kids age 7 and 10, pretty easy, a few runs of short steep stairs. Not so shady when the sun is directly overhead. Ate lunch at second big fall in the shade.

Beautiful place. The long route is about 2.5km long. There are 4 waterfalls along the way and a nice little pool at the South end where you can enter the water. Make sure to start your trip from the north side (upper side) since most of the road is downward.

3 levels of hiking: a paved way, a short hike through the mountain and a longer one to the top of the waterfall (easier to go down than up). Nicely redone and accessible in part for wheelchair.

A fantastic nature reserve in the northern part of Israel. Highly recommended. It is a short downhill walk full of water and beautiful waterfalls and it's super fun

Partially shaded. Many steps up and down on the upper parts of the trail. Friendly staff.

Great place to visit. There are 2 main trails, the shorter ends at the first waterfall. In the long trail you can see other waterfall. There is a shuttle back to the parking lot from the end of the long trail. At the enterence there is a shallow pond and a small kiosk.

I was hiking there in 2015. A very beautiful and peaceful place, which shows how beautiful God made the world in 6 days. small admission fee, takes probably 2-4 hours to hike through, in my case at least. Highly recommended, if in the Metula area.

Nice trail, no hard. 3 waterfalls are amazing. There are shuttles between the lower parking area and the parking on the top. So convenient.
