Im a canine assisted therapist and i must say i recieved the five star treatment. Nir and miguel were so helpful. It was comforting to be able to speak in my native language and didn't feel like a foreiner. And what a wonderful selection!!!!!

This store is way nicer than any other pet supply store I’ve seen in Israel. The owners are awesome and were so helpful. They speak fluent English and as an American from NYC, I was pleasantly surprised with the high level of customer service which is difficult to come by in Israel in general. They also deliver, which is awesome! My dog loves the food and treats I got him. This is my new go to store for sure!

The service was really good and the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. To me Animal shop seems to be a one stop shop for all your pet supplies and food!! Though they don’t sells pets, they have a large variety of products, food and supplies to choose from. This store reminds me of the service in the USA, the prices are very good and the store is fun to walk around. Next time you need to buy some animal food or supplies come here and you won’t be disappointed!
