Room was comfy and clean, staff were friendly. Pools were great especially that they were literally on the beach, so although you can’t swim in the beach you still have the pools! We especially enjoyed the hospitality of the young bartender who made some delicious cocktails. It was extremely quiet while we were there and I think we only saw two other families. We had all 3 pools to ourselves! Recommend walking along the beach/road if high tide to Joy beach cafe for dinner as the food was incredible - authentic Thai right on the beach. I’m only taking one star off as the location does mean you need to get a grab taxi or tuk tuk into town and I think having the staff know a bit more about the ferry time tables would be good too. A lot of other places we’ve stayed at they have it written down already.

Definitely, not 4 stars, and won’t be re-visiting. Very average hotel, out dated, room attendant did not come to clean our room. Pool is disgusting and not cleaned. Overall, there are better hotels in the area, yes beachfront - nonetheless you can not swim during the day anyways, as low tide. Dissapointing, really. Hope they improve their service + maintain the place properly as there is potential.

If you are looking for a place to just relax by the pool this is it!! Great Breakfast Buffet, Food and Drinks are overpriced but that seems to be the Normal in Southern Thailand. Room was very spacious with a super comfy bed. Pool areas were spacious. The beach is nothing special, very rocky and when the tide goes out it's a long way to the water. Free shuttle to Ao Nang was a huge bonus as their beaches are fantastic

Nice cozy small resort. Polite staffs as you will expect at 🇨🇷. Thay have a great restaurant, tasty food were served faster than expected. Beach is, well, you can have sunbath, but not suitable for swimming. Far from town (they have free ride to-from town). A nice place to stay for relaxing.

3 out if 4 pools were closed. We chose this hotel for the breakfast buffet, turned out there was no buffet at all... Renting motorbikes opposite the road are half price of the hotel's price.

I booked through a traval agency and few things were not here as promised. I had no sea view, no jacuzzi. Personnal barely speaks english. Beach is full of rocks and can be little dirty. Will not go again

Run and dont even consider staying here! They dont clean your room they only make up the bed and empty the bins (even the bags in de bins dont get replaced!!) The pictures look like they are from a new hotel with a swimmable beach.. wrong!! Rocks all over the place!! The beach looks amazing in the afternoon aint gonna lie but we arrived in the morning and saw something else...( look at my pictures) The locker in the room should be unmovable however this on you can just lift it up and take it with you.... Shower wasnt nice super cold.. you need to leave it on for like 2 to 5 minutes before its lukewarm. The staff gossip about you ( not all of them but like 8 out of 10) Breakfast was really mediocre. We ate at Saad in ao nang beach! Really check that place out. Supersmall place but oohhh the breakfast..! Location is.... its oke not near central ao nang beach but if you rent a scooter its do-able

The hotel and the room was nice but the service was terrible...I was travelling alone ..while checking in the chair had wheels and as I was going to sit, it rolled and I fell on my head.. none of the reception ppl came forward to help me up except for one guy Gollf, he was nice ...the rest of the reception staff have a sulky face and are rude and unhelpful when asked anything ...Also at the breakfast place..the staff is just standing ( picture included ), and if you ask or tell them that something like the toaster is not functioning, they don't do anything ..it is sad as the hotel is quite ok..but the staff definitely needs a lesson in hospitality.. ok I would also like to mention another staff who was friendly n smiling Snook. The management probably needs to reward these 2 Snook and Gollf

Hotel is outdated and not well maintained. Reception was difficult about payment even though we had proof of payment via MasterCard. They don't believe us, because of this we had to pay twice. Not friendly and very suspicious, which made us feel unwelcome. Hotel is also full of mosquitoes, much worse than other hotels we have stayed at. Room was ok. Hotel far away from the bustling life. Hotel charges 300 bath to Ao Nang during "dinner hour". Which is expensive. TukTuks bring us for 150 Bath. The breakfast was not extensive at all!

This hotel is good but far away from Ao Nang Town approximately 20-30min bike drive. They provide welcome drink is apple juice so nice. If you want peace of mind is nice place because sea view. Breakfast good but need more improvement on their verities and a lot of flies on the food. Lucky for us nothing happen till complete my vacation trip. Please management do checking on food section & open the sos bottle and check. a lot of mosquitoes in the room, please to something to solved this issues. Provide a hotel shuttle for airport it more convenient on tourist.

Pool needed work . Lots of work needed everywhere . Food service great . Reception not very helpful . Asked for an extra key ( only 1 provided ) so when we left the room no a/c left on and no lights at night when we came back to room . Was told had to pay another 500 baht for extra key ???? . Sure it would be refunded but this is a 4 star hotel ? Reception didn't know nearest ATM. Had to ask a taxi driver and it was only up the road .

I don't usually write reviews, but this one really deserves it. There is everything the beauty of Thailand has to offer. Unbelievably amazing food, nice staff who are willing to help with everything, clean rooms, great pool with a view of the sea. Well thank you😊

Very comfortable hotel with 2 pools, plenty of design parts and very friendly staff. Very good value for money. We had rooms with sea view which are spacious, clean and functional. Fancy, they have a bathtub on the balcony.

Super friendly and very helpful staffs. Nice and cool view from the hotel but you cannot swim in the beach in front of the hotel. The room is good but the bed sheet and blanket are not comfy at all. Wish the hotel could take a better care of the cats in the hotel. They’re thin and in bad shape but super friendly with all the guests. The beachside is full of mosquitoes in the evening. Big ones! So be careful! Food is good. Cocktails are okay.

Great value at present, of course this is no doubt due to covid and the lack of international tourists. We stayed 3 nights in one of the deluxe double rooms. It was clean and well appointed, the outdoor bath is a little strange as there are no privacy provisions, it didn't matter to us as with so few guests we just waited until after dark, otherwise I guess you'd wear your swimmers if shy. Not all of the pools were open and the ones that were had a little algae on the steps, easy for them to deal with if management notice. We ate at the restaurant one night, food was good, the next night the restaurant was closed. In the mornings the housekeeping staff talked a lot in the corridor so if you are a light sleeper this may bother you. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

We had a nice, quiet, 3 night stay, January 19-21, including an excellent breakfast. It’s in the quiet area of Krabi, with 3 beautiful pools.

Wonderful place with a view to the sea and very nice surrondings. The have several swimmingpool, restaurant Rimlay with good and cheap food and a bar, but the service this time was poor. Took about 30 min to get two drinks and 40 min for a simple mesl. The place is located close to the sea in Ao Nammo.

If you’re searching for a good hotel to stay in Ao-Nang, look somewhere else. Bad hotel in a bad location. Overpriced , almost no value for money. The hotel is nothing like advertised in photos, with sub-par rooms and questionable cleaning standards. Concerning the breakfast buffet, the quality and choice of the food offered is light years away from an actual breakfast buffet in a 4-star resort should be like. Overall an extremely underwhelming experience.

Deserve for only 2 stars. Clean rooms, but nothing more. Entire hotel not well maintained, climatic, friendly staff, but still not 4 stars. Beach gravel covered, not sand.

I was in Thailand for 7 day, 3 days phuket 4 days Krabi @ Villa Cha Cha, It felt amazing, I feel krabi is better than phuket if you are a couple ….stunning beaches, good food, Peace …this property is very very well maintained I must say the management has done a tremendous job with the deco … best prop in krabi … I have a lot to say but I guess that’s enough …All the best .. 👍👍 Clean room, nice staff and 24-hour service. We can’t ask more for our stay. They provide beach towers on demand. The Krabi town was slow and lovely.

👍👍 Such a lovely place to stay in Krabi. The rooms are clean and bathrooms are great (showers with hot water and good pressure). We were given a cold water bottle every day, access to free tea and coffee and bonus they had a pool to cool down in. The staff here has been amazing, helping us with scoote...

👍👍 Great value and great location for staying near at the airport, you have to check-in before 7.30 PM because no staff available 24/7. You can checkout without maid checking the room. It’s convenient when you’re hurry to go to the airport in the early morning
