It is having good food quality. Ambiance is very good. All staff are well mannered and have good behaviour with coustomers. It seems that they are well trained. They are very helpful. Enough spacious rooms with affordable price range. It is having good aminities. All over it was great experience with you all. Thank you 😊

What should I say about this place. It's just awesome, not by the ambience but the heart. Yes they have big heart. Food is just delicious, not so spicy not so dull it was just perfect. The chat was amazing completely more than expected. Lemon coriander soup was the perfect appetizer. There was not a single food which I didn't like. Now let's talk about staff. They were just so Humble. Their behaviour towards their customers are really impressive. Overall 10/10 points. Really very happy and satisfied.

Room Service and Reception Service are of poor quality. Myself went with my spouse and they gave 2 separate beds. Then they changed a room to king size bed and that too in the peculiar corner Room 315 where you can listen to the toilet being used in adjacent room as noise of flush and water gushing out from the adjacent rom can be heard . Ask for a drinking water and it comes after 30 mins in the room. The hotel room smart card doesn't work properly and I have seen this problem with multiple guest. Their other group hotel in Dwarka was much much better than this one. The plus item was.the food and service at their WAVES restaurant was very good and completely opposite to the shoddy service at reception and in room service

Very good communication with the staff and liked their hospitality. Food is great and tasty. Many type of food available. Mid of city and large area. Fitness centre also available for fitness freak. Rooms are very clean and lighting is also very attractive. Best place for functions like marriage and receptions.

One of the best hotels in Rajkot as there aren't many big brand hotels here. Loved their lush green garden reception cum cafeteria with refreshing fountains. The rooms are not very grand but decent sized and sparkling clean. The food in the restaurant is not only good, but also very reasonably priced.

Fern Rajkot is Perfect combination of hospitality, service test and relationship. Excellent service of all the department like reception, banquet, restaurant. Room is so neat, clean and hygiene. One of the best in Rajkot. Perfect stay for business and family. They have a spacious king size bed where a small kid is easily adjusted. Rooms are standard with all amenities. Service is fast and staff is helpful. The location is central and is well connected. Breakfast spread is good but the taste was not up to mark for a few items like Vada and poha. Room timings were not extended even when the hotel was empty. There is sufficient parking space for guests. Overall a good experience.

Welcome - We were welcomed well by the reception. We were given rooms immediately. Wifi - Wifi worked well Electricity- Good Back up Generator Parking - Outdoor free parking available for limited cars. Rooms - we were given no smoking rooms but went we entered it smelled of smoke. The housekeeping didnt check before room allotment. When complaint for room change they came with air freshner spray for the room and didnt agree to change. Later after little argument they gave us another room. Overall the room was fine, linens were clean and Cleanliness of rooms was of acceptable standards. Restaurant - breakfast was excellent service was superb. Dinner service was very slow, they had event in neighbouring banquet & unfortunately the kitchen serving them was the same. Overall - A good hotel with comfy rooms near airport and good breakfast - but needs lot of improvement in other areas.

Very comfortable and friendly. Restaurant also very good food and friendly staff. It’s over the river from town so you’ll need transport to get there but there’s plenty around. Tuktuk cost 100 rupees but that’s probably the tourist price 😂😂

Everything was excellent... Excellent hospitality, wonderful staff, super tasty food with variety... Enjoyed Spa service.. the only suggestion which I want to give is that keep a first aid box in case of any medical emergency of customers. Otherwise all good.. Rooms are ok but the room amenities are not at par with a 4 star property. Unless n untill u don't ask for toiletries u dnt get it except basic amenities like toothbrush, tooth paste, shampoo, comb, moisturizer. You will hv to even ask for a hand towel to be placed in the washroom. Food is extremely pathetic and they will serve you repeated menu everyday n Night with zero Variations with regards to salad, breakfast or deserts. The restaurant manager does not even know what they are serving in the salad and when asked by the sou chef he was simply apologizing for the same. When asked what's ur repeated customer base the staff itself said it's nothing hence relying only on the in-house guest against which they ensure to disappoint. Wish you luck n hope u guys improve

Booked my stay because I am member of Fern ISCON Bhavnagar.You are no match to the The Fern ISCON.Front desk staff especially Mr Danish behaved as if he is running the entire Universe.He has no time to interact.Very unprofessional of this staff of yours.He flatly tells the guests that he has no time.He created so much fuss for my bill.There was typing mistake done by the front desk only where in address was wrong .He had 30 mins to explain me why it can not be done for their own mistake,which he finally did.Knowing fully well that it's not any refund or any favour which I was asking.For whom does he work...Will not like to stay with such unfriendly and staff with attitude in future.Very poor and pathetic experience especially because of Mr Danish.

For one of our rooms it seems like Washroom was used by previous guests or hotel staff n was stinking extremely bad of urine. Extremely bad for my family of four especially after a 6 hours on road trip. It's not even a 2 star standard washroom n batharea. Photos displayed are different from actual washrooms. Very very bad. Won't recommend anyone

Great service. I was there during Ramadan and the chef made a special sehri for me to help me open my fast. Special thank you brother chef, and the sister at the front desk who spoke with me about Brahma Kumaris. thanks to the staff for a peaceful environment.

I've stayed here thrice earlier. I came today for a room. The receptionist said sorry we're fully booked. He offered me names of other hotels i could try. He offered without my prompting. I looked up MakeMyTrip trip which showed availablity. He gave me stories. Whilst I was preparing to book through MakeMyTrip, he suddenly pretended to talk to someone and magically a room got available !! He showed me the direction of the room on the 2nd floor. I paid the hotel directly. He took me to my room - on the 3rd floor, near the lifts & a tiny one. I protested. He said this is the only room available. After some time, I approached the management who listened to me kindly and gues what ! - I got offered a choice of 3 other rooms

I am from Air India and I am staying at The FERN Residency at Rajkot for a month during which I found the food in the restaurant or the staff in the restaurant Ex. Ms. Durga, Mr. Balaram, and Mr. Dhyan sir (Leader), this staff is very nice and helpful. Also the atmosphere in the room is also good, and House keeping staff Ms. Sonali cleaners do excellent cleaning and all the staff are friendly.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms (there was even a tv by the shower), and high quality service. Also, they are one of few hotels that allow people under 21 to book a reservation. The behaviour of the waiter and the staff was very nice. Swimming pool was very nice and clean. The food which they you to provide is good quality food and they will cook as you want. My family was very happy with the service. They have very big parking area for four wheeler two wheeler. This is in centre of the city and from here you can go to anywhere to room outside. Infrastructure - Hotel infrastructure is well built and well maintained. Interior is cool and modern. 1st floor seating area is live and happening in this hotel. Some photos of this area is attached here. Rooms and washrooms are cleaned. Interior of rooms are also nice. Food - I like the food is delicious and well prepared. Numbers of variety in buffet breakfast as well as dinner. Full marks to food part. Staff are helpful and supportive. There is no such waiting observed in check in and out. Only one this which needs to be improved is the parking. There is no such dedicated parking in this hotel. So visitors have to manage the parking. Location wise this hotel is located bit outside of Rajkot.Not exactly inside of the city. But it doesn't matter to me. Follow and like me if you like this.

One of the best places I have stayed in, On day one, I thought it was a little overpriced. But during my three days of stay, I Realized the hotel has 1) freidnly and traiend Staff 2) one of the best buffets in town 3) I had some personal requirements but then Priya, Bipin and Ashwini were available to organize a nice dinner for a group. The best part was the garden cafe that has a theme of evergreen forest. If you are looking for a calm and relaxing place to stay in Rajkot, I would suggest giving it a try

We reached at 3:30 pm but rooms were not ready. Room was not clean and was smelly and suffocating. Bathroom was very small and has WC in bathing area. I have never seen this design. There is no mini fridge to store our injection and ice pack. We gave ice pack to be kept in freezer but it was not frozen. Food is very good and staff is courteous.

I'd like to take this opportunity to personally thank Ms Urvi for she really helped us host an amazing get together of almost 70pax of our family to celebrate mom dad's 70th birthday @Waves. She catered to all our requirements and though we reside in Mumbai and were wanting to host our family in Rajkot everything went off smoothly only coz of Urvi's finest skills in hospitality. The food was lip smacking that's the feedback we got from each of our guests so compliments to Waves chef for curating such a lovely spread with each dish doing absolute justice to the taste buds of each and every guests present. Rest I'd like to thank Fern for it's over all management and hospitality.

We always visit the Fern for the Buffet Dinner when we are in Rajkot. We recently went for dinner and unfortunately when I got back to my residence I realised that my gold and diamond pendant was lost. We called the hotel and spoke to Dhan Singh. I explained the situation and he said he would look and call me back. Bearing in mind the restaurant was full he called me back within less then 10 minutes having successfully found my pendant. I was overwhelmed. He held it until I could go and collect. I CANNOT THANK HIM ENOUGH FOR HIS HONESTY AND KINDNESS in locating my pendant. He wouldn’t even take anything from me as a way of thank you. This is a rare quality and a very genuine person. The food is always very good but more than the food we come because of the incredible Food Manager Dhan Singh. We come regularly to Rajkot from the UK and always come because of Dhan Singh. He is superb and an excellent manager and leads his team very well so that all the staff are proficient. He’s always got a smile, very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you so much Mr Dhan Singh for finding my pendant and for your help I’m genuinely very very grateful. 🙏🏼
