Rooms & allied services need tremendous improvement. Reached at 10:00 PM night was tired, after searching, I finalized the 5th room. This is service oriented organisation n needs tremendous improvement

Hell is better than this hotel...I must say the worst and worst service ever. Never come to this place if you want to save your money and not get humilated by staff. Owner never comes to hotel and when ask for owners details staff people shout at you. Owner has left some worst crew member in hotel. They don't even deserve single star. Worst food and worst service. They even charge you for wate and room charge is 2000 rupees. we lived in room and paid for AC and breakfast. AC not working at all and breakfast Omg!!! I could eat stall vada pau and that would be far better. WiFi is a joke in a hotel..It only works till 1st floor and if you say that wifi not working then they again humilate you. I really want this hotel's owner number. oh god!! even hell is better than thiz hotel.. Never ever stay in this hotel.. they are good to those who tip them else you are the worst customer for them.

Believe me never ever book this property. The booking is made a week ago and when I reached property the receptionist said that the rooms are full. So, just one question why the hell you take bookings when you don’t have room available?? Plus, it happened twice with me but last time they managed to provide a dirty room and as I was in need I had to stay. One of the workers over there said that this room is not for guests it’s just for workers at the hotel. I wish there would have been an option to give 0 stars. Bcoz that’s how much worst experience I have.

Staff behave Amit Yadav not good at reception . How to talk with customer not well known , I will not visit again due to his misbehave

Such a good service and The reception boy has been very well behaved. Breakfast is also included.Yes it is a bit expensive but the interior of the hotel is good.

Location - Good Connectivity with central Delhi Easy to reach Rooms - Neat n clean room with all the basic amenities With good interior. Food n service - Delicious food with some delay in service but can be understood while you ordered in peak hours you have to keep some passion too or order before peak hours still managed well personally I give 8/10 for service. Behaviour - Hotel business totally depends on behaviour of the staff even you are delay in service still you response not ignore once you came back from the outside some one there who attended you with a pleasent smile Kee it up team Glory Villa

Affordable rooms with good washroom, lift is available and its on the main road. The main gate closes at 10pm in the night so if you are coming post 10pm there is a way from the backside

Over-priced guest house. Rooms were small, full of mosquitoes and walls were damp. Basin in the washroom was leaking. Food was ok

First of all i felt its not a family hotel and whole room was full of pest. Even blanket was full of scars. And me and my wife felt it wasn’t safe for us Because of outside noise.

Very kind staff, provided breakfast to my room without even me having to ask. Brought a heater to my room when I said I was cold. Room itself was very nice and comfortable. They always made sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended.

I stayed at this place for a day and it was a comfortable stay. Outside food is allowed and do try sweets and snacks from nearby Om sweets as its worth it.

I stayed for about 2-3 months. Hotel staff is cordial and very supportive. Location is good and at fair distance from metro.

Room was clean but service is slow .. toilet flush not working and door is tight...

All rooms are same no difference delux room and normal room. Providing expired shampoo and moisturizer when complain then provided clinic plus rs.1 shampoo and not provided moisturizer. Manish is very good person and always serving with smile. Hygeine also not upto mark.
