Amazing Natalie, I arrived so nervous for my first facial! Natalie calmed down but was also honest and said that it did hurt to a degree. She was very, very professional and attentive, she knew how to match me with the right preparations for my face, she very patiently explained the role of each preparation and how it would help me to restore and care for my face. And all this without trying to push products unnecessarily, with respect and understanding. And thanks for that, it's not obvious! Waiting for the next treatment, and knowing that I finally found a beautician for life! Thank you ❤

We discussed exactly what I wanted with my nails, what color would look good with my skin color, and what length would be comfortable for my job. Natalie was very professional and kind, her studio and tools are very clean and esthetic. She walked me through the process while we were doing my nails. She is very friendly and I really enjoyed talking to her, she made me feel comfortable. Most of all I really love the way my nails turned out. I will be making her my permanent nail artist.
