Updated review: I go here almost every week. Still the best poppers in Israel but terrible service. I just waited 25 minutes to get a bowl of cold poppers. Two incompetent employees can't handle running the place smoothly. There was only two people in line ahead me who ordered sandwiches and I watched as a giant bucket of poppers got cold over the 25 minutes before they could be bothered to put them in a bowl for me. Also a very disorganized ordering system. It appears that they want you to order on the right then pay on the left. All they need to do to make the process run smoothly is to put up a sign saying "Order Here" and another sign saying "Pay Here.". Needs better management. Their product is the best.

Good food but terrible service I waited for about 15 minutes to get spotted

Really good popper sandwiches. But when 100 bochurim want food and only 2 employees are manning the counter... you'll wish you were at the DMV.

Great food, but the wait time is ridiculous. A half hour for food!! Only one worker mindlessly wandering around as if he has all the time in the world when there is 10-15 customers waiting

Called them up one night when they weren't open and the owner put down everything to help me. Unfortunately it didn't work out that night but I have been multiple times and swear by the food.
