A great and beautiful place, the service is excellent and very kind. The pools are just clean! which is so important... it is evident that the maintenance of the place is at a high level and it is fun. There are no towels in the pool complex and you have to bring them, but there is an open bar for food and alcohol. The overall experience is great and highly recommended.

מקום נקי ואסטתי אך שירות זבל !!!! הוציאו אותנו מהמים כמו ברווזים, יחסי אנוש פחותים ביותר, באמצע שנשים מתלבשות נכנסו גברים לנקות, בזמן שהות במים גבו את הכסף על חשבון הזמן שלנו, דיבור מלוכלך ומזלזל כלפי נשים מבוגרות!!! המקום טוב אך יש חוסר פרטיות, בעלי המקום נכנסו ללא התראה בטביעת אצבע שלהם לא מומלץ כלל!!

The room was beautiful. I would give the service one star. We wanted to go out but didn't have our room key and had nobody to reach! Also wanted more assistance with the hot tub and got no answer.

Amazing peaceful and calm place We really enjoyed the place, there is complete privacy!! Much more beautiful than the pictures V.I.P service immediately answer any question (even at night) The pool is large and luxurious and the hot jacuzzi arrived at 40 degrees, a perfect treat!!!!! *I would recommend adding more towels in the rooms, one towel and robe per person is a bit limited And maybe a bottle of cold water in the fridge and milk for those who come to stay overnight

Private, very clean great experience for all!

We were there today, there was a lack of understanding when leaving When it was time to leave, they behaved disgustingly towards us, brought in men to hurry us along (because we are a bunch of religious girls) and even threatened and posed, we asked and explained that it is not appropriate for us to have men enter in the middle of us getting ready, of course it didn't help. The service is not recommended at all, a very embarrassing attitude!!!!

We recently booked the Vilance outdoor pool for an end-of-summer family get-together with our children and grandchildren. The pool, the hot tub and all the surroundings were immaculately clean, and the view across the valley is breathtaking. Service was great, and everyone had an amazing time. We have already booked it again for our Sukkot get-together, and can't wait to go back.
