Really poor service. Took them an hr and 15 min to deliver inside the city. Very close to the mall. Food arrived cold and wet. An entire soda bottle spilled. When we told the delivery man it's all wet he said it's fine and it's only due to the cold drinks. Without checking. Paper bag broke. Called to complain and was told the case will be checked and I'll get a call back. 2 days passed and no one called.

Pretty awful, the service was odd, they just didn't listen to all of our requests and the guy making our food couldn't stop hitting on the girls next to us, the food was bland , the burgers were low quality meat and wet bun. Just sad overall, the cashier was nice and thats all , if you do go there and get bad food, give it back and tell others to leave until they do it better

Meat joint with reasonable prices. Average burger. Chicken wings were ok. Kosher and located on the right edge of the food court inside the mall. Only tried it cause I usually go to the nearby kosher McDonald's.

Apart from somewhat soggy chips, the antricot burger came out just fine - not too dry and not too moist. The takeaway delivery took less than an hour, which is nice.

מאחרים בהזמנות ולא מביאים את מה שהזמנת הזמנתי ארוחה עם ציפס לא הביאו את הציפס בשביל לקבל את הציפס עברתי טרור במקום 'ישלחו שליח ישר אומרים לי עוד 40 דקות עדפתי 'יזכו אותי והתאכזבתי ואכלתי את המנה בלי הציפס בצד

האמת שקצת מאוכזבת קודם כל חשוב לציין טעויות קורות ביצעתי הזמנה של שניצלונים + גבטה עוף + המבורגר + תוספות בצד . את ההמבורגר קיבלתי *ללא הקציצה* רק אם הפורטובלו שהזמנתי . אחרי שדיברתי איתם הייתי צריכה לחכות להזמנה החדשה שתגיע בזמן שכבר כולם סיימו את האוכל . לא דרשתי פיצוי אבל ציפיתי שבזמן שאני ממתינה להמבורגר כבר שעתיים הייתי בטוחה שמקום שמכבד את עצמו יפרגן במשהו קטן והתנצל על הטעות . בסך הכל האוכל טעים אבל שהגיע האוכל כבר הצטערתי שביקשתי שיחליפו זה לא היה אותו הדבר .

שכחו להוסיף להמבורגר ביצת עין בהתאם להזמנה. הצ'יפס שרוף.

תקראו טוב את התגובות של אנשים כל מילה נכונה. המשלוח התעכב מעל שעה האוכל הגיע, קר , לא טעים ובכלל לא שלחו את מה שביקשנו. כשהתקשרנו מספר פעמים למסעדה השירות הטלפוני היה גרוע ודיברו אלינו בצורה צינית ומזלזלת. לא ממליצים להזמין מהמסעדה
