We were looking for an experience on our last day in Israel and we were treated to great wine and wonderful personable service by Nani. She was knowledgeable, gracious, and a lot of fun. Oh...the wine is great too. The vineyard is a must see. I very highly recommend a visit.

What an amazing experience! Nany, our guide, was just amazing and we had a great time, as if she were giving the tour for the first time, she was very knowledgeable and passionate about it. I enjoyed the wine tasting and cheese platter she served. Had great English, and provided lots of information about the winemaking process. Enjoyed the experience very much. It's worth visiting.

It's one of the biggest and most decorated winery in Israel. You can make a tour here (need to reserve ahead). Once in a while there's a small Bazar in the place. Local painters, chocolate makers and more are selling their products here. Nice.

A very clean and huge factory! There’s a small bar surrounds with a nice people. And some shops of accessories on an affordable prices. A nice place to stay and celebrate your weekend with a Glass of wine and cheese

Interesting and well designed site. The visitor centre is very pleasant indeed, putting on good food (some of the salads in our buffet were overly oily but the rest was all good) in spacious well appointed halls and rooms. The air conditioning was just right - a pleasant cool contrast to the temperature in the courtyard, but not comparatively freezing. The toilets were clean and plentiful - our large group was about 80% female but there were still few queues and those short even at breaks in our programme. The tour was interesting and informative, but with three groups going around at once they did run into each other. The shop is large and spacious in its own right, with an extensive collection of wines, grape juice and other delicacies, and apparently staffed by the guides, who seemed knowledgeable. The tour ended with the opportunity to taste three of the premium wines, which were very pleasant.

I invited my husband for a private tour at the winery to celebrate our 5th anniversary that is called "wood". Nani was excelent tour guide, we enjoy it and we will come back. We recommend the winery, the experience was super!.

Visiting Barkan winery is like a tour abroad. The road to the winery between the Vinyard is amazing, and it seems like it prepares you to the experience that you going to have. The good news is that you won't be disappointed and getting in to the visitor center is impressive as the wines that we have tasted. The bad news that we had to leave. But not before saying thank you to Nani, Idan & Slava who run the place are very kind and professional. So, if you around, order a tour with one of them. Thank me after the visit. 😄
