I
went
to
Audi
Pipera
with
an
electrical
problem
(my
IMU
stopped
working).
I
went
twice,
first
on
Saturday
when
I
was
told
that
only
the
sales
work
on
Saturday
the
Service
only
from
Mo-Fri
-
08-17.
I
was
shocked
for
the
customer
orientated
behavior
of
the
guy
from
sales,
he
told
me
that
I
could
talk
to
someone
from
service
and
they
will
tell
me
the
next
steps.
Considering
that
my
car
was
old
they
will
make
a
discount
(another
"good"
shock
from
my
side).
I
went
on
Tuesday,
at
8:40
I
went
to
the
reception
and
I
told
the
girl
there
what
that
guy
from
Saturday
told
me.
She
was
very
sour
and
disturbed
by
me,
and
she
told
me
that
I
cannot
talk
to
any
technician
(they
don’t
talk
to
customers),
I
have
to
make
an
appointment
and
bring
my
car
to
them.
I've
explained
that
I
can't
do
that,
at
that
moment,
that
I
need
some
advice
how
to
tow
a
quattro
system.
That
the
Torsen
system
has
maybe
some
special
security
and
I
don't
want
to
break
it,
and
i
need
a
technician
advice.
She
was
repeating
that
I
need
to
make
an
appointment
and
bring
the
car
to
them
(I
was
like
I
talking
to
a
wall).
After
rolling
her
eyes
she
called
a
technician
(like
a
favor)
but
that
person
was
not
there
even
if
it
was
working
hours.
She
told
me
that
he
is
in
traffic
,
but
she
was
not
sure
that
he
will
have
time
to
talk
to
me.
I
left
..it
was
no
point.
Horrible
experience,
like
every
customer
service
the
employees
are
acting
like
you
disturbing
them
while
there
should
perform
their
job.
But
I’m
sure
they
are
following
Audi
guidelines...
