Not good service. Online shows different rule and ofline they have different. Booked couple friendly room with online advance payment but they didn't allowed to stay and not returned money. Finally booked 2 room for stay then they allowed. Don't book this hotel online. They will behave badly if you booked online. And they will behave good if you are booking offline.

This is a good hotel for staying. There is good service and amenities available. Rooms are little small however decent. Washrooms are clean and well maintained. Overall it's value for money.

I had a great time staying for 2 nights and 3 days at a lovely hotel in the center of Ranchi. Even though we got there at 7am, much earlier than the usual check-in time of 12 noon, especially during the busy season, the hotel was really nice and let us use a room to get ready. The people who worked there were really friendly, and they had a restaurant in the hotel that only served vegetarian food, which was really tasty. It showed that they cared about making our stay good.

I shall not recommend this hotel particularly for tourists. It is situated in crowded place far from the station . It is difficult even for a person to go to the hotel in the morning and evening as it is a market place crowded with vans and vehicles .. You have to keep your car at a distant place and to carry your luggage through the crowded area. The staff on the desk are most non-cooperative and rude .

Worst experience. Rooms have stinky smell. They dont provide you water unless asked. Take photographs of your id in digicam. Literally worst experience.

I am writing this review as I am yet to check into this property. At my arrival I enquired if they provide covered blankets at their accommodation, to which they said no. Further questioning revealed that they do not dry clean or steam clean their mink blankets after every visitor as part of their daily housekeeping. The covered blankets they have are part of their higher end rooms, as if hygiene is only for exclusive people. At any point did the staff offer me any condolences or showed effort to understand my issue. In fact they were determined to prove me wrong, which made the situation even more hostile. They refused any partial or full refund, and now I feel like I’m forced into a situation. Worst experience ever.

Good and budget friendly hotel with good room services.

The maintenance of the rooms are superb. Very good service by the staffs. Foods are expensive. Location is not good very very crowded place. Value for money. Definitely recommended.

Best thing is the location, right there in Upper Bazaar. Rooms are worth the price, staff is helpful and welcoming. Great for a kow budget stay, I stayed over 10 days.

Hotel in a proper location of Delhi Market near to Railway station.Hotel service and accommodation is fine,food is also good but bit costly,another downside is it lacks a balcony.Overall a good budget hotel for stay.

Location service and all members so helpful. I have added this hotel in my list for stay regularly. Fooding is so well like as home. Don't need to go out to have lunch or dinner. All facilities are under one roof and specially in good price.

The room was okay okay. But the service was worst. My worst hotel experience ever. We were in group and they were so rude and they asked us to check out at midnight. like what is this behaviour man. They said us that "this is not that type of hotel " like what we were doing there.

I recently stayed at Hotel Akashdeep for 8 days and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. One of the things that impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the hotel. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job in keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. The management was also very efficient and ensured that all my needs were met during my stay. The staff at Hotel Akashdeep were also amazing. They were always friendly, courteous, and willing to help with anything I needed. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, everyone was very attentive and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Akashdeep to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, management, and staff are top-notch, and I look forward to staying here again in the future

Rooms are small but neat and clean. Staffs are good. Every room do not come with western style. So it is better to check before check in. They have a restaurant also. One can dine in the room. But the foods are very oily and spicy.

Their very good and the staff are too much polite when I go there there is a problem for toilet and their exchange my room and I thinking to all of them and the receptionist is very good and the also the staff are really really very good and their food service their kitchen kitchen is totally clean and their food services just excellent and their combo offers are very good by just enjoy to staying there...... I suggest to everyone to stay there their rooms a totally cleaned and the bathroom is excellent and in winter we can get hot water anytime they have Central geyser their very good and the hotel is excellent

The hotel had small rooms. Staff was initially good, when we discussed over phone before reaching there they were very good. We were 6 adults and 3 children and they proactively gave us a Tavera for ride rather than a Sumo which was very good. But they planned our sight seeing trip horribly. The planned multiple items in a day which was impossible to cover unless you dont get down at any stop and just see and cover them sitting in the car. First day we missed Getalsud dam. 2nd day we had car breakdown for 4 hrs and we missed Sun temple, when we asked them to compensate they did not. Next and the last day was horrible, we did not spend much time in Rajrappa temple and only did boating in Patratu Lake but we missed Tagore Hill, Kanke Lake, Pahari Baba temple and reached Rock Garden post sunset in dark. We tried to talk to them and explain their planning was bad, they said NO and no way they compensate us. Our trip to Ranchi came to an end with many points not covered. Very sad.

Good hotel, all over Ok. This hotel location 'main Road, "sanik market. Near by 'Daily market's (Sarjana chock, albart akka chock). 'Cab' charge 140/-. But you take "battery rickshaw" then hold 20/- person's. All staff & management team good. Kitchen available '6AM to 10PM'. Costly but fantastic. Preferred by all types trips (Family, Business, solo, Couple, solo girl).

Their staff behaviour is very rude and they don't even provide a soap to handwashing. Talking about pricing, it is also not much great because there are many such hotels you can search on Oyo which provides better services on the same price.

Should be less than 1. Total lodge. Small room . No space. But neat and clean room.

I stayed there for around 3 days. Staff was undisciplined. No alchohal was allowed. And also they charged 500 rupees with me because I made it dirty. However, thank god that they didn't see the matress that I flipped around. It was dirtier.

Location wise it is 2-3 km frm station though known to autorickshaw or cab drivers..clean and budget rm.. however, representative at counter may be rude at times..that u have to deal with. Except that rest everything is fine.

Based on my personal experience and the problems i have faced im giving my personal reviews and ratings... This hotel is budget hotel and allow couples to enter but with id card ...the hotel is cheap and best but the main problem is they are taking charges for the amenities they provide but not at all ,tge tv is not working ,the staff behaviour is rude and careless,... I think they give no care for their hotel guests...overall experience good but staffs and atlaest the infotainment sysytem is to be repaired or you have to say at the time of entarnce...
