Location wise good...Cleaniness and hygiene well maintained in rooms and hotel...need to require paste control in bathroom/toilet...Restaurant ambience was awesome...food quality and taste was good...need to add varieties of breakfast in buffet...hotel need to provide atleast 1 liter complimentary water per guest...overall stay was good...

Hotel Coral Grand is located in Kantatoli, Ranchi. The hotel has good service and a beautiful ambience. The restaurant has adequate space for seating with classy tables & chairs. AC rooms available with all necessary amenities. The elevator has not enough space thus only 3-4 people could stand without luggage. The basement parking has no adequate slots for cars, hardly 4-5 vehicles can adjust in basement parking. One of the challenges for the car drivers to turn the vehicle in/ out from the basement parking due to limited space for turning.

This place is good. The staff are very welcoming. The service is good as well. The a/c stopped working in the room called the reception and the room was changed immediately. The breakfast buffet was also good but I think less staff that day (may be due to Puja holidays) were unable to manage the guests. Overall experience was really good. Everything is close by.

Dont worth 2200 rent for a night. Dont value more than 800-900. Very much inhygienic. Mosquitos and insects were in the room. May be due to rainy season Breakfast was ok.

Very poor arrangement for a party. Even after clearly explaining the expectation with the manager the service was very poor and the manager was rude. 1. Stale Sweets Served !! 2. Items missing from table ( not served even though it was charged for!) in dinner 3. Very Slow and Poor Service (Waiters irritated on advising them) 4. Had to supervise the team to prevent embarrassment

Rooms are very small that the bed area itself accounts for 60% of room area. Very badly managed. Electrical switches are loose. On and above, the behavior is the worst possible bad. No concern for customers by the Hotel staff.

Pathetic service...room service will not entertain, services will be delayed... 500 Rs thali looks like a road side 100 rs thali...tasteless and cold served... Will not listen to complaint and will say this is their normal procedure, you should have checked before ordering...no one will really bothered although I used to stay on a regular basis... You have to wait very long for a small orders... Not worthy of staying again..

I stay at room nimber 306. I have given an order of peanut masala where peanuts are 25% and cucumber is 65%, onion is 8%, green chilies are 2%. Food quality is average and service is average too. Not a value for money.

Good hotel to stay, parking is a problem though for suv size cars. The food is excellent. The restaurant is amazing. Service is good, gate keeper is quite greedy though. Still asking for more tip after tipping him 20 rupees for doing nothing, actually scratched my car even for that gate keeper, stupid instructions for parking

Breakfast is awesome specially Mr Salman the Team Leader has a great skills of greeting people. He manages the guests in a wonderful style. I have been staying in this hotel for a long time and have wonderful experience!!

We had an awesome experience. Rooms were clean and food was damn tasty that too at reasonable price. Very polite staff from receptionist to house keeping to the room service.

I had two day stay at this hotel , rooms are a bit smaller but will provide u a very good ambience with window in every room , a very plus point , room service and staffs are polite and humble , quality of food and menu on the buffet breakfast need an improvement , its was noisy on the 4th floor , i woke up late night ....doors were cranky and noisy . A little improvement will and little effort wil make it a great stay ....

Neat and clean but the room size is small. The location is very prime. You can get everything at walking distance.

The owners of the property don’t know at all how to run a hotel. Seems they are clueless. Breakfast is horrible. Kitchen closes by 10:30 after that you can not ask for a glass of water. Breakfast opens at 8:00am before that it is impossible to even get a simple warm water. Trust, the mindset of the owners of this property is too poor.

Nice experience, Food is very good, nice taste, Staff is well efficient, during dinner Sanjay Hembram ji served well. Also in morning Mr Salman Team leader is well efficient, nice behaviour, knows well how to handle guest . Rooms are well maintained, good service Nice architect , in small space nice setting. Front office staff also very keen, House keeping staff also served well Overall nice experience 😄😄😄

The service was very poor yesterday I had my daughter's birthday party over there. The service was very very poor the charge on 10000 and return they have destroyed my party. Never ever never ever go to this restaurant the reef worst review for this.

This is a nice hotel in Ranchi. The rooms are clean and the staffs are well behaved. There a restaurant at the roof of the hotel named as the Reef. Note that, the reef is separate from the hotel room service. You can order food from hotel room service.

One of best hotel experience I had. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. The food is tasty. Family friendly as well. According to tariff the room is also good as comparison to other hotels in this price range.

Located in Kantatoli, this is a budget hotel with good staff and service. They have around 25 rooms of different categories. The standard rooms are less spacious, so go for the higher category rooms if 2 or more people are staying. The roof top restaurant is well designed with good ambience. The food offered here is good in quality as well as in quantity. They also offer banquet facilities for meetings/ functions. Parking is available at the hotel premises.

Place was good I visited two time First for group party And secondly one of my closed friend reception party And both the time I observed that the service was good and staff are doing great 👍 parking space was also good

Can't complain about the room, service or location. But got a couple of intentional scratches on my car bonnet in their underground parking. Staff/management very unhelpful in this regard. As per staff CCTV not working/area not covered etc. Stay here, but don't take your vehicle or expect help/assistance in any problem. (p.s. For your food needs, "Urban Kitchen" with around 150 dishes on the menu with "down to earth" price is just beside the entrance)

Room was nice with all major amneties and hygiene. Food was awesome and praiseworthy. Restaurants within hotels are very good. Staffs were good. My room's geaser did not worked but that's ok for me.

Grand Coral turned out to be a very positive and happy stay. Fairly priced. Amazing staff. Clean facility. Well lit place. It's on the main road so you can easily get local, public transport. Writing this review from their hotel room as we haven't even checked out yet 🙂
