It was my second experience in organising an event in this hotel and my experience was superb. The starters of this restaurant is just wow.You must give a try to chowmein and chilly of this restaurant. Food quality is really good and the staffs are generous too

Nice and clean rooms with all amenities. The washroom was clean. The service was very good, i will give it five stars for this too. The staff were well trained and well behaved. Its location is perfect, i mean 500 metres from Ranchi Railway station but Still a peaceful place. I would recommend this hotel whether you are staying for a day or week. It was a good experience. They have their restaurant and it's absolutely awesome, very tasty food and the complementary breakfast is good too, you will get different breakfast everyday. I would say go for it. Worth the money.

Good hotel but needs a little makeover. Rooms are spacious but needs a little bit of upliftment. There were stains all around the walls. Also spotted few cockroaches in rooms.Linen were not at its best. Washroom was not at its best condition. Plus wifi was not functional in first floor which they could not fix in entire day. Breakfast is satisfactory. But staff behaviour is unprofessional . They start calling vehemently for check out even before official check out time. It feels like they are driving their guests out. I felt this kind of behaviour very annoying and unwelcoming.

Excellent location which is around 500 metres from platform 1 exit of Ranchi station.Staff were very helpful. But the property is old and rooms need furnishing. Also power backup is not spontaneous. GT stuck in lift amid powercut with alarm not working. Food in the resturant was tasty and budget friendly.

Rooms were clean but services were very very slow. Overall, okay experience.

Although the location is very good, you can easily get a better hotel in this price range, it needs maintenance. Pros: 1. The hotel is only 800m from Ranchi Railway station 2. Good Room Size. 3. Although complimentary breakfast has limited options, the food is good in taste. Cons: 1. No Hot Water in tap even after repeated complaints. 2. No water in Flush. 3. The in house restaurant has limited options and the portion size is very less.

All the rooms have bathroom problem. I stayed in room no. 205..... Water used in basin are coming inside the bathroom from the bathroom water exist point. Food charges are very high. One little Kinley water bottle @ Rs. 30/- + GST. One plate Rice @ Rs. 125/- + GST.

Only solar water heating so no hot water in the evening. Cigarette butts left in non-smoking room ashtrays. Eating area was filthy with dirty counter tops and stained place mats. Also the kitchen was not clean and food smells were strong in the hallway. Treebo rep working with owner to improve but see for yourself before you stay.

In the same budget, there are lot of better options at Ranchi. There are maintenance issues, rooms are quite small according to the price. Though the food quality is good.

The hotel is very nice, however it has some minor problems like hot water only available during afternoon, the rooms not being polished in some places etc. However the service is good and the location is also convenient as there are many restaurants and malls in walking distance and the railway station is also really close. Has good potential, and I recommend it.

I absolutely loved the experience! I never expected that I would get such high-quality service for such little price. I loved the food. What I loved the most was the staff and their courteous behaviour. This is precisely what took my breath away. They were up and about at my slightest inconvenience, ensuring that I was granted the best service, the food I wanted to eat ( I asked them to specially prepare sattvic meals for me and they followed it very politely). I loved the view from my room. It had nature in it. I loved the room service and the joyful attitude of everyone who came for house cleaning as well. I enjoyed every bit of my stay. When I come back to Ranchi ( which I will), I would love to stay here again! Highly recommended to anybody who isn’t seeking a 5-star but is seeking high quality service and food!

Its a third class hotel, staff behavior is very rude.. Unprofessional services..any other guest can enter in your room easily, Not a bit recommended for family..if you book it then do it at your own risk..it will surely be waste of your money..

Overall it is nice hotel. Tarrif is also reasonable. Staff are good. Only thing which I want to suggest is to improve AC conditions. Water was coming from AC on regular basis.

Cleanliness can be improved, room was very much equipped with all necessary facilities. Staff was helpful - Front Desk was very prompt Overall 'NICE'.

No hot water in the morning. No arrangement for hot water in the room . The facilities are also not upto the mark . Not recommended for anyone

Very poor service, don't ever book this hotel, it's very poor place and the service and staff here are very rude, rooms are also very small, complementary breakfast also not upto the mark and room service is also delayed.Not recommended at all.

This is a budget hotel. By budget hotel standards, facilities are fine. The layout is a bit congested inside with very little open space. The elevator is old with grill gates, and has a capacity for 4 only. Given that it is a 5 storey hotel this causes wait times. The staff is very courteous, hospitable and helpful. The restaurant is small and has limited offerings. Location of the hotel is fine and you can easily get a cab. Close to a mall area.

I checked in on 14 november and it's not like that what I thought about the hotel and it's rooms. Toilets were not hygienic, not neat and clean, late services, some of the night staffs are not well behaved, stencils are not clean enough to serve food, I'm still in the hotel and it's really my bad luck that no other hotels of my choice were available. I'll never suggest any1 to stay here. Don't know who is responsible for this kind of services. I think hotel management should look after this to serve better with quality services and of course hygienic services and obviously with trained and well behaved staffs. I stayed in many hotels, some were good and sm were bad bt I was impressed with the behaviour of the staffs bt here I was really disappointed....

Clean and beautiful hotel and big hall overall is budget hotel

Location: the location is perfect, only 700m far from the railway station and all the restaurants and dhabas making it the perfect quiet place yet easily accessible. Rooms: the rooms were very nice and clean, every room has a small refrigerator for keeping stuff and very well maintained and top notch furnishings. the AC works great and the bed is very nice. the bathrooms were also very spacious and nice. Food: the food is great but a little on the costly side so i'd prefer to eat in the restaurants near the railway station as it also adds up as a good short walk after the heavy meals. the breakfast here is complimentary. Staff: the staff was amazing and very co-operative. The housekeeping came everyday to clean up the room and provide new towels. Price: stayed for only Rs 1700.00 per night for 4nights (including all taxes). I'd prefer you pre-book the room online at Treebo (at zero booking cost) rather than booking it here as the room i stayed is Rs 2200.00 if booked offline. so why not save the few extra bucks eh? Final verdict: great hotel, excellent staff and good food. be it a family occasion, solo trip like mine, couple holiday or business trip, its an awesome hotel. got for it!!
