Bad people ! The highway’s are closed due to the snow storm, they don't let you park overnight... What kind of people are these??? Including security, which receives free money for nothing walking around the parking lot and chasing people who were stuck in Rapid City, passing from thousands of miles away!

This Walmart was like every other Walmart Supercenter. Items on aisles. Some aisles are horrendously disorganized. There are items on the ground in some sections. There are boxes of additional items on the main aisles which makes it very difficult to navigate through with a cart. The carts are old and dirty. The food area is decent. Prices are fairly good. Bathrooms are ok but not the cleanest. Check outlines are super long. Looks like they only had 3 cashiers. The self checkout line is super long as well. Parking here is easy. But be careful as we did see several cars speed through a packed lot. Overall, your typical Walmart Supercenter. You will find what you need here. Food prices are lower than most spots. Items on ground at some departments, a few disorganized aisles. Wouldn't recommend coming here but if you're in desperate need of finding something here, you will probably find every household item or outdoor item here.

I sure feel secure here IF I was shopping in the back back parking lot.

Terrible experience, after they asked me for my receipt, I refused, based on the fact that the door checker did not check the white woman's receipt in front of me. I asked her about that and she said the check was for the big items- I had a $40 electric skillet and the lady in front of me was holding a $35 coffee maker. And I noticed a man following me- I saw him 3 times in the toy aisle and the home section and once in the grocery section. I refused the receipt check and kept on. But to be this openly racist in 2022, damn walmart. Be better. If you need to have door checkers, why do u need the cameras in self checkout? Why self checkout? If you're gonna force me to use self checkout and have no in person cashiers, I expect not to be harrased at the exit.

Its clean and very well stocked walmart, restroom also very clean. The ladies who clean the restroom is very polite and helpfull. She allowed me to inside even her cleaning was in progress.

Very helpful staff, especially when finding medication. Had cheap alternatives to name-brand medicines that worked just as well. Not a fan if how massive the store is, but that's Walmart for ya.

I don’t really mind shopping here and normally don’t have a problem with the workers who work here but when one older Caucasian guy kinda short and bald always at the grocery side doors upon entering and leaving; when he is friendly and smiling at those who are white but when a native kid or family waves and smiles at him he gives them such a mean look. If this is how people at the doors are going treat people coming in and out they shouldn’t be there at all!

I can't be the only one that is sick of shopping and having to yield to all the employees with their big carts shopping for pick up orders. It's rediculous. Figure out a new system. Change pick up time slots, do it at night, limit the amount of employees shopping during peak shopping hours, or just retrain your staff how customer service works and to show a bit more respect to actual customers shopping in the store. Also, how hard is it to open up more than 3 check out lanes on a Saturday afternoon and put some employees that can actually move fast and efficiently at the register. Put your greeters, back at the doors to greet.

For me, Walmart is always a good option to buy things at a lower price.

Love this Walmart. Lots of selection and a section for liquor too! They always have great meat and their produce is good. Good selection of pantry goods. Good is fresh because of high turn over. They get very busy on the weekends!!

I'm leaving a five-star review because of the exceptional service I received in self-checkout by a lady named Ginny!!! I'm hoping you will commend her for doing such a amazing job. As I checked out, she not only helped me with some questions, but also was prompt to help others. Very attentive and friendly!!! Thank you Ginny!

Shout out to the guy that helped me in the light bulb section this evening on North side rapid. Didn't catch his name but he made a great recommendation when I was stumped as to what kind of light bulb I needed. I explained what type of light I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction and for the first time in my adult life I bought the right ones and know what to look for next time I need them. 🤣👍

Have quite a selection of hardware and tools that are basically half the price of the other stores and competition. Also some of the best priced groceries. Basically the best for the area. The next best stores & Walmarts are in Rapid City.

Absolutely the best. 9/8/23. Plenty of workers visible. Everyone could answer my questions or called someone immediately to get the answer. I wish I could remember all their names. George in wine. Sweet lady in yarn knew exactly the yarn I needed to make a scrubby. Several in grocery directed me without fault. I wish Hendersonville NC was as fantastic as this one. I hope the manager rewards all the employees frequently.

My wife and I stopped by this store before the airport back home. Very clean and organized. Best part was the help we received finding what we needed!

It was a very interesting Walmart. They had bullet shaped knifes which is really weird. The prices are good like Walmart but they are good at all Walmarts I guess. It’s a Walmart so it’s kinda messy it has an interesting selection of things that they have.

People were friendly, store has outside security! No real space for RV’s I pulled our 30 ft in if the parking lot was full it would have been a problem. We got what we needed and found our way back to the highway.

It's a Walmart. They're all pretty much the same. This one is a little more "stabby" than others, but not too bad. I've only seen homeless people follow customers to their cars 3 times out of the dozen or so times that I've gone.

I won’t ever be bringing my car to the automotive service for an oil change. Your so called mechanics took my light bulb out of my headlight fixture for I don’t know what but when I left my driver side light was out even after they said they checked them and said they were good. They even moved my battery to take the bulb out and now I have to buy new headlights cause your oil change techs don’t know how to treat anyone’s property. Unreal!!

Not far off the I-90 and easy to get to. Lots of selection for food, decent prices, clean store and friendly staff. A good spot to stock up when on the road. Parking not ideal for full semi, but safely accessible for a bobtail.

Most of the lanes are self check-out now. Customer service is almost non existent there. I asked an employee to get something from a top selve and was told he was not allowed to. That was the over flow shelve and they were not to take product down from there. I explained that the regular shelf was empty, he said he understood but still was not allowed to get anything down from there. That made no sense to me. So when he walked away, a nice tall gentleman lifted his son up and the son grabbed it for me. If I didn't already have a cart full and been in a hurry, I would have just handed it to him and walked out of the store. The employee already told me I was being rude when I told him I thought it was silly rule. And yes I said silly. 😋

They had everything I went in for. The main item I needed was chicken or turkey pot pies for my wife, as she can't eat beef or to much pork due to a medical condition. Walmarts price for each pie is .28 to .52 cents less then elsewhere. Good place to shop for reasonable price's.

This is the biggest Walmart in our town. It's a really big store and it used to be a little rough, But they've really turned it around doesn't seem to be so bad anymore. The selection in this Walmart is a lot better than in the smaller store across town. The crowds don't seem to be as big and the inventory seems to be more full also. Which is awesome.? They carry a wider variety of products as well. All in all I would give this Walmart a 3.5 out of 5.

Great place to shop, lots of choices, plus the employees are very welcoming and respectful. I would give them 10 star rating if I was allowed.

I purchased a new tire at the Auto Center and, initially, they had troubles finding the paperwork for it. But they kept looking for it. My point is, they made a mistake but they were honorable enough to fix it. They even gave me an additional discount! The auto care staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. Thank you, Chris, Mike, Aiden and the other staff (sorry I couldn't remember everyone). Also, you guys were nice to my 2 year old. I appreciate your good attitudes and service.

This charging for shopping bags is bs we spend 100"s of $ and then we still have to pay a 1.00 a bag? Really??? Plus we bag our groceries where is the sense in that? You got to announce that to the public. You gotta be saving money because you don't have to pay cashiers. And the bags aren't even worth a buck! I don't think I'll be shopping at Walmart anymore after today y'all can keep your bags thank you anyway.

This place has been remodeled is mostly all self checkout now. The help is always there when you need it and they are clearly well trained. Security roams the parking lot regularly which is nice.

I gave it a four. Check out gets bogged and slowed down. This is the first time going to a Walmart and they have no self checkout. They really, really, really need a speed lane for groceries only for 10 items or less not selling cigarettes or alcohol or anything that requires ID, no items asking about warrantees, no clothes.

Store was rearranged. Tried to locate a specific item, couldn't find it. Asked an Associate, who was stocking shelves...VERY unfriendly. Were instructed to go to Cosmetics. Followed instructions. Tried to locate another Associate to unlock a locked box. Again, VERY unfriendly. She demanded us to get what we needed/wanted and ordered us to pay for it at the register. Clarified if we were to pay for everything in our cart, she rudely replied "No. Just the 1 from here." We'll be going to the other Walmart from now on.

Your deli and meat dept need new managers or to take a class on how to check when meat etc is expired cause clearly they know nothing and think its okay to sell spoiled food. Absolutely disgusting. Ive worked in a deli and meat dept years ago and I highly recommend you train your staff to do better and get with the program. Lazy workers!

wow! i like the snack section close to the door, its like a gas station selectipn, all the good snacks.
