I ordered a cake for my dads 65th birthday. The cake is TERRIBLE! I was told upon ordering it that the writing was done on a computer NOT hand written. It was ALL hand written! The image is peeling from the cake and completely wrinkled!Not to mention the color green they chose for writing isn’t even the same color green as whats on the side of the cake. I called the bakery and expressed how unsatisfied I was and was told to bring the cake back and go to customer service to get a certain percentage off!! I’m embarrassed to even take this cake to the party! Don’t waste your time or money ordering from the bakery. COMPLETE waste!

Historic place to stay, can be crowded when tourist come in on buses and can cause set back getting vehicle from valet parking

Chose this store in lieu of the store nearest the interstate figuring it would be quiet and still have a good selection but sadly the selection left a lot to be desired. Was looking for some men’s t-shirts and flannels but sadly most of their selection left a lot to be desired. Sadly I chose to just hit up the laundromat and dry my soaking clothes since I couldn’t find dry ones to purchase!

Some of the workers especially the ones that are doing the shopping for others are rude, inconsiderate, like they are more important than you the customer. One of them blocked the whole isle with the cart and themselves while they checked off the item. Another rammed into my cart hitting my hand between the two cards and didn't even say " I'm sorry". I will not shop in this store again unless I have to.

It has everything. Kind of sad to thibk about the many shops and stores it replaced, but it certainly is convenient to have all that stuff under one roof. Kind of depressing though. I was looking for a culinary torch for a baking project and they didn't have it or even know what it was though it was on the website for other stores. I did find all of the other ingredients and pans though, so they have most, but not everything for household cooking.

Why do i have to show receipt. When asked, .. I just kept walking... they have enough security cameras to see what goes on.... and no way will I go through self checkout . I'm not an employee of Walmart. Over all, the Walmart was clean.

Shopping for 4th of July family cookout. Normal busy for a Thursday. No waiting for cashier checkout. Great experience!

Needed a quick Father's Day gift staff was perfect. They directed me and my trip was uneventful and quick. Thank you to the staff

I just feel that this walmarts employees are not as helpful or nice as the one on LaCrosse. Most likely due to management (Except for Electronics..if anyone is there) So if it wasn't closer for me than the other one, I wouldn't go there. Also, their product selection isn't as good, but their discount isle effing ROCKS in comparison to LaCrosse's (which is almost non existant).

I'm rating this "pet hair removing" a definitely 5☆ best in the industry anywhere at removing pet hair Black & Decker finally came up with one and done. My furniture looks like I have no pets period!

Walmart is Walmart they all offer the same stuff but varying per season and location. This one stays clean, restrooms are clean. But as per usual the employees are overworked and don't seem happy. This is my preferred store in Rapid city out of the 2. It's right when you get into rapid city, good location, always busy. If you need a propane exchange it's gonna take at least 20 minutes the poor manager is usually the only one there to do it. So you'll have to go in a few times and remind them. Security guards are nice and helpful as well.

Very disappointed in my shopping experience at walmart self check out today. I am not sure why they have an employee working there that isn't there for customer service. I had a tube of crescent that exploded and ask if someone could get me another one because I had already started checking out and she says "nope I cant leave this station" so I ask if she could get someone to help me and the answer was still "nope" I dont have a radio!!! So they lost my sale!!!

Usually make one trip here a year. Never had any issues with this WM. I couldn't belive it. There was 7 checkouts with clerks open! Can you believe that? Like a throwback to 20 yrs ago.

I go to Walmart every year for Black Friday. This year was a total disappointment. I want to see, touch the gifts I'm interested in. I'm not a fan of online shopping. Remember us older folks who still like to shop for that special gift.

Walmart in Rapid City SD (no matter which one) is absolutely horrible for cleanliness. After visiting the location in Watertown SD, it was highly apparent about the difference in store cleanliness and care. When visiting either location in Rapid City. A good look around shows the lack of employee or management focus on the upkeep and attention to detail in store care. Beyond that, it is Walmart. What else would you expect.

Great Walmart. Only here on a trip but they had absolutely everything that we needed. The store was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Probably one of the best Walmarts that I have been to recently! Will definitely stop here again my next trip through!

First time been there, walmart are one of the best place to get groceries, do oil change on sunday and employee are very helpfull

Cleanest Walmart store I've seen in awhile. Aisles were clear. Bathroom was clean and looked more updated than most. Even clearance section was organized and neat. Keep it up.

This is one of two Walmarts in rapid City, more or less on the edge of town. I got an oil change did my shopping and stayed two nights there July 3rd and 4th, even though both Walmarts in town are posted 'no overnight camping'.

Shelves are pretty bare. No dairy, no eggs, hardly anything. Pretty sure the snow storm stopped any deliveries.

Walmart was VERY busy with customers trying to prep for the holidays and a winter storm. All of the lines were packed and every aisle was crowded. Staff members were trying to stay on top of crowd control to keep walkways by the registers clear, but it was difficult to manage with the large crowd. It seemed that there were many team members working hard to keep shelves stocked and I didn't notice the store running out things like I expected. I find it frustrating when the walkways are narrow and crowded so you get stuck in the middle of a traffic jam, but I do understand that employees need some room to be able to stock shelves and crowds are inevitable especially before a snow storm. Under the circumstances, my shopping trip went smoothly and I was able to get what I needed and get out in a reasonable amount of time. I will call that a win!

Schmeh. Much better than the Walmart on LaCrosse, but farther to drive for me unless I'm already on that side of town. Supply chain issues are out of control and it seems like Walmart and Sam's get the brunt of it. Always out of eggs at either location lately, yet I can always find eggs at Safeway. Riddle me that.

I was yelled at by a Caucasian man probably jealous because I have a Camaro and he doesn't and was lead out by theft prevention because of I could get NDN involved but being a single dad I need this place if It happens again though bet I will go to the proper people to boycott

Nice store, friendly staff. It's clean and generally well stocked. Pretty convenient location, easy parking lot. Quick to get in and out of.

It’s a lot more organized than it’s ever been just wish the close selections were better everything sort of looks like my grandma would wear it which isn’t bad if you’re her age but can’t wait to see whats new out in a couple months!

We were having an electrical issue with our camper on our way to Canada for my sisters wedding and Rob in the service center did an amazing job identifying the issue and solving it on the spot! I’m grateful there are people like Rob in the world!

Here I am waiting to get my tires rotated. Back door locked had to go around to get service. Apparently it's time to go on break. It's 7 am. This place just opened. I am beyond angry. My time is money, literally. Every service center is a joke and this is no different. I am done with Walmart. This is why when there is another option I take it.

There was a lot going on in the store tonight; several empty spots in the grocery department but there were also associates working to get freight out. We flagged down one gentleman, who said his name is John, to get some milk for us. Then he ended up helping quite a few other customers also! Then later we jokingly asked him for some help with another item; and he was so helpful finding that item too! There was also a female associate that might have been training another team member, but she told us exactly where to find apple cider vinegar- and it was exactly right where she said! Then at the checkout, both the associates that we spoke to, were also pleasant and accommodating. This is most likely the best ever experience at any Walmart we have ever had.

Very Friendly Workers. Organized and Clean and so are the restrooms. I just loved All the Glow in the Dark nail polishes I got. I love all the Halloween and Fall Stuff. ThankYou

Always a clean friendly and prompt place. Usually not extremely packed unless you hit rush hour or holidays and still remain an ok or good stock. Usually. Very friendly staff, and lanes are usually good pace and flow. Your basic Walmart, great employees and just a nice place to get lost in and find all the right prices if you take the time to look. Just a tip for those who have a list, sometimes you browse a little longer you may find a good price just down the isle. Love Wally Worlds prices.
