this is my second time getting a jel polish , unfortunately , I ve had a disappointing experience both time,Despite giving them another chance, the gel polish started peeling off after one week, hoped for better results this time, but clearly the products or techniques they use are not up to standard.

My sister went to this NAIL studio for her nails for a very special occasion. She did manicure and pedicure for $150! She had a design which she showed the nail ARTIST, what she got is no where close to what she wanted, I wish I can upload the pictures of her nails, but there is no such a feature here! When my sister complained that she was disappointed with the result that lacked shape and character and left her nails sore and broken! The response came from the manager as (hurry up please we have other customers waiting)!!! Next time ask for a good nail artist!! What?? I thought it’s a nail studio!! Like seriously!!! No respect to the customer at all. I would highly recommend against this salon, you will be wasting your money and your nails and above all spoil your occasion.

- Friendly and professional staff - Hyagen and cleanness is at high level - variety of colors and designs are available - on time appointments, no delays - they speak your language (kurdish, Arabic, English, Russian and some others) - prices are fair compared to the quality - best pedicure in Erbil - great hospitality
