Visited last week and had a vey unpleasant experience! If it wasnt for “fafa” the kind lady that finally did my nails i would have walked away after 40 min of waiting , even she was shocked and she kept on apologizing for her colleagues rudeness even though she had nothing to do with their unprofessionalism. I tried to contact the owner in several ways to inform her about what happened but never heard back (not sure if they deleted my msgs before reaching her or they gave me a wrong number or she doesn’t care as well) The place is nice and obviously they have some good employees but they provided very poor customer service very limited options for normal nail polish colors (arguing that pink and red are the same colors and that why i dont do gel for both! Thats not what i booked for dear liza!!! If i want gel i book for gel) refusing to start with pedicure after asking for 5 times bcz i wanted them to dry while i do my hands They kept on postponing me and saying someone will come but no one did and finally fafa did them as well Asked for manager and a lady came, when i tried to explain what’s happening she said i m only the cleaner here …. And sarcastically offered me if i want loyalty card! two stars are only bcz of fafa Customer service ,management, punctuality zero They simply dont care

Lovely work! Amazing staff

In my experience from going there for about 3-4 years, they're staff never fails to impress md with they're amazing service. My nails have never broken or have never been in bad condition ever sense I started going to they're nail salon/spa. My nails are always so beautifuly done ever sense I started going to them.
