Fantastic and economical deals of KFC are really amazing. Food quality is awesome but always have a big queue all the time. Kids play are is also available. Really nice to visit with family. 👍

One of the oldest and best outlet of KFC. This is silent place and give you time to listen yourself and give good time to family of you are visiting with family. Playland for children is good too on first floor. Staff is cooperative too. Visiting this place since 2008 or so.

The best experience so far especially the kid's playing area was too good, the taste u all know it's best in fast food. The family festival 1 bucket is the most economical and value-for-money deal. 9 chicken pieces 🍗 If u go there with family they have the best sitting space. Food was great as always. THE BEST But this time fries were cold and Cold drinks were hot! I would blame it on the service. They are nice a good staff but they sometimes mishandle things. I mean i have visit this place many times but their service is just OKAY!

I always come here after going to the beach or even just to dine on a regular day. Everything I’ve ordered has been delicious, from burgers to pastas, fries, dessert, drinks, etc. Very generous pasta portions here, my friend and I shared the plate and were very full by the end. If you like pink sauce pasta, I recommend ordering it from Falla, you won’t regret (Forgot to take a pic). Joseph, our waiter was the absolute sweetest and made our dining experience so much more worthwhile. This place is perfect with its aesthetics, food and service.

I was badly craving for KFC rice yesterday so decided to take my colleague with me for lunch. Johar Town branch was the closest to my workplace so came to this one. It is fairly smaller in area than other branches I have visited and the outdoor wasn't very well cleaned. Ambiance was clean and good inside. I ordered myself rice with fries and drinks and as per one's expectations, It was just too good. Also tried their ice cream for the first time tomorrow. Their staff is also very friendly and cooperating. My order was served fresh and within time. Great experience overall.

Visited KFC Johar Town Branch two days back to curb the late night cravings. It was late night and most of the tables were empty, and couple of tables were occupied by families. I must say that the Joharr Town branch of KFC is neat and clean and very well maintained, unlike their Barkat Market branch. We Bought zingers and fries. Salted fries were good but to my surprise the zinger was a bit spicy. I took some pictures there which I am sharing with you guys.

I recently visited the KFC JT branch for lunch with my colleagues. The food was great, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting, and the service was prompt and efficient. We all really enjoyed the delicious stuff here. The prices were also very reasonable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend the KFC JT branch to others.

If KFC excuses on availability of menu drinks then its not good for his big name... This branch staff is so exhausted, need some counselling for the order side staff. Kentucky burger is good addition in the menu Parking is insufficient.

Previously visited KFC, I found everything perfect, order came within 5 minutes, however, I was a bit disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. Zinger was not good or uncooked. Service 5/5 Atmosphere 5/5 Ambience 5/5 Food 4/5 However, this place does have high chairs, plus partially self service 😉

Lovely place with delicious fresh chicken and superb taste which is mind blowing. Even after so many years their taste is still the same and delicious. The play area is a bit smelly but clean. The sitting area is wonderful with great ambience. Parking is a bit had to get rest a nice spot to hang out with the family and friends.

My experience today was bad , there is a deal going on where you get rs 400 zinger buger for 99 rs , the line outside was too long and when they let us in another line was waiting , we waited for an hour there were only 7 people in front of us but the QR code scanner wasn't working and if it did then there was another problem the cashier wasn't getting verification code on time . 99 rs burger isn't worth an hour wait in my opinion

KFC is always known to provide with best meals and deals. They’re fast in delivering hot food. Being the pioneer of Zinger, the offered zinger in burgees as well as Zinger strips. However like most of the chains, the burgers are fairly small in size with being only 4-5 bites at max. Even their mighty ones fail to satisfy the hunger. This outlet is very neatly built and kept spick n span. It’s spacious with multiple options of seating including high bar stools and comfy sofas. I give them four stars because of the coffee. It’s really bad. Way below average. Though they’re not known for it but still can maintain some level and bring the taste a bit up.

Its was my first experience but it was extremely bad. Beacuse i told them i want a deal which was recently started and it was just available on take away or driv thru. They replyed me that you can order online or through food panda. They didnt want or try to understand that what I was asking.

I am utterly disappointed with my recent experience at this branch. I ordered takeaway, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. Firstly, the chicken I received tasted like rubber. It was not only overcooked but also strangely tough, making it inedible. To add to this, the food was served cold, indicating a complete lack of attention to basic food safety and customer satisfaction standards. What shocked me even more was the complete negligence displayed by the staff. My order was left sitting on the counter for a whopping 20 minutes, and no one bothered to inform me that it was mine. It's basic customer service to notify customers about their orders, and this oversight was highly unprofessional and careless. To top it all off, when I got home, I discovered that the ice cream I had ordered was missing from the bag. I only found out when I checked my order, leaving me frustrated and unsatisfied. This experience was not only a waste of my time and money but also incredibly disappointing. I expected much better service and quality from a renowned chain like KFC. I hope this feedback prompts the management to address these issues promptly because, at this point, I have serious doubts about returning to this branch.

This has to be the worst KFC throughout Lahore. The usual serving time is around 45 minutes, and they couldn't care less about what the customer is asking them. Even though after constant request of not adding a specific ingredient due to allergic reactions, it was added in the burger. The employees aren't willing to listen, even the manager wouldn't care of anything.

This is one of the worst branches of KFC in Lahore. They don't train or manage their riders. Last night I placed an order at 1am that I recieved at 4am which was messed up in itself. But just when I thought that was the worst that could happen, it got even worse. The rider came, gave me an incomplete order and took money for the whole order didn't even give the change and left. I tried contacting KFC but they have done nothing till now and I don't think they will either. They STEAL your money giving you incomplete orders. Keep that in mind next time you order because your money is halal and hard earned. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Due to covid 19 dining is not allowed in any restaurant in Lahore. This particular KFC doesn't have a drive through but their staff takes orders while you are parked outside the restaurant. You are not allowed to go inside the restaurant to place any order. Instead the staff takes orders & delivers to you outside. Plus you can order for home delivery any time.

Ordered a meal from here and got it delivered within good time. It was very fulfilling. The only issue was that the meal was cold upon arrival, so I feared it might not have been fresh cooked but otherwise it was good.

It was such a bad experience at KFC johar town . They have literally lost their food quality and quantity aswell . Burger was so cold as they have given us an old burger from the refrigerator and the fries were so soggy . They were also not fresh . Coleslaw was soooooo bad . It was not fresh either and it was smelling and obviously the taste was pathetic .

It's a good place if you buy fresh chicken,fries and fresh burgers.. because if you'll buy chicken which is already cooked and in there box, you gonna regret your decision.. Tell them to make fresh food for you. The the I don't like is salt in their chicken. They should minimize the quantity of salt in their chicken recipes..

Today, I ordered a KFC deal. However, I was disappointed as the food was not fresh and lacked any taste. The broasted chicken piece was stale and the cold drink was not Pepsi. The coleslaw tasted like stale custard. The chicken had a bad smell, and the buns were also stale. I think it's better to buy from local markets instead. The quality of the food was poor and unhygienic, and as a result, I have a stomach ache.
