am
utterly
disappointed
with
my
recent
experience
at
this
branch.
I
ordered
takeaway,
and
I
can
honestly
say
it
was
one
of
the
worst
fast-food
experiences
I've
ever
had.
Firstly,
the
chicken
I
received
tasted
like
rubber.
It
was
not
only
overcooked
but
also
strangely
tough,
making
it
inedible.
To
add
to
this,
the
food
was
served
cold,
indicating
a
complete
lack
of
attention
to
basic
food
safety
and
customer
satisfaction
standards.
What
shocked
me
even
more
was
the
complete
negligence
displayed
by
the
staff.
My
order
was
left
sitting
on
the
counter
for
a
whopping
20
minutes,
and
no
one
bothered
to
inform
me
that
it
was
mine.
It's
basic
customer
service
to
notify
customers
about
their
orders,
and
this
oversight
was
highly
unprofessional
and
careless.
To
top
it
all
off,
when
I
got
home,
I
discovered
that
the
ice
cream
I
had
ordered
was
missing
from
the
bag.
I
only
found
out
when
I
checked
my
order,
leaving
me
frustrated
and
unsatisfied.
This
experience
was
not
only
a
waste
of
my
time
and
money
but
also
incredibly
disappointing.
I
expected
much
better
service
and
quality
from
a
renowned
chain
like
KFC.
I
hope
this
feedback
prompts
the
management
to
address
these
issues
promptly
because,
at
this
point,
I
have
serious
doubts
about
returning
to
this
branch.
