There customer service is one of the worst. I was their regular customer before today. The last time when I shop, I had bought a 820 Farlin kids safety band, show in the invoice which I could not figure out how to use. So I took it back to them and asked them how to use it. They did not know themselves how to actually tie it. So the product is useless and they won't exchange with another product that would work. This is how they treat and back up the products in there store.

This store is HUGE! Literally you're just going to keep moving your eyes around and it wouldn't end. From apparel, shoes, accessories to toys, baby supplies, school supplies and even crockery - you name it and Bachaa Party has it. It's actually Pakistan's Biggest Kids Store.

Worst shop ever...They have literally lost their reputation over a 3000 toy.Managers are so cooperative even in great brands.Aur ye chota sa brand bachaye apne customers bnain they have lost many.And poor quality of products,specially toys.Will never visit again.Best of luck for you guys in future as you will lose your brand because of your poor customer services and manager.

Worst customer service.... The manager's behavior was pathetic, so rude!!! They don't have any idea how to deal and talk with customers. They were not accepting their own fault, they missed a piece in a car launcher toy. Extremely poor experience with the store. Really not recommended.

Very very Excellent customers services have seen it in this store. Very best quality fabrics and huge range in have seen it in Infunt accessories and in toys sections. It's true this very big store in Pakistan related Kids goods.

They have a variety of toys, clothes, shoes etc. But pricey.

Today I went to the bacha party at emporium mall and a employee there asked for my phone by saying that i wanted you to join our facebook group i said okay and she first said that please open your facebook i opened it then she said can you please open your google as i am not able to open the group and i opened my google too but when i returned home i find out that she actually used my Facebook account and posted a status of bacha party at my Facebook and also she gave bacha party 5 stars through my gmail account and also a comment which states “good”.. what type of behaviour is this you guys used my applications without informing me. really disappointed

Beautiful place for kids items you will find all the toys stuffed ,electric, manual rubber ,shoes makeup dress a bit stationary . Amazing! Good variety for kids clothing and toys. Their sale representative Kamran Khaliq was very cooperative and guided for assembling toy car at home through video call.

Good budget store for kids shopping but they must improve on quality of their products. Almost everything they sell is from China. Clothes are 1 size small as kids here are taller.

I ordered gifts for my nephew and they were undelivered so I called them and ask , one of them said it's delivered and sent me some other person's Screen shot saying ,that order number is same.
