Cool hostel Good: - clean - modern design - super comfy bed ! - relatively quiet (but I guess it depends on where your room is located and how the other customers behave) - Nice bathroom (soap and shampoo provided) - friendly receptionist - I like the neighbourhood Not so good: - the breakfast. Starts at 7:30, which I believe is too late. The breakfast itself is underwhelming: toast bread and instant cup noodles. - the room would need a trash bin and hangers on the walls to dry the towels. - the room is cramped, put your bags and you don't know how to access the bed. - keep in mind it's a good 15min walk from the metro. Overall a pleasant experience !

I’ve just completed a 3D2N stayover here at Natee Hostel. The experience was amazing! We often get a reality shock when pin too high hopes from the images we see online, but Natee Hostel surely did not disappoint! Not to mention, really cost friendly! Preme and Jane who takes 2 different shifts to oversee the hostel operations were very thoughtful and accommodating pair. Whenever I pass the reception to head out, they always make it a point to ask where I’m heading, an if I need any recommendations. There’s a lot of human touch in it, they are very sweet host! Upon check in, they will do a quick walk through of the hostel’s facilities. Most hostel do not provide toiletries for shower and you’re expected to bring your own towel. But over here. You’re covered for these. In any case if necessary, there’s a 7-11 just a stone throw away. They have a nicely set up laundry area with proper laundry rack and coin operated washer for your use. I booked a bed in a ladies-only room which came with a private bathroom. I love the convenience and privacy! Keeps my mind at ease during a shower. Just a few months into operation, the hostel is very new and of course well maintained thus far. Unlike most hostel which hire very robotic staff, the staff working here are always smiley and helpful when you need When I was checking out, I left my luggage in their store and had a pair of shoes left on top which I was gonna change into on my return. When I got back 4 hours later, I realized Jane had thoughtfully bagged my shoes and left it on top of my luggage. She probably thought I hadn’t gotten a plastic bag to keep my shoes, and got that done for me. Such sweet gesture!

Recommended for backpaker traveller, not for family traveller. Room quite good, cleanliness could be priority improved. Provide only toast and coffee for breakfast. Water dispenser is a plus point, pantry must be fixed for more comfort. Nice budget hostel, good for long stay.

Location is great if you are planning to do shopping in the Pratunam area. The venue is very clean and the staff is helpful too. The rooms are not spacious but neat and tidy and the bathrooms are well maintained. A small breakfast is included which is enough to get you going. There’s a public area to chill and socialise in one of the middle floors and also one on the rooftop. Request for a lower floor room if possible as there are five floors in total and there’s no elevator.

This hostel is amazing! The staff were super helpful and accommodating. They made our stay very pleasant. Thank you once again. The hostel is clean, modern and the location is very good. Our highlight was the rooftop where you can sit and enjoy the city. We highly recommend staying here.

Hostel design:Casual and cozy. Shared bathrooms: Like the shower, and even sing while bathing. Soap and shampoo provided. Bathroom properly ventilated. Stay dry. Each bed provided with own light switch and power plug. Bedroom is air conditioned. Breakfast provided: coffee, chocolate, noddles. Drinking water is available. Night Market include restaurant and foods, 7eleven are available within walking distances. Staffs are friendly and can communicate well in English.

This place appears as a top ten best hostel in Bangkok from a website. The property is wonderful in design and service. All areas are useful. Every single details are perfect.

Oma kokemukseni oli aika huono. Olin naisten huoneessa, huoneessa yksi, sängyssä 2, heti vastaanoton takana katutasossa. Sängyssäni oli vain yksi verho, vaikka verhoja kuuluisi olla kaksi. Kaapistani(missä säilytetään omia tavaroita oman lukon takana)oli toinen sarana irti. Jokapaikassa oli valtavasti tavaraa, tuli vähän sellainen olo että nukkuisin varastossa? Huoneen yhteydessä oli kylpyhuone, missä oli suihku ja kaksi vessaa, toisessa vessassa tulvi. Olin kaksi yötä, toisena yönä joku rupesi teippaamaan tavaraa vastaanoton vieressä sellaisella volyymillä, että jouduin pyytämään häntä olemaan hiljempaa, minulla oli aikainen herätys seuraavana aamuna. Muutenkin jäi vähän epäselväksi, että millaiset hostellin säännöt ovat esim.hiljaisuuden suhteen?! Viimeisenä aamuna myös joku mies vain käveli huoneeseen sisään edes koputtamatta!? Aika epäsiisti paikka muutenkin.

Nice allaround clean hostel. With very nice furnishing. Lots of space to relax from the city. The breakfast is not a highlight but alright. It's near the sky train so you can easily reach it from the airport.

Stayed for 1 night only. Did late check-in but everything went smooth, reception was closed already but they wrote down my name including the instruction of where my room was and the wifi password etc. So i did self check-in without any hassle. The staff was friendly and helpful! Sevel is only 3 mins walk, Pratunam market is only 5 mins walk. Room was clean, bahtroom at night was cleaner than the morning. Overall definitely worth the price!

An average hostel. Stayed at Natee Hostel in Bangkok for 5 nights. 3 in a 6 person dorm and 2 in a private room. Was excited to stay looking at the high star review and photos, however I was disappointed by the condition of the hostel as it has clearly not had money put in to maintain it since those photos were taken. First the pros: the locations is amazing! Close to 3 major malls and 2 different train lines within a 5-10 minute walk. Lots of massage places nearby, as well as places for dinner, a pharmacy and a 7/11. The dorms room was as expected from the photos with large lockers and set out in a way to maximise privacy for all the bed spaces with efficient aircon. Large shared bathrooms with a hair dryer and two small kitchen units with fridges and a filter water system to fill up water bottles. Simple breakfast of cereal and toast is included in the cost of the rooms and wifi is reliable. Washing machine was available for 40baht per load and there was ample space to hang clothes out to dry. The receptionist was very friendly and incredibly helpful, able to answer all the questions we had about the hostel and places to go in Bangkok. However I noted the following cons: no air conditioning in the building (outside of the private/ dorm rooms) so communal spaces were very hot and humid (including the bathrooms). Cleaning was below standard, often found clumps of hair in the showers and lots of stains/ soap scrum marks in the bathrooms as well as cockroaches and insects. No rubbish bins in the bathrooms or dorm rooms. There was a lot of dust on surfaces around the communal areas and some in the dorm rooms. Most of our sheets and towels had old stains on them. Every bed in the dorms had a light and power plug, however no shelf to put our phone while it charged, just had to lay it in the bed with you. No dryer for washing (but was able to hang it all out to dry on clothes hangers provided). Most disappointingly was the rooftop space. I was hoping for a relaxing space as shown in the photos. However the fake grass was gone, no bean bags, no tables. Just a concrete balcony with rubbish in the corners. Was nothing like the photos. Another thing to note is that this hostel is no accessible. There is no elevator and there are multiple (4+) flights of steep stairs to different floors, so this is not a place for anyone who has mobility concerns. Overall this was an average hostel in a good location for a price similar to other hostels. I do feel that for the same price you could stay in nicer/ cleaner hostels in the same area. It did the trick and was a fine place to sleep. But no social aspect to this hostel and would not stay again.

Terrible service, we reserved for 9beds and they forgot, leaving us with only 6 beds left. We have to find new hostel in the middle of the night.

Bad experience staying here, my bed was changing 3 times and Im at 6th floor. They even no provide us with towel. Such a bad experience. I dont want visit this hotel anymore

Could have been a nice hotel however, there is hygiene problem. The common area is not clean, I have seen cockroaches here. Which is disgusting. The rooms are clean and comfy

The experience here was overall great. The host was very friendly and helpful. I booked a room of 6 for 5 people, and I thought we covered that room. It turned out that we would stay with another stranger, so we wanted to change it. She was very generous to change to a big empty room for 10 people, and 5 of us could stay there alone the whole week at the same price. The room was clean and the public restrooms were clean too. The place was near to Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Market, The Suan Pakkad, etc. Breakfast included: cereal, milk, bread, coffee, tea, and orange juice.

A muslim friendly hostel. Suitable for family with older children or single. The room is suitable for sleeping and place to keep our things only. The rest you do it at common area and pantry outside the room. The place was well kept and maintain. I love the industrial style and the host was friendly. The morning breakfast was just nice and keep our stomach full till afternoon. The hostel is a bit secluded but only a walking distance to the Platinum Fashion Mall, Pratunam Night Market and also to the BTS station. Tuk-tuk and taxi are easily to find at this area. Although I checked out at 10 am, I still can used the facilities till my flight in the late afternoon. I didn’t feel harassed for using the common room, pantry and the toilet. I comfortably praying at the common room as its clean and cozy. The downside was no elevator at this hostel. After a long day walking around, I have to climb the stair up to level 4 to reach my room. Bringing heavy luggage was also a problem. But it didn’t affect me much. I left to the airport at 5:30 pm with big smile. I gave some extra tips in the box. Very recommended.

Pros : - great location for shopping in the area - pretty close to airport train - taxis always coming down the street - clean room and comfy bed! - VERY cold AC we appreciated that so much! - Cool Rooftop View! Cons: - Common areas were not the cleanest and sometimes smelt bad - The rooms really need garbage bins, the common area garbages were always overflowing - Laundry machine was broken and there was no sign saying it was broken - Breakfast very underwhelming, saw geckos crawling across the bread bag and cereal that was left out - So loud at 7am, people stomping up the stairs (rooms arent very soundproof)

This hostel is very cozy and nice interior. There are two cute staff Tuck&Yeest who always smile without any reason. I stayed in room no.1 on 1st floor it's very comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Highly recommended!!!!
