Good and comfortable stay.👍🏻 From the point of entry, the security welcoming the guest at the main entrance with wide genuine smiles receiving our luggage and opening the door for us to the warm welcome from the front desk staff willing to assist with great pleasure and joy is heart warming. The welcome drink is refreshing and you also get free popcorn 🍿. It was easy to check in and check out. There is always a helping hand. The rooms, OH, the rooms, not very big but luxury and great style, ideal for a couples trip or businesses with max 3 person occupancy. The way the rooms are styled and fitted out is really tastful and beautiful, the mattress, the sheets and the pillows are amazing, everything is clean and the attention to detail in the smallest things are to be applauded. Thank you for a great stay. Should I return, I will gladly stay here again. The proximity to the mall also makes it a good place to stay, also all the key happening fun areas are near by. Not to forget they have good breakfast 🥞 options 😍

Very deceiving pictures of this hotel. Yes you walk in and are greeted with a tea and lobby is very pretty but that’s all this hotel has to offer. Hallways are stuffy with no Ac, elevators are small & not spacious. Rooms are worse, view of a wall, no hot water our first night, the beds are uncomfortable as if sleeping on a spring. Floor might be more accommodating. Breakfast, well yes many choices if you’re accustomed to very heavy meals. Coffee was Horrible! And if you complain, they are not very helpful. Pool bar people don’t even ask if you need anything. It’s dirty and old! I would NOT recommend this hotel! Bangkok has lots more of hotels to offer!

The staff named 'Mod' was so rude. How dare she is so rude to a customer during the hardest situation of the hotel? She should have watched her words. However, other staffs were fine. From my experience staying at 4-5 star hotels, this hotel is still far from 4-star hotel. I'm positive the hotel claimed itself as 4-star hotel, not by accreditation. The room was so small. At the time I booked, a staff told me the room is 25 sqm, but I got 20 sqm when checked in. They told me I have to upgrade for a larger room. The bed is kinda hard. The wall is so thin, you can hear noises/ conversations from the rooms next to you clearly. Not recommend if you want a place for a good rest.

Value for money. Room was big and equipped with most of the necessities that you need. Buffet breakfast has variety of choice and they even cater halal and vegetarian food. Check out the rooftop bar and swimming pool at level 8. Every corner is Insta-worthy. Staffs were friendly and helpful, well versed in few languages. Only downside. I don’t like the fragrance in the hotel lobby. It was so strong and smell like men cologne.

Service here is really good. Service crew is very attentive to your needs. This hotel provides 24/7 buggy ride to the busier roads. (As i initially was worried to walk back from Platinum Mall at night) Shout out to the security, Pond, who is always so smiley, making us feel really welcome when driving us back and forth with the buggy! Nam and Mild assisted me with the stunning traditional Thai costume and accessories. Took lots of pictures for me as well!! Definitely had a great time here. They also have a decent range of food to choose from at the breakfast buffet which is really nice! 100/100 would definitely come back if I ever visit BKK again!

We had a great stay here and also participated in the Thai traditional photo shoot. There were many colours to pick from and also accessories and head gear. Nam and Foy were very helpful and took great pictures! We also appreciated and loved the buggy pick up and drop off services especially after a long long day. I’ll highly recommend this hotel and if you prefer a more modern room, and slightly bigger size go for the Deluxe Room options compared to the Superior Room options. We enjoyed our stay and the kids say “Best.Hotel.Ever.”

Quite a new hotel but not so big in size. The hotel is right in Pratunam but is hiding inside one of the small road. The road so small until our tour bus also couldn’t send us to the lobby. The bus needs to stop by the main road and they will us shuttle van or buggy to send guests and their luggage to the hotel. The room size is slightly small comparing to other 4 stars hotel. Only good thing is the room is well kept and clean. Buffet breakfast is also with quite a few selections. Staff here are friendly too.

Do not recommend! One star for the customer services and room cleanliness - staff are friendly. The rest is horrible. The pictures uploaded by the hotel do not reflect the real situation. They have been over-beautified. The room facility are all out of date, even no toilet roll was provided. The shower water volume was quite low on the 7th floor and it did not get better although the staff helped the fixing. We asked for a quiet room but it was actually not, we could hear much noise from the early morning.

The customer service was good. However, my time there was painful. First of all, the room is not soundproof. I could hear the people next door party every night, moving furnitures around, and even vomiting. Those wired people always started their party when I was about to sleep (12:00 midnight). Other things are generally fine considering the reasonable price. So one star to the price and the other star to the staff. Not suitable for people who like a quiet stay.

We are having a great experience at Vince Hotel. They have amazing service for customers, are super friendly and nice and always there to help. They have popcorn, juice and water for customers all day long, the breakfast is diverse and you can easily find a lot of healthy choices. The rooms are clean and they offer also toothbrushes and body cream (in case you forgot yours). Thanks a lot to Som, Nam and Mild for the great experience dressing in traditions Thai costumes. They helped us feel like royals :) and we have great memories as a family. We love how close to everything this hotel is and that they have a golf cart that even took us at a topical market to get some food late at night. Highly appreciated! The cons I found until now: it’s super cold :), the AC is on all the time. But in the rooms you can set up the temperature that feels comfortable for you.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was a pleasant stay overall. 1. Hotel is clean and spacious except that water temperature changes quite fast 2. Ground staff are helpful and take initiative to assist us with the luggage 3. Location is not the best however they provide 24 hrs buggy to 5 locations which is really a value added point. I must say that the older buggy driver is really polite and helpful. We had some difficulty locating the pick up point but he went out of his way to help us 4. Hotel breakfast is great! Wide variety with rotational dishes everyday 4 star hotel but 5 star service, definitely recommendable

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staffs. The external of the hotel looks very humble and down to earth; but the interior is modern and colonial feel. I find it very cozy and charming. Although the location was a bit further out of the crowded area of the exciting Pratunam; but they provide shutter service to the nearby dropping points for better accessibility. Similar to other hotels, some facilities were lack of maintenance, seems like a common problem for most of the hotels in BKK.

Had a 5D4N stay at this place, really love the ambience and somewhat classic feel setting. The service is great especially the short shuttle service to nearby exit points. A good diversity of food for breakfast too. If you are a fan of apparel shopping, then this hotel is located near to other malls, Pratinum Fashion mall being the nearest. I would definitely return back here in the future, if I ever make another trip down to Bangkok. Double thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Great hotel in a really ideal location for shopping and access to restaurants and massage. The hotel is well situated with great very helpful staff. They offer a good trolley or tuktuk service to the main roads. Breakfast changes daily and offers considerable choice however some of the guests can be a tad noisy and undisciplined with kids jumping on the couches which was rather gross. Rooms are all appointed but staff using the elevators to clean sheets and bedding can mean lengthy waits to access the rooms. Drinks offered 24/7 in reception is a nice touch and the traditional clothes camera offering was interesting. We felt the rear section of the hotel felt a little disconnected but it wasn’t a big deal. Themed floors were interesting with tennis and baseball being two that we noticed. Definitely a good location and somewhere to stay again.

First impression upon entering was woaaaa 😍😍 The hotel is very nicely themed, staffs' uniform are cute and matching to the theme. The hotel provides relatively decent breakfast, and best thing of all is the free experiential service for wearing traditional Thai costume, with photographer too! The staffs were very helpful and patient in dressing us up and taking photos for us. Room was clean with good quality shower gel, shampoo and body lotion 👍👍

Had a great stay at this hotel! The exact location of the hotel is a bit inconvenient by walking (it’s in an alley) but the hotel’s free buggy service is very convenient and makes it very easy to get around. The service of the staff here is one of the best I’ve ever experienced - we were unfortunate to experience a room that didn’t have hot water and the staff tried their best to fix. When it couldn’t be fixed, they were very apologetic and moved us to a different room quickly! We also enjoyed all the free perks like 15 min massage and Thai photoshoot with Mild and Foy - they were very sweet and patient with us. Mix was also very helpful and kind. Would recommend!

We enjoyed ourselves staying in this hotel. They have a lot of extra services to keep the guests entertained. We tried out their free massage and free traditional costume wearing. Nam and Foy are very friendly and professional in the photo taking and helping us wear the costumes. Their breakfast spread is huge, a lot of different cuisine to choose from. The only cons is that the location of the hotel is quite far from the main road but they provide a 24 hours buggy service which helps to reduce the travelling time.

Good breakfast buffet, hotel, and recreational activities (swimming pool). This one is closes to one of the big shopping malls and thus, a best choice for shopping enthusiast. However, if you want to have dinner at the hotel restaurant then they will not serve water, one has to get a water bottle from room that they give for free. But they will not give water bottle over the reception desk.

The hotel is not exactly like the pictures on the booking sites, it has definitely aged a few years. Overall, the rooms are quite clean, although the layout can be a little weird (Fridge too close to the bed). The staff was very friendly. The breakfast spread is quite good, and they have 24 hr free buggy service to nearby drop off since the hotel is located in an alley.

My partner and I recently participated in the traditional Thai dress up photography session and absolutely loved it! There was dozens of outfit options for both men and women, and all of the jewels and accessories really made our outfits look amazing. Our lovely helpers, Nam & Foy were incredibly helpful with picking out our outfits and taking both wonderful and funny photos. It was a great experience!

I've stayed at Vince Hotel 4 days 3 nights and booked for the Thai costume services. The staff was really nice. Miss Nam help us to put on the close nicely and help us to wear the jewelry. Miss Mild is a great photographer who show us how to pose. 5 starts for the staff and the service they deliver.

First trip to Bangkok and surprised with a trendy and stylish hotel perfectly located close to the big shopping malls but still surprisingly quiet. I was not disappointed with the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. Amazingly attentive and friendly staff, wide variety of selections of breakfast buffet items and overall quaint and lovely experience. Most notable is the list of complimentary services, facilities and items the hotel offers, such as buggy services to bring you around the area and even massages on certain days. Would like to specially and sincerely thank Nam and Mild for helping us dress up in the traditional Thai costumes and taking such wonderful and amazing photos of us, taking a lot of effort for various shots, poses and even directing us on how to make the photos even better. Even a complimentary service such as this was done with such effort and eagerness. Will definitely come again when back in Bangkok. Thank you for the great experience as a first-time traveller! :)

I'm not sure if it's considered a 4-star hotel. 1) room is big enough but shower cubicle kinda small. no bath tub for my room so don't assume all rooms have (like I did) 2) room is clean but not very clean in my opinion. stains on sofa and chairs but I guess it's no choice unless they wash the cushions. 3) I give 5 star for the staffs attitude. front desk guy is good. thank you 4) location is quite inside from main road n not well lighted. not suitable for gals to less than 3.

Booked 1 night on 9.01.22 a few months ahead. On the day they cancelled the booking. Apparently they are only open to covid patients. This was not specified on their website nor have they appropriately refunded me. I called up and the lady told me to call up agoda for cancellation. Do not book here unless you are happy for an on the spot cancellation with no resource.

Passion and professional assist by Miss Som & Nam. Good photography skill. She will share you the photos once the session is end. Very Nice experience, great service and very kind hotel staffs. Rooms were very clean and spacious with all required facilities including safe locker, fridge and all. Breakfast menu was very vast with lot of options including Indian menu as well. Lots of other free services available at the reception. Special mention to Kik and Nam for their wonderful and kind service with traditional Thai outfits. They supported throughout and took pictures at every possible location and provided guidance on everything as well. Thank you so much for your support and service.

The hotel location is just nicely situated in town and easy to go about as they provide buggy service to ferry us around. Room is clean and staff is super friendly. The Thailand traditional dress photo shooting experience is very unique. Very nice dresses and accessories to pick from. Great experience overall. Highly recommended .

I’ve stayed here many nights and it’s amazing especially the friendly staff and plentiful breakfast. Staff are kind, helpful, and accommodating. Very much enjoyed the activity of wearing Thai clothes and taking photos with professional and friendly staff members Kik and Nam who are exceptional at their costume and photograph activity. Sam kindly helped organize a ride on the free hotel buggy. Room and common areas of the hotel are nicely decorated. 5 out of 5 stars and hope to see you again soon.

This is excellent choice for those who want an affordable accommodation in the heart of Bangkok. Very quiet. Very good restaurant. Very nice staff especially the 2 girls at the costume photo counter name Kik & Nam. They are so helpful and committed to taking photos for you and get you the right outfit. Highly recommended.

The traditional wear activity in the hotel is absolutely amazing for everyone especially for the wedded couples as it seems like they’re renewing their wows again which is so wonderful. The staff which is there who are coordinating this activity are so very helpful and polite with such great photography skills. It enhances the customer experience as they’ve stayed in such a great hotel who are providing these amazing services. I would like to put this on record that Ms Som and Ms Nam are so polite and helpful that helping their customers so well which makes their life time experiences.

Staying for 4 days here, really awesome experience. Really love this Hotel! All the staff are really kind and so helpful, was being friend with the staff also. Breakfast everyday in the morning was superb and got a lot of choices. Free complimentary drinks/snacks at the lobby as well. I can even do an early check in also requested for late check out (depending on their availability) without extra charge or asking for a deposit in their Hotel. Nearby Pratunam market and close to city centre. Overall so recommended, and definitely will stay here again if my partner and I visit Bangkok again.

We had a wonderful and pleasant experience staying here. Location was excellent, just a short stroll to the main road and Pratunam shopping malls. We were especially thrilled to try on the traditional Thai costumes and elaborate jewelry provided by the hotel. Kik (our lady photographer) took special care of us during our session. The hotel gives free Thai costume dress up for all hotel guests. The staff Kik, Nam, and Som was very nice and helped us dress up and take pictures for us. The pictures are free as well. Will recommend to do this activity but suggest to book ahead of time as they get filled up fast. The only thing I suggest is to have more scenery background for the pictures. Hotel room was good, we had a family room, clean and spacious. Would come back again if I visit Thailand.

First class service! Staff were friendly and helpful all the way. When we arrived by taxi it was raining heavily, concierge came to greet us in the big umbrella. Location was good as it is nearby Platinum Mall and Central World. The hotel even provides free ride to nearby places. Breakfast was absolutely good with many choices. There is also FREE Thai costume model photo shoot for in house guests. Staff Sol and Mild took the time to dress us up and was patient with us during photo shoot. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my wife and kid. The room was spacious and comfortable, and enjoyed the complimentary juice and popcorn available anytime. Room is cozy and nice. Great for 4 pax. Bathroom is huge and comes with a bathtub. The annoying thing is the heat for shower is unpredictable goes off here and there However staff there are very friendly and polite. Good service. Just beware of some guests who are rowdy and borderline harassing towards us when we are waiting for the buggy service.

The recent stay at Vince Hotel was pleasant and value for money. Their breakfast choice is great and they try to have some changes in the menu everyday. They provide complementary 15min head and shoulder massage on Tue and Fri, and complementary traditional Thai costume photo taking that complete our stay with great memories. The 24/7 buggy service has saved us some walking in the hot weather. Although short distance, but is good to have. Only one thing is, we were not able to get buggy to pick us up at night, despite WhatsApp and call. So those nights we had to walk back to hotel, which is not quite safe, especially when we need to pass through the stretch of dark back lane. We will definitely stay here again!
