Worst experience ever. I just asked for a simple haircut of 2-3 cm. I have long straight hair so it’s very easy to cut. The guy understood I just wanted to cut the ends off. Instead he cut it 7-8 cm. And very uneven. It is different lengths everywhere and he kept taking more off until I had to say stop. It was so unprofessional. They apologized but I still had to pay 500 baht which I find very unfair when the service they provide is not satisfactory and does not live up to the agreement. Honestly do not go there. This was terrible

I am very happy and satisfied with my hair cut. He did what I want for my hair style.My hair dresser doesn't understand English but the owner/cashier will do the translate. They are always busy and packed in the salon so best is to call before you go.

Absolutely love my hair! They were so careful and attentive. I got a scalp bleach and toner and it was exactly what I wanted. Very well priced.

I love my hair!! They did an amazing job, all the staff were so friendly and did everything they could to achieve the colour I wanted. They had good attention to detail and took their time to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend going here!

The massage on itself was good but in room was AC turned on so it was too cold and not comfortable. I told it to my masses but nothing changed. Also even thou we arrived early, we was taken for massage late and instead of hour and a half I had just 1 hour massage.

Very unskilled and unprofessional. I just asked for a simple haircut and he ignored, without consulting me, to cut my hair based on my preference. In the end, the hairdresser gave me a very terrible haircut ever in my life. Waste of the time and money, if you ask me.
