At first we booked it for a week, but since everything was fine, we’ve decided to stay extra two weeks. Everything was going ok until one if the housekeepers ROBBED US! We left a small amount of money in a purse (30TBH) and a fresh pack of ciggarettes in a room and while she was cleaning the room she actually freakin’ STOLE that SMALL amount of money and 8 ciggarettes. We know this is not the money to be complaining about, but the thing is that it actually happened. What if we had left there more money? She obviously would’ve stolen that too.. wow.. When we went down to the reception and described the situation, a guy who was working at the reception started laughing at us! Staff is absolutely horrible, can’t communicate normally and has no respect to their customers. We didn’t want our room cleaned for the rest of the stay, because we were afraid something might get stolen again. We confronted a housekeeper and she had full pockets of money, but she was ignoring us and couldn’t look in to our eyes. Manager of this hotel tried to find everything out but workers just denied everything. This is absolute comedy.. And we got no compensation at all. Staff ruined the whole stay. We would not stay here again.

Definitely our worst stay in Thailand! Our room was really dark and not welcoming with the completely outdated furniture but still this wasn’t even in the slightest our biggest problem. Mostly we were disgusted by the couch, the bed and the suspicious stains on both of it. The musty smell of the bedsheets and the AC were also horrific and that doesn’t even capture how bad it really was. The whole room was only cleaned superficial, there was dust all over the cupboards and shelves, mostly in the back so you wouldn’t see it directly. From the moment we entered our room the sink didn’t drain down, when we complained, the only thing they’ve done was pulling the plug and putting it aside because the mechanism was broken. The shower was mostly clean but the water was either too hot or way too cold. The cleaning staff entered the room in our absence without permission. A second keycard wasn't included but without, it wasn't possible to run the AC while we weren't in the room. That's just something I would expect from a „,four star hotel". But all of this is probably nothing in comparison with the hallway and pool area which was for sure on of the most filthy places I’ve ever seen. The communication skills of the hotel employees are questionable or non existent, even if you use a translator they might not understand you. Horrible Location, there is basically no place to dine out near the hotel and the street right beside it is really loud. We left earlier even tho we had paid for one more night, we couldn’t handle another night.

The hotel is only suitable for people traveling by bus. Four star hotel is a scam! Reception staff unfriendly and spartan English. Countless other people's hair on the floor, dust on lights and shelves. Broken table light. Air conditioner with a strong musty smell. The sound of an old refrigerator. The air conditioner was almost unusable. Hallways are always piles of used towels and sheets. Balcony kitchen area with no kitchen utensils. Loud opening and closing of someone else's door. A comfortable sleep would be impossible...

Nice and clean rooms. English very limited by staff. Location not good as far from phuket town and restaurants . Always need taxi. Ensure you have grab app installed.

Beautiful hotel near Phuket Bus station. Staff was helpful other than the one guy with glasses at the reception desk. He was extremely rude. I plan on staying with them in the future but not if he's working the front desk. Morning breakfast was good and I was given a place to park my rental car. Parking garage has a place to do laundry if needed.

This hotel is GREAT for its price. Huge clean rooms, huge fridge, huge TV, and better than most fitness room and swimming pool. And a huge lunch - like breakfast. The only downside is its location. Its situated away from restaurants etc. But if you can live with that, and rather want the facilities, go for this one. Very clean. Daily cleaning.

Location is subjective. In this case, for my needs it's excellent, close to the bus terminal 2. Otherwise, I don't think it is particularly close to things that interest me. The rooms are clean and like a condo with everything you need. I noticed a restaurant, and Cafe that look convenient, as well as local food stalls, and 7-11 nearby.

Awful! Hotel is situated next to a busy road, no restaurants, no shops, no public transportation, staff doesn't speak English. Offers amenities of a good hotel but for a very low standard. The room was the dirtiest I've ever seen and there was mold everywhere!!!! AC was working so loud I had to turn it off. Even though I paid for my stay in advance, I escaped this place after just one night, it was so awful.

Nice hotel but its far from any places. Situated on the main highway. This hotel is very nice in terms of pool access. Along the street they have a very nice cafe but we preferred to take sip at the nearby coffee shop - a cup of joy coffee shop.

Very relaxing hotel located at main road to old town. 24 hrs security and with small pool for relaxing . For business traveller is definitely good.

This is nice hotel with this price, rooms are big, clean breakfast good. Worth it

Stayed there for two weeks, what can I say: cheap, ok if you are going to work remotely (wifi speed is quick and connection rather stable), however, location is the worst. Far from literally everything, nowhere to eat, even grab delivery drivers sometimes avoid going there. The restaurant inside the hotel is bearable, but closes early, lacks breakfast options and non-local dishes. Prices are not low at all. If you come to Thailand with vacation purposes - don't you even think of staying there, even renting a bike won't help, because you'll always feel you are living in some kind of an industrial area, very depressing. Nowhere to even walk. Gym is meh, but if you are really into working out you'll come up with something. Also! During our stay some food miraculously disappeared from the fridge after cleaning. It's not that I grieve about snickers bar and a couple of yoghurts, I just can't understand why would anyone do something like that knowing that guests will notice the absence of products they just bought.
