The hotel wasn't open for renovation. I made a reservation at Sino Imperial Hotel. But when I arrived, there was only a sign of renovation and the door was closed. We were in great difficulty. The local taxi driver called the hotel and they asked us to come to the Sinohouse Hotel. I was very disappointed at Sino Imperial Hotel and Agoda, which sold the hotel that did not operate. Quick action and guidance should be taken to ensure that other travelers do not suffer the same damage.

Fantastic Hotel ! Fantastic and kind staff... The day girl and the night man are so kind... The room is clean, quiet and the hotel is in the heart of Phuket old town! You can walk everywhere and that's what I did ! The hotel is central and beautiful! You can go eulyes closed.... wait open them rather or you might miss the beauty of the hotel!

Nice place to stay one night. Simple room but there is everything you need to rest. Comfy bed and good shower. There is English channels on TV. Great location near Night Market, 7eleven and restaurants. AC noisy at night. Breakfast is ok but you must to go early, because they don't replace the food (one day there was no bread, tea and fruit at 9:20am). No lift.

Absolutely great place to be. Location to the Sunday Market is just a short walk. Everything is very modern and clean. One thing I notice is the 1000 baht deposit for a room key which you would receive after you turn in your key. Make sure to keep your deposit receipt handy as it is asked for when you check out . Staff was great and helpful and spoke good English.

This hotel, although older, has a nouveau chic vibe. It's Spartan furnishings and gleaming white everything makes it feel clean and minimalist simple. The architecture and first floor layout is unusual for a hotel by Western standards, but It has everything you need, including good a/c and a central location, giving you an inexpensive jumping off point for all that Phuket has to offer. Breakfast is included as are a couple sodas and waters in the mini bar. You can buy cold beer in the ground level foyer. You'll sleep soundly here, but don't expect a view, a pool or a beach at your front door. This place is aimed at backpackers that need AC to sleep. Cheep, clean and cheerful gets my Backpacker vote.

Not a great place if your a light sleeper as the rooms facing city side , through out the night all the noisy bikes and cars will instantly keep waking you up. I am not happy at all with it as I could not sleep properly for the 4 nights that i stayed and I didn’t know that the hotel would be right on the main road. Other than that everything was nice , the staff, room service and breakfast.

Really clean place. They have nice light accents and artistic decoration. It's walking distance to old town Phuket and Lime Light night market. Only thing that's a negative (if it is at all) is the dirty fish tank when you first walk in. Otherwise, great experience. I would definitely come back.

Nice hotel but very noisy at night. Lots of riders riding their god damn bicycles in the street. The engine noise is incredibly loud. Can not sleep at all.

Very courteous until check out. Wall had major stains. Shower not very clean. Huge electrical transformer and lots of power lines outside building which is a little scary.

No frills and well equipped stay option in the heart of old Phuket town. We had hot water issues but were sincerely resolved by the staff. Recommended tuk tuk for intra city travel if budget issues. Also beers Shud be bought from any local stores or 7/11 for half price.

Clean and tidy rooms and polite staff. Unfortunately no lift is available.
