Advertised as 3 star (Thailand standard), I don't have much to complain about, just the curtains ( I occupied room 202) are disgusting and the tile joints in the shower and the toilets are moldy, why not to use some bleach to clean them? Well it's an old hotel we understand, the room is very large, well equipped with kitchen tools. Wifi is good to browse and chat, but to play online need to stay close the room door. have 7 USB slots to plug your devices that's so great. Have "free mini bar", thats mean every day they reload the refrigerator with 2 soft drink and 2 water bottles if you let the empty bottle.

Got upgraded to the executive room, which was nice. Good view. But rooms facing the street. Very loud. The windows are old and not sound proof. Breakfast was ridiculous. Wrapped in plastic and brought to your room in the morning. Location was okay. A bit of walk required to get to the old town. Service was average. Overall the hotel seems to suffer from post-covid and requires some updates.

Hot Water and AC plugs are not working. I contacted the reception and realized that there was no technician standing by (it was just only 21:00). I had to call the reception twice because he was busy checking in new guests and forgot about my room! I had to wait for over half an hour unitl the technician came and told me that he couldn't fix the issues. This is a very terrible experience. The room is also very noisy, you could hear people walk in the hallway. Please be aware!

We had a great experience at Sino. The room was comfortable and spacious, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and cleaning was great. The spa right beside it gives a 50% discount for the hotel guests and I 100% recommend it. You can choose your breakfast the night before (6 options) and they bring to the room at the time you request. The location is perfect. Bad side js that you can hear all noise including other people’s alarm from the other rooms so you can’t really sleep without waking up a couple of times.

For me I think it’s really nicest location because 7-11, amazon cafè, pharmacy there are opposite the hotel just walking 1 minutes. And I should recommend you because ✅ 1. Cleaning room 2. Cozy and amazing decorations samurai style (japan) 3. Many space and have microwave + dishes + cutlery 😍 4. Amazing mirror 5. Clean blanket 6. Beside light is really useful when you don’t want to disturb your roommate ❌ 1. Air conditioner it’s too loud all night ( but for me it’s okay cus i can sleep only dark conditions- loud no problem) 2. It’s too dark inside room like a **loft style** if you don’t like you will be like my sister she’s always open the door when she takes a shower I will visit back again sure!!!

Ideal hotel for access to the old town. Clean quiet rooms. Many restaurants within easy walking distance. Lovely spa attached for thai or oil massage. Helpful staff. Airport bus stop 1 block away.

Good location. But there were multiple issues with the hotel room including poor sound proof ing, shower. The wifi was intermittent and very slow if it comes on. They stopped providing buffet breakfast after the pandemic, which is a real pity. Overall, our stay was alright but not great.

We liked to stay away from Patong, so this was the right place: 6min walk to Night Market and local food, 2 min from Limelight Mall and Wed-Thu Indy Market (great food). Most important: across of the stop before end of Orange Bus from/to the Airport (100THB at driver) to stay away of taxi mafia. The 55usd worth every penny for Chrtistmas period. Plenty of space, spotless clean room, comfy bed &pillows, great breakfast in the glass bar, kind staff but limited English. Paid by card with no commission. Back side view is quiet, if they don't start to load a deposit 8am! Like everywhere else less than 4* the vindows have no soundproof. The 50% discount to their Massage Center make it affordable! 1.5H we had best in Asia! Spotless clean & competent staff!

I was able to spend some time here this week, presenting a leadership workshop in their event room. The space was big, well cooled, and has all the technology needs for a presentation. The meal service was very well done! Breaks and lunch were ready ahead of time and every dish was cooked fresh and hot. We had access to coffee and water all day, which made it very comfortable for all attending the event. There was also a beautiful view of Phuket from their 5th floor rooftop, just outside the gym! I recommend this hotel for any presentation or meetings in Phuket Town.

The room is huge and clean with beautiful old Chinese decorations. Besides Including normal small bar in the room, also microwave and some simple plates and bowls are included. Multiple usb charging ports and normal power points either near the bed and the dining table. Staffs are friendly and helpful. You can take airport bus for $100THB come in every hour. Bus stop just opposite to the hotel, in front of 7-11. Only takes 5mins walks to night market, food in there is awesome, 10mins to the old Phuket town. Around the hire is not a busy place, so nice and quiet at night. What a great place to stay, will definitely come back if I come back to Phuket!

It is in a great location if you are hoping to see old town phuket. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception staff weren't overly helpful, we had to figure out where our room was. They did hold our bags for us though as we arrived earlier than check in.

It could have been better. Positive: Very well located. The room itself is well-equipped, with a small living space, it is very spacious. The mattresses were average. Negative: Nothing, nothing like the photos, really dark. The room, at first glance, looked very clean, but as time passed, you realized that it was really dirty. The shower was full of fungus. Unfortunately, my son's toy fell under the bed, and we had to move the bed, uffff there was a bit of everything there. Very noisy, both from the street, the neighboring room, and the hallway where a phone rings constantly. Another thing that caught our attention was the lack of assistance. We arrived late at night with all our luggage and two very small, tired, and crying children. No one helped us even an inch with all the luggage. 😕

Good room. Nice decorations. Super slow lift. Convenient store just across the street. Nice view of the tree as requested. Room 412: exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working. The shelf in the shower area needs to be fixed!

Great hotel. Stayed there before. Very nice helpful staff and lovely design/decor around the lobby and stairs. Impeccable bathroom facilities near the reception and some of the rooms have been renovated.

A nice place to stay in Phuket. Would love to have given them a 5, but the only thing we were unhappy about was the shower---two of the walls were quite moldy. The rest of the bathroom was ok. With the negative out of the way, we enjoyed our stay at Sino House. The staff was friendly and accommodated our requests. The breakfast was different---we think they were still stuck in the Covid mindset with pre-ordering required, and meal trays delivered to the room. There was a choice of about 8 breakfasts and several beverages. They were prompt about bringing the breakfast trays, and prompt about picking them up after leaving them in the hall. The breakfasts were pretty good, and well presented. The decoration in the lobby and in front of the hotel was very nice. The rooms were huge---probably twice the size of most hotels. And there a was a pretty mural above each bed. Provided we didn't come upon another hotel without the shower issue, I expect we'd stay here again.

Great value for money with very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Very strong shower and good hot water. Breakfast is pretty average but there’s many good local restaurant that served Phuket style breakfast around. Popular among busy travelers.

This is my go to hotel in Phuket Town. I've stayed here a few times and will continue to choose here over other places. Pros: big rooms, easy access to the old Town, near a 7-eleven, tops supermarket, laundry, strong water pressure, big parking lot. Cons: for me there are none. This isn't a fancy place. It's great value for money and I know that if I have a problem with anything the staff will do what they can to help.

Nice hotel, with a decent size rooms, that have some style. Advantages- -location easy to walk around -Free parking -50 percent discount on regular raintree spa that make you stay for free if you ise it:) (90 minutes hot oil massage highly reccomended) spa clean and massaur professional. - not bad breakfast (but don't expect something special) Disadvantages: - stuff speak not that good english especially housekeepers. - aircon efficient , but extremely noisy , extremely even in earplugs could be heard like a combine:) also could not be adjusted on desirable way of work either too cold or warm.
