DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE HOLIDAY HERE!! We had a very high expectations but unfortunately we were disappointed at the end. We reached the location where you will have to wait for a shuttle to take you up the hill to the cafe. We were surprised that we need to buy a 300 Baht voucher for each person before you get into the shuttle. I asked if we can get a refund in case we didn’t use the full amount and the answer was YES. We waited around 1 hour until it was our turn to get onto the shuttle for approximately 3-5 minutes drive. We had to wait again in a very long queue to place order which took me around 45 minutes standing in a closed area with worst ventilation and AC system. I was told that the vouchers are non refundable and I have to use them. I was so confused as I have been told the opposite. The view and the place were nothing special about them and overrated. The menu and drinks were really superficial and not all options are served here. I wouldn’t recommend it. Waste of money and time.

Thing I love - the iconic views and ambience are absolutely amazing Things needed to be aware of - they are not operated by Starbucks, only serve Starbucks drink - it says on google map that opening time is 10.00 but I was told that 10.00 is for the staff to set things up. Hence, the service starts about 20-30mins later. - first shuttle car starts 10.20 (you can walk up but it is highly steep) - recommend to go in the morning as it gets crowded during the day - buy 300 baht cash voucher for each person, this can be redeem for food and drinks - prices are exclusive of tax 7% and service charge 10% - food service starts 11.00 am onwards but bakery is available at all time

Heard about this Starbucks on hilltop in Phuket. Some new experience to reach on the top but really did not see anything so special to make a big hype. The place does not have an access by any other mode except to use the pickup vehicle which can be boarded after buying a ticket and waiting for at least 30 to 45 min. The place is very popular among middle eastern tourists. The waiting area was full of smokers around (e-cigarettes were common to observe) and noisy. The pickup drives up the steep hill at dangerous speed and it was indeed a scary ride with sharp turn to add on. Good view at the top but there are many other places in Phuket to observe nice views rather to risk your life and through this unsafe ride up the hill in a van. The staff including driver, and those at the Starbucks on top are friendly. I would not suggest this place for children or anyone with a weaker heart or someone who is safety conscious like me.

If you want to have a coffee with the view from the top of Phuket facing the ocean, please come. But if you want a Starbucks-like service with Starbucks coffee tastes with the view from the top, please reconsider. The cafe is located above the hill in the hotel area The price is too much, especially the croissants (3 for 5xx Baht). Coke : 80 Baht I and my friends think the staff are not Starbucks trained. They might be instead the hotel staffs who are put for this coffee position. They are slow, not helpful, and keep talking to each other all the time. The way they approach customers and sell things is not professional, compared to the price and service charges. They provide transportation which is a pickup truck taking us up and down the hill. The point is, it is too steep and quite dangerous like we are being on a ride in the theme park. And yes, the queue waiting for this truck is very long.

The view is very great, other than that its average/below average. The lady below who was organizing the pick up was mixing the orders of the people despite waiting for awhile. After complaining she pretended she does not understand! Everyone witnessed it and agreed that she was doing a poor job organizing.

We was there for valentines night , place is beautiful and nice organized! I was ready to write full complain review about this place , but suddenly one man come and in less than a minute everything changes and in first sight i knew that this man should be Manager and i was right , he do all things by himself like moving tables to right places , chairs , decoration all, a real leader , they so lucky have this man there otherwise no one know what to do! We enjoy or night and thanks to this amazing leader 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 ❤️❤️❤️

The view is breathtaking.. The voucher costs 300baht to go to the top, around 2-3 minutes drive uphill.. the 300baht are inclusive of starbucks orders.. the waiting time for the shuttle is around 10-15mins.

Just your regular Starbucks with but the topmost breathtaking view/spot in the world probably of all starbuckes!! Highly recommended and worth the climb uphill. PS: very limited menu though, with no plant-based milk.

The view deserves it all: starting from the short drive up to the hill to the majestic scene while having coffee. Go before sunset to enjoy the view

The view is amazing but it’s not a real starbucks, they just serve limited starbucks drinks. You have to purchase 300 thb voucher at the bottom of the hill, and you can redeem it on top. I recommend to come early, as they have limited amount of really great sits, and ppl just take one drink and spend forever on them, just staring at their phones. So if you want to go here, expect to spend 600 thb for 2 persons at least.

Beautiful view and atmosphere, I never saw a Starbucks in such a unique location, inside a hotel, at the top of the hill, with an amazing view and a shuttle to take you up and down the hill. Must visit if you like Starbucks or great locations or nice views or even if you only like a unique experience that I don’t think it is replicated anywhere else in the world.

Very nice view. Good place to visit when at Phuket, it takes around 50min from Patong beach each way. You need to pay 150 BAT for each person to go up the hill. It’s ok, I wouldn’t do it if I have better things to do. You will waste time to go and get back.

The Starbucks coffee is normal but the view was wooooooooooooow it’s amazing. If you want to come for the sunset come before the sunset by 1 hour to find a good seat.

Overhyped to be honest, also it's a Cafe that serves Starbucks coffee as collaboration or agreement, so the menu is limited. U have to go up the hill with shuttle car which is really steep and bit worrying. They do serve food as well

I did enjoy my time over there. It wasn’t crowded but keep that in mind if you come with the Taxi or both try to order it before you leave like 1/2 hour or one hour.

Amazing view point Dont miss it if you are in Phuket They have assorted crossiont and sandwiches for breakfast (not wow; good enough) They do have starbucks drinks and smoothies as well You pay 150 bht per each person down, and a car takes you up to the coffee. The 150 bht can be spent in the coffee shop

The view is breathtaking. Must visit if you come to Phuket. You will pay 200 B/p as entrance ticket, it is as a 200 B voucher to purchase from Starbucks. Very nice and quiet place. Highly recommended from my side.

Views are stunning and super lovely staff From the bottom you get a ticket for 100baht which is then credit for the cafe - it’s a steep hill you need the transport!

Perfect! View was fantastic at Starbucks, koh siray. this outlet is located within sinae luxury hotel. A buggy will fetch you up with voucher purchased at B$100 each.. Which you use to purchase a drink with it. Yes instead of latte we had mojito :) #jiaksimilimsimitravel #mojito

A rare hill top starbuck cafe. Slightly crowded but staff able to maintain cleanliness. Access cafe via free shuttle with compulsory purchased of 100B statbuck voucher. Coffee was prepare in fast food pace. Slight different from usual starbuck coffee. Nevertheless worth the visit for the ambient.
