The room was very cozy and comfortable. Super fast WiFi. The cleanest bedding and bathing provided I must say! The staff was quite cooperative and humble, the receptionist was kind enough to make chai for us, even during the later hours of the night. The offer on booking.com said they would serve complimentary breakfast. But when we actually asked for it to be served around 7am, they denied saying the cooks don't arrive before 8am, bummer! We only had to stay a night, it wasn't that bothersome for that reason. Overall, a good experience!

A pathetic place to live in. No alternative of electrity breakdowns or loadshedding. In 44 degrees, one has to move out because of No Ups or generators available with hotel management. Moreover ongoing fishy fishy activities in the hotel are on the boom. Not recommended at all to stay.

I just feel they need to work on the hygiene factor... I didn't like their washrooms they're untidy and the shower was clogged. Oh but they had tea available 24/7, that was nice locality was nice too.

Fantastic atmosphere to walk around ,about 50 different franchises on walking distance of eatery,fashion,money changes,jewellers,fitness clubs and home comforts.Opposite to hustle and bustle of brands there is quite and beautiful residential area hill walk side ,very very safe to be with your family.

Very nice place n staff. Provided mineral water, tissue box small toothpaste toothbrush shampoo sachet small soap handwash.

The staff is very disappointing as they never help you with the stuff. You have to arrange and spend money on everything. The breakfast was complementary and there was no omelette in the breakfast eventhough I like omelette. Rooms are very small. Spend some good money elsewhere please instead of wasting money here.

Other thn a couple of issues its perfectly fine. There are no curtains but blinds. If you are a early riser you wont mind. Water heaters are there but not sufficient.

It has recently been bought by a new party and is under new management which seems to be quite progressive and responsible
