The waiters were kind and everything but there's something with the food.. We orded then 2 subs, curly fries, rocca haloum, and pasta salad. We were 5 persons, we all really felt unwell after eating.

Bad service, frozen food not worth the price compared to the quality you are getting, music was awful and the floor manager acts so childish with very bad jokes

Here is another example of unprofessional staff, bad attitude and a place that we can do without. Ordered wings with chilli sauce. Wings come without chilli sauce!!! Called them right away to tell them about their f#$&k up, nd they claimed that i am lying! Had to dress up, go up to them and throw the box in the manager face. The disrespectful and unprofessional handling by calling their customers liars for mistakes they are doing. Never again 2akh William. Ya 3aybeshoum

Great high quality food and very friendly prosessional staff. Just a great place to eat and hang out. And. Do try the sushi!!!

It used to be way better but now they do not get your order right and some waiters do not respect the Covid-19 social distancing measurements and remove their masks at the worst times. Would not recommend at all.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. The quality of the food is outstanding and the portions are excellent compared to the price. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're looking to have a great meal with a really nice ambiance.

I had take out from William Cheese this evening, and let me say that it was a pleasurable experience. The staff was polite, the food was good. We had Broasted Chicken and it was tasty.

First off , you come at this cosy and lovely place and settle down to order, pizza( peperoni and marguerita) , escalope and cordon bleu , when we had few issues , first of all the pizzas were okay with their frozen taste and then you have this hidious escalope and cordon bleu which taste horrible with no taste, not seasoned well.. obviously frozen, we kindly asked the manager if the foods were frozen and didnt deny it and seemed very proud of their frozen food as if it was something good... I can eat frozen food in my house when I come to a restaurant I want to eat fresh food which is absolutely not the case for William cheese Kleiat , if Gordon Ramsey would have known this he would have closed the restaurant for good, the story doesn't end here because we wanted the owner of William Cheese to be aware of the issues but he was too "busy" to attend us at the table which shows how much he cares about the costumer's review, thank you William Cheese, awful... never coming back and certainly not recommending this restaurant again.

William cheese used to be so much better few years ago, in terms of food quality and affordability. Today we had a very unsatisfying experience with our order, the quality is not good food was not fresh and did not smell good, the portions are small and the prices are so high for the quality and portion provided. Not recommended if they don't fix those issues. And if anyone is a previous customer of William cheese they will know the difference.
