This is the second time I’ve been to this trampoline park. Unfortunately the day started on a bad note when we were told we couldn’t have our socks refunded after we found out our tickets included the socks in the prepaid price already. There were lots of young children around but I was told it was a relatively quiet today compared to other days so we were able to do all the activities we wanted to without having to wait. There are several different activities to do on trampolines other than just standard trampolines like the wipeout revolving arms and jumping into foam pits etc. you probably won’t need more than one hour if you’re jumping the whole time as it gets quite tiring! Plenty of parking around the back (although it was quite full when we left). Something nice to do especially if you haven’t done it before.

Decent trampoline park, there's a very large trampoline area, with small, large, and curved trampolines. There's also a wipeout style machine, 2 basketball rings, dodgeball area, slide, giant air bag, and foam area. Staff are well trained in that they will enforce the rules to ensure that everyone is safely using the facilities. There's also a cafe, with a few amusements, and plenty of seating at ground and first floor. There's also plenty of free lockers for storing your stuff, and a car park that wraps around the building which should be enough. My only gripe is the extortionate price for the socks which they insist you must be buy if you don't already own, they cost £2.50 which is a rip off. Otherwise its worth bringing the kids to let off some steam

My 6 year old absolutely loved it here, lots of exciting things for them to do! The air bag jumping was probably his favourite, and of course the foam pit. Lovely friendly staff, all seemed very approachable. Easy enough to order food and drink and brought to the table by a member of staff. Limited food options, but it is a small cafe so not too much expected. Toilets clean and clearly visible. Very impressed to get the slushie as part of the price as normally 3pounds. Downside is it is very expensive, and I wasn't impressed I had to buy a pair of their own socks to walk around the side of the trampolines because my son didn't want to not be without me, I didn't bounce. Also a massive shame under 2s can't join in with adult supervision or at least a little area they could play in whilst older ones bounced like at other red kangaroos.

I love this place. It's the perfect place to let the kids drain out their energy. I'm thinking of making it an ever weekend kind of activity. My daughter loved this place so much that she didn't want to leave.

At the park right now. Paid for 2hrs kids got kicked off after an hour. Kids had to wait 10 minutes for them to sort it out. When I asked about the time they lost they said they could not do anything thing about it. I asked for a manager to come and see me in the seated area but no one came up. Such a shame their customer service is not that good. I will say the staff serving food and drinks were friendly and happy.

An hour is more than enough. Excellent to wear out the kids. Prob need more staff to control those that don't wish to abide by the rules. A very tired 53 year old!!!

Very disappointed with the level of staff attention given to certain play areas and the low level of staff on the trampoline area as a whole. One member of staff stood head down, picking her nails while I had to direct children not to get on bridge while children were still below the bridge in the soft play pit. I had to go over and ask her to pay attention. Some staff were good but they were few and far between. This could be a great facility but it needs more staff who are actually present.

Fantastic venue, plenty of excitement, the morning sessions for U5s are competitively priced and a lovely opportunity to let the younger ones enjoy the facilities. A good mix of trampolines and other engaging activities. Parking is very problematic at peak periods and not particularly easy to navigate. The booking website is equally a bit slow. Loved the open view access, which meant supervising children was readily doable.

Excellent facility shame about some children who were there today. They were racially abusing my children and there wasn't enough staff to handle the situation adequately. We were there today from 3:30pm (RED BANDS) and the abusers were part of the 3pm group.

Went for the first time today to their Kanga Calm session for kids with SEN and disabilities. It was fantastic. The staff were so lovely and helpful, calm as promised in the name, my daughter loved it. It's so brilliant they run sessions like this! Great company!

Does exactly what is advertised. Lots space to bounce for kids. Can get crowded on a weekend. Food is not the best, just pizza and large hotdogs, and cakes. The best value for money is 4-6pm session Mon-Thursday, you get 2 hours bounce for the price and a slushy. Took my daughters birthday party for that session. But if you prefer they also have party rooms.

This was an amazing trampoline park to visit, where me and my family were welcomed by staff and the lockers are secure! We relaxed in the cafe at first that had a offer of £4.95 for a hot drink and cake that I capitalized on, having a yummy Chocolate Orange slice with a latte. The trampolining next was a lot of fun, having long trampolines, launch pad ones, basketball and dodgeball courts, ninja warrior and total wipeout courses, among more!

Second time visiting for Kanga Calm session with my son and was asked upon arrival for proof of his SEN. When i told reception it doesnt state online for proof nor was i asked for it on the first visit i was told 'sometimes we ask for it sometimes we dont'. What kind of rubbish is that?! lol why not ask every time? And why not state online (when booking) that proof needs to be provided???? Absolutely ridiculous.

Had my son’s party there and it was great. The host made sure everything ran smoothly and we didn’t have to do anything!

We simply loved the place. Celebrated my daughter's birthday with her classmates. Everything was perfectly organized. They all had fun as well as some parents. A great time out in doors. Thanks to very friendly and help staff. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

was pretty tidy and clean at the time of our visit. my daughter always enjoys her time here. You need to fill the online form and bring the non slip socks not to wait to enter.

Great place for family fun, the cafe offers a good selection of food and drinks, safe place for the children - staff monitoring the kids on trampoline areas and playing games. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend and will be back again soon!!

Great place for fun. Very polite and friendly staff, very clean and easy access to parking space. My daughter is over the moon when she hears that we're going to the RedKangaroo Reading. Highly recommended.

We arranged our son party in Reading centre. The service was just horrible.. no staff was around to help, no accessories were provided, they say we will put balloons and other decorative things but when we came to the party room it was just an empty space with white walls. Food quality was horrible, no plates were provided for cake, no knife to cut cake, no napkins and we were just going up and down to get hold of someone to help. Honest advice: JUST don’t WASTE your money on BIRTHDAY PARTY there. Total waste of MONEY and bad experience for a very precious and important event of life.

Overall great experience, make sure you call them to avoid their system double booking issues however the folks on the ground really made it up with fantastic customer service and made us feel welcome. Kids and adults..everyone can enjoy! The place is well maintained and clean.

It's got a lot on offer but very loud and chaotic. The tannoy system needs sorting out as its loud but you can't actually understand anything being said!! They seriously need to learn about acoustics in a warehouse. If you have special needs children look for quieter times

First time here, boys loved it, I sat a for 2 hours looking on my phone rather than doing some work because I couldn't charge my ipad, in this day and age you would think they would have plug sockets around the walls. That was my only gripe. Disabled toilet was clean enough. Other than that it's a great place to kill a few hours.

The facilities were great. My children loved it. The staff at the cafe in particular were lovely. Very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The pizzas are lovely, be careful with the slushies **brain feeze** My only negative was that it was very hot in there (its was a hot day) and although there was air conditioning in there it wasn't really enough. But overall a great place for a couple of hours entertainment for the children. My son is 9 and my daughter is 5 so suits all ages. I've even seen adults bouncing around in there.

What a great place, we are a regular at one of the other local bounce place and it was only because a friend recommended Red Kangaroo that we gave it go. So so much better from the moment we turned up I could tell the quality had gone up a level, from the large car park with spaces big enough for big cars and to gets kids out with out hitting another car, to waking in to an air conditioned building which on a day like today makes so much difference, the actual faculty was bright, clean and spacious with loads of stuff to do, way more than the competition. Keep up the great work

What fun!! I arrived grumpy and not wanting to join in due to a shoulder injury. But after seeing how others were enjoying themselves I joined in, tentatively at first, and then got totally into it. Yes I'm a little sore now but happy! This place will improve your wellbeing!!!

A decent trampoline park for kids with a good selection of activities. Unfortunately on our visit our children said it was too busy to properly enjoy everything. It was also really cold in the cafe area for parents sitting to watch.

  • 4/5 K 1 year ago on Google
This was really fun for the kids with lots of bouncy tracks and fun things. During holidays it gets extremely busy during the day, and it will be hard to get a seat for yourself.. Otherwise its a fun place with a small cafe for parents to get a coffee and watch children bounce!!

Took my grand daughter to the Tots session , our first visit, a great way to burn off some energy. Lots of space to run around, and jump of course. Website said to arrive 20 minutes before start of session, but there was no need, trying to explain to an excited 3 year old they can't go on the trampolines until the clock says 10 was not easy. Will definitely go again.

We went to a party here today. We had a host Lillie, she was amazing. Catered to our every need. Seeing up the room, organising the children and food. Checking in on us multiple times. Absolutely brilliant.

Took my 1 1/2 year old to the under 5 tots session and she absolutely loved it. Was great fun for mums and dad's who attended. Cafe and seating area was open and good doing pizzas and hot dogs. Just a great place for kids to burn out energy. My daughter fell asleep as soon as she was in the car! Defo coming back

A great activity for the kiddies young and old. Make sure you head to their website to book in advance. The installations are very clean and well kept. Brought my 3 year-old for an hour of family time bouncing and we both had a great time.
