A 4 star hotel? Seriously?? Wouldn’t give more than 2 stars… our bathroom didn’t see a deep clean in the last 20 years. Weird yellow stains on the shower walls, water(?) marks on the wall around the toilet clearly visible to the naked eye, blocked shower drain… I shouldn’t be stopping my 15 mins shower 3 times because of the water overflow… not for the price I pad for this room!! More than that, damaged walls and doors, dirty walls in the room, FALLING CEILING PAINT! Who approved it to be a 4 star hotel? Oh but wait, there is more… just get out of the hotel to see the pedestrian path covered in dog p**p as well as dead pigeon being eaten by rat in a day light. I spent the last night of my holidays in this hotel and I am utterly disappointed with the standard. I stayed in Mercure before in a more touristy city in France, paid less for a way better quality. This hotel in Reims should be seriously looked into by the corporate.

Good position near the centre of town and the cathedral. Friendly and efficient check in, room was small with view of the cathedral. Restaurant busy in the evening, food decent, dining room service generally rather poor.

The hotel was nice and the staff very helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Reims. Brice who works the front desk at night was an absolute gem! Our cab was late to take us to the train station. We were going to miss our fight home to the US, Brice was going to drive us himself and even went as far to get his car before our cab finally showed up! His generosity and care for our situation was unparalleled in any situation I have been in. Bottom line the hotel was great but Brice was magnificent!! Thank you Brice!!!!

Not great for the price. Parking has probably been designed by a car repair company as it feels it has been made to be as inconvenient as possible to park safely. But hey, only 15 euros for it after you paid 140e for an old room and 20 euros for breakfast.

Nice enough hotel. Just the typical big chain gripes to mention. Room too hot, typical smells. We also had an airco flow straight on the bed. One plus, they had nice and firm pillows for once!

Very dissapointed! I spent a weekend at the hotel and a couple of hours after checkout I realized that I had forgotten my phone charger in the room. I went to the reception to pick it up and they told me that nothing was found in the room and that was it. Did someone really steal my charger in a 4* hotel?! I wouldn’t trust to stay at this place again.

This hotel is in desperate need of renovating as the style and condition of the halls & public areas feel best suited for cheap student groups. The giggly school girls behind the reception desk were obviously not well trained either, adding to the 'student' vibe. I hear they do plan to renovate in 2024 so hopefully at least the appearance will improve. For now, there are many better options.

Very friendly and customer service oriented staff that helped with everything. For the price, it is hard to beat.

Not the most up to date Mercure I’ve stayed in. The rooms were tired and damaged. Extremely short of staff in the bar, many people walking away unserved. Restaurant unable to cope with any one not in a coach group so we had to eat elsewhere.

Slightly old rooms but comfortable. Friendly check in, parking easy to use. It’s about a 20min walk into the city, buts that’s cool

Stayed here for a short tour of Reims, everyone was super kind and helpful. The room was very nice and cosy as always in the Mercure hotels. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will go again if I come back to Reims.

This is a lovely hotel the room was a great size, clean and tidy. Restaurant overlooked the river. The food was great. Easy for city centre and it had parking. Staff where attentive, polite and their English was excellent although we tried very hard with our poor French. Enjoy your stay, you will here

A really good place to stay when visiting Reims. Very clean and well equipped. Most of the staff are really friendly and accommodating.

Great service, rooma and location. But! But our bathroom was really small. The door can't get fully open because of Toilette... But big Applaus to the clean service! (negative: lost my Thermometer in bed towels) 👌

good service and super friendly staff. We were there with a group of 25 people. The food was of mediocre quality (frozen food). There is no gym!! Probably a hotel from the 1990's. tatty, in need of a refresh. I asked for a tea instead of a coffee and this was no longer possible (during dinner).

Nice hotel, room is cosy, clean. Facilities are good enough. Friendly and helpful staffs. Breakfast is very good. Want to stay more at this hotel when visiting Reims.

Stayed here on the 9th of August. Poor cleaning in the rooms, dust. Bed clothing with stains. Full disappointment with Mercure in such a nice city comparing to other Mercure hotels in France. Breakfast was good.

Great location, easy to find and plenty of parking, both outdoor and underground. The reception team are excellent and made us feel welcome. Comfy rooms, great choice in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. Ideally located for exploring Reims and the Cathedral.

The check in staff were friendly and professional. Convenient hotel location for seeing the city center on foot when you're only in town for a couple days. Clean, modern hotel and rooms. The bed was comfortable and we had no problems with noise. Great experience all around 👍

Although the furnishings and paintwork are a little tired this is an excellent base for touring Reims, with the cathedral, champagne tastings and wonderful restaurants all within easy walking distance. The service we received from all the staff was second to none and all speak several languages. Great choice at breakfast and two coffee machines to try!

Outdated hotel that was not worth its 4 stars nor its price to be honest. It is has a good location but needs some renovation

Beds were great, the pressure in the shower was not great to say the least. Breakfast was pretty good though. All in all the location is a real plus considering you just turn a corner to face the cathedral.
