Take this with a grain of salt but this is the second French restaurant to disappoint in less than a week (the first was in Paris). In my experience, it looks like they’ve lost the plot of what it means to be a restaurant: good, satisfying food for the customer. Both restaurant couldn’t get steak right. Here it was overcooked, it felt like eating smoke in solid form. What’s interesting is that while they had no time for good cooking, they could find ample time to make useless art on the plate and place a tomato fruit at the end of it. Until they get their priorities right, which honestly might be never, I ate here so that you don’t have to.

Restaurant Gabrielle is for sure the highlight of our trip to Provence Champagne. It is a beautiful place located next to the Reims Cathedral with stunning views. Great atmosphere and vibe, wonderful service, delicious food, beautiful design. I have never seen in my life such an extensive menu of champagne. Try their Rossini filet de Boeuf flambé. You won’t regret it. Our waiter Antoine was absolutely lovely! The friendliest person we have ever met, very professional and attentive. We came with two children and she was so good with them, kept making jokes throughout the evening and made us laugh a lot! After dinner you can move to the downstairs lounge bar. The pianist was playing during that night and we stayed until almost the closure. Thank you once again to all Gabrielle team for all your effort. We will be definitely back during our stay in Reims next time.

Went here randomly for lunch. Great food, great wine, and the best view in reims... an easy winner. The family next to us were having the most deluxe lunch of all time was kinda jealous

Lovely restaurant located next to the Reims cathedral, nice view and classy interior design. The food was very good and the staff also very friendly. The ambiance is good. The only thing I can give as feedback is to dim the light a little bit. Overall, I do recommend to have dinner here for sure!

Fantastic restaurant with a terrific 'vibe' and glorious view over the cathedral. Above all, the food was great and the service was friendly and efficient. The staff, when we visited, were very attentive without being pushy. It was a busy night, but we didn't at all feel rushed. We had a great time and will certainly return.

Enjoying a Christmas Eve dinner at the restaurant was absolutely magical! The five course meal was delicious, and the servings were rather generous considering the high quality of the ingredients. Staff were gracious and the service was impeccable. The view of the Cathedrale at night added an incredible “wow” factor for us!

Visited for a birthday meal whilst staying in region for the weekend. Excellent location, excellent food and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely lounge bar on the floor below also for pre or post drinks.

It was our last evening in Reims and this dinner was the perfect way to end the visit. The view of the cathedral and a lovely dining room. Service was attentive but not annoying. Food was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The atmosphere is great and you have a wonderful view of the Notre Dame cathedral from the restaurant. The service is impeccable, absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately the food left us wanting. We ordered 3 beef, two medium and one medium well. They all came extremely done and for 40+ euros a piece it was quite disappointing. We were in a hurry so we didn't send it back but it was a shame since the server had told us what good meat cuts they use.

Blown away with the food in very good atmosphere and view. Enjoyed it very much. Make sure you book in advance (available online too).

Nice and lively atmosphere on Saturday evening with the view of the Cathedral. Service was unobtrusive and efficient. Food is well presented and delicious. Prices very reasonable and extensive selection of champagnes. Highly recommended

Without doubt the WORST experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We got laughed out because they could not accommodate one of our party with an allergy/dietary requirement. Unacceptable

The experience was great, the ambiance, the views, the food. However, I ordered cheese plate at the end of the dinner and there was just one cheese, was a bit strange. Today, checking other guest comments, I can see that I didn’t get what was expected and i find it very disappointing.

Excellent restaurant facing the Cathedral of Reims. Very select and posh, but in a pleasant manner. The decorations are nice, especially the ceiling, only few tables have nice views of the Cathedral but I personally don't find it too annoying as there are many more interesting things to do in this restaurant but looking the exterior. The menu is beautifully made, not a huge list of options but instead a great selection of captivating dishes. Excellent caviar. Great selection of wines. The waiters are smart and diligent, especially if you're first hand polite. We discovered the restaurant in our last night in Reims so unfortunately we were unable to come back next day, but in our future travels to Reims we will definitely visit them again. On the second floor there is also a lounge area that looked very nice.

You're greeted by the manager, who guides you to your table in a vast dining space hovering with waiters. Nice decoration, all glass-panels-walls with a terrace and stylish table sets. An extensive beverage menu with some fine wines and champagne bottles ! I had the foie gras with a homemade brioche and pineapple "jammy" side which was exquisite, the best I've had by far ! I tried the Saint Jacques from a friend, which wasn't to my liking, lacked seasoning and flavours. The coeur d'entrecote with a champagne flavoured creamy sauce was good ; the meat lacked seasoning also but was tender and mellow. Lentilles side dish was savoury though a bit dry. Tried the filet boeuf rossini (chef suggestion, not on the menu) and that was fanatstic ; succulent meat with a perfectly cooked foie gras in top ! Nice classy address in Reims with a spectacular view, worth the visit.

Very good evening. The food was great. My husbands steak was a little tough but they replaced it immediately without any fuss - and then he really enjoyed his meal. Great atmosphere and fun, attentive staff. Wonderful view of the cathedral.

Fancy restaurant located right beside notre dame. Decoratiom of both restaurant and dishes are chic. Tasty food made with fresh ingredients' original tasty. Options of wine by glass are limited but good selection. Recommend: Filet de veau, very tender and tasty. Assiette des fromages, a mix of three typical cheese. Poêlée des légumes, Avrg. Price: 55€/p. p incl. 3 glasses of wine

Very nice restaurant in the very centre of Reims. I was lucky to have a table facing the cathedral, which added a touch of magic to the experience. You drink champagne, of course (but after all, when in Reims...), but food is also very good. Highly recommended.

Despite the very nice environment, and good Champagne, quality of cooking is very disapointing. Such place deserve much better cuisine, compare to the high prices. Service is nice enough to change our main course, but quality remained the same, very disapointing. The so called "Polenta crémeuse à la truffe" was overcooked and super dry. Lot of pressure in the first service to let you know that it's time to go. Poor value for 150€ compare to others quality restaurants. A very touristic place that is mostly valuable for a drink and small appetizer to enjoy the view on the Cathedrale.

Very mediocre for the money you pay. The service is not up to par. The food is alright but nothing special. The view is OK if you have a good table. When you arrive, the waiter decides your table and will be very pushy. Even if the rest of the restaurant is empty.

Nice atmosphere and food, next to Reims Cathedral! An enjoyable late lunch!

Great location with a nice view. The lobster on the salad was perfectly cooked. The greens/salad were just raw cut hard vegetables. Pumpkin velouté was missing salt and it was not velvety enough. Margret de canard and Saint Jacques were good. Service was okayish. They were a bit unfriendly.

Amazing space with views of the cathedral and the square in front of it, super friendly and efficient service, delicious food and extensive wine list. Highly recommended
