Queens pyramids are much smaller, and different design, unfortunately look deteriorated since several blocks have fallen from them. It is nice to feel the solitude since it is the farthest point of the Giza Pyramids archaeological area. The view from this point is wonderful for it is part of the shores of the Sahara Desert, besides the sight of all the pyramids from here is amazing. It is definitively worthwhile to visit these pyramids.

A group of small pyramids, located at some distance from the constellation of their huge and famous sisters. Few visitors can say a few words about them. Nevertheless, at one time they were certainly important structures designed to glorify the names of their vain masters.

The smaller pyramids behind the big ones were for the queens. Had lots of jewelry and stuff in the pyramids as well. Cool history!

Visited the Giza Plateau on 8 October 2022. This is the furthest point on the Plateau from the main entrance and is also the quietest. If you do not want to be pestered by the touts and the scammers come to this part of the Plateau. These are the Queens Pyramids and while small as viewed as part of the whole complex are still impressive. You can wander around them all almost by yourself as very few tourists actually trek here from the two main pyramids. If you do walk here make sure to walk over to the panorama points on the hill opposite to get a view of all the pyramids. Please note that you do not need a horse or camel to get here you can easily walk. Just make sure you take some water and take the empty bottles with you instead of discarding them. The amount of rubbish strewn around the site is simply staggering and the worst thing is that the Egyptian guardians don't care.....all they want is your money.

No words to explain the grandeur of these Ancient Egyptian miracles. So much to learn in one day. Just a few tips: don’t get tricked and rushed into booking the so called “local guides”, group tours, camel/horse rides, etc. This place is huge, explore it at your own pace. If you’re lucky, you’ll find your own discoveries

Pyramids are interetsing to visit and Egypt is a beautiful country but in 2023 it is unacceptable to see such huge mistreatment towards animals, particularly horses and chamels at Pyramid site. It is a shame and I hope you will be mentally prepared to observe such violence. Horses were bleeding, beated, running on the tarmac road without shade and water and eating plastic because they are starving. How can such a country accept this kind of behavior? Tourists should not participate into it as well, they should not use animals!! Use your leggs or your car if you want to visit!

This place is simply a 'wonder of the world'. Gazing at a pyramid that was built in pre historic times without the use of safety equipment nor cranes is simply an amazing occurrence. It's a wonderful tourist site, and I really enjoyed myself.

Pyramids of Note: Some of the more famous Queens' Pyramids include those associated with the pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, and Menkaure. These pyramids are named after the pharaohs with whom they are associated👑

One, of course, is the primary pyramid of Khufu, and the second is its cult pyramid. The other three, frequently called the Queen's Pyramids, are situated on the main pyramid's eastern side, to the south of his mortuary temple and outside of the main enclosure wall. If you mean the Great Pyramid at Giza which was built in 2589 BC, to house the King Khuf. His queen, Henutsen, was buried alongside him. Along the Great Pyramid of Khufu's east face, three small structures some 20m high resemble piles of rubble. These are the Queens' Pyramids, the tombs of Khufu's wives and sisters. You can enter some of them, but they're quite steamy inside.

The Great Pyramid or the Pyramid of Khufu is the only surviving monument of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is located in the Giza Pyramids area in Egypt, which is registered among the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The construction of the pyramid dates back to about 2560 BC, when it was built as a tomb for Pharaoh of the Fourth Dynasty Khufu, and its construction continued for 20 years. The construction of the Great Pyramid is a major cultural shift in the history of ancient Egypt. Khufu was influenced by his father, King Sneferu, in building his pyramid. After his death, Khufu became the ruling deity on earth, and it became necessary for him to think about building his tomb, which is the first national project in ancient Egypt, which was built by professional workers from all over Egypt. The Great Pyramid, with its original height of 148 meters, remained the highest building completed by man on Earth over a period of 3800 years.

The Archaeological site of Gizah is the best example that the Egyptian Authorities are not having control over their archaeological sites. I had been warned by the people from Cairo not to go there and they were right. The place is full of thiefs and cheaters. These people know how to rip tourists off and they actually also dangerous. For a single visitor it's not only unpleasant, it's dangerous. Actually I am not rating here the archaeological objects, I wasn't able to focus on them because I was busy in protecting my pocket and my life, I am rating here the catastrophic management and situation on site.

The pyramids of the queens are smaller than the pyramids of the kings, but no less grandiose

The most historical place in Egypt. It's the favourite place of tourists. The pyramids here are geometrically perfected. It's a matter of great amazement that at that ancient time the Egyptian people used to practice geometry. If you visit that place you can know it. Here's a well transportation system for tourists.
