Very nice place. Neat and clean interior. Ordered the #2 and was pleasently suprised. Amazing flavour, great portion size, and staff were friendly and helpful. If you are a fan of vietnamese food it is a must try!

I travelled Vietnam for a month last year. Passing through Revvy and looking for options other than Subway - WOW what a gem HOLY COW the food is JUST LIKE VIETNAM. I am in love SO friendly, vibe is so authentic and cute, very similar to some cafes I visited while travelling Great place to eat, work, and reminisce!

Great comfort food for our Asian stomachs on our road trip across the Canadian Rockies! Very good pho but okay everything else. The bun Bo hue didn’t taste like the real thing but was tasty regardless. It was a bit too oily to our liking though. The BBQ pork mixed bowl was off - the pork tasted weird and overcooked. Would still recommend for anyone craving Vietnamese food / Asian when driving through this part of Canada!

15yrs ago we spent 6wks in Vietnam. I've been chasing good Vietnamese food in Canada ever since. This was one of the best bowls of pho I've had in a long time.

no need to hide, my fav food spot in Revy!! super super kind owner!! i wish more people would come to visit this restaurant although that would make me wait in a long line to order my food every time in the future always always good🩵🦦 (love their pho and coffee ((better than most Vietnamese Restaurants in Van or BC i would say🦦

Tasty noodles with rich broth! I was a bit surprised by the price, basically $20 for a large noodle, but kind of makes sense since it's in Revelstoke and the place is tiny. Will come back to try other items next time we roll through town.

The tantalizing fragrance of the herbs and fresh ingredients... clearly sets Sincero as the absolute must go to for Vietnamese cuisine. Make this one stop while you are in Revelstoke and you would be treated to a splendid and sumptuous meal!

In from out of town and looked up some places to eat. We really stumbled upon a gem!! The food, tea, and coffee are excellent and the family clearly takes pride in their business. Try the beef pho or the spicy noodles you won’t be disappointed! Edit: we came back twice in our 4 day stay. Everything is great. The salad, beef pho, spicy beef, wonton soup, ginger tea. You can’t go wrong

We're just tourist and found this place in google. The menu is so easy to understand it comes with pictures and what comes on the your order. The serving is generous and the best part is the food is so unique and authentic vietnamese food. We truly suggest this cafe to the locals in City of Revelstoke. Highly Recommended and money wise it is worth it.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in BC. 1. Pho bo is super delicious and I cannot taste any MSG or artificial flavor from the soup. 2. Banh Mi is also super tasty and the seasoning is very balanced. 3. The portion size and the price of the food is reasonable. I strongly recommend this restaurant. This restaurant is very unforgettable.

This was some of the best soup I have ever had. I am from Sask and was looking for a nice local place to have dinner. Clearly a popular place as there were many people coming and going getting takeout and dinning in. The staff here were very friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend that anyone staying in Revelstoke, or passing through, stop and treat yourself to the delicious Vietnamese cuisine at Sincero Cafe.

Great food and service! I've lived in Vietnam, and my friend and I were shocked to find a place this good in Revelstoke! It was so good we ate there two days in a row (first for lunch then for dinner), and I forgot to take pictures the second time.

Absolutely amazing!!! We had Bun Bo Hue and a couple of Banh Mis. This is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant that I have had in the Kootenays. DIY type of service but we don’t mind that. Pro tip if you are a coffee lover, make sure you don’t miss out on the Vietnamese iced coffee. Those things packed a punch and not for a faint of heart. 10/10 would recommend.

It was raining cats and dogs for the last two days, so what's better than having a bowl of soup noodles to warm up. Their pho definitely hit the spot for me. We ordered the Phở Bò (beef pho) and Bún Bò Huê (spicy lemongrass beef ). Both tasted great, but for someone who can't eat a lot of spicy food, I would surprisingly recommend the Bún Bò Huê.
