We appreciated being allocated a room away from the bar/pub end of the hotel. The room was quite small, but the bed was really comfortable. It was a nice touch having breakfast included where the staff were really cheery (even at 7am!). We ate in the pub which was pretty disappointing - my husbands burger wasn’t cooked properly and having enjoyed a variety of salads during our stay in Canada, this was definitely not the best! Again, the staff (Megan) was really efficient and helpful.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is included, free parking and they upgraded us to 2 room without any charge. Would highly recommend

Just wanted to shout out the fantastic food and service at the Regent for the 50th grad reunion of Revelstoke Secondary. The buffet was so delicious and plentiful. And the staff all were friendly, efficient and professional. They helped make it a very special evening. Thank you Regent Hotel staff one and all!

We didn't have a reservation and just walked in. The room was really good. The location was nice. Staff friendly and breakfast was included. They give a senior's discount as well.

Lovely hotel. Stayed for just the one night but everything was excellent. Had a superb dinner in the restaurant too. Would highly recommend.

Rooms were clean; staff were friendly and the morning breakfast buffet was stellar! Just wish they had in-room coffee makers but honestly it was great!

A very nice hotel at a good price. Stylish rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean, with a great shower, nice towels and linens. We found a fantastic dinner at Craft Bierhaus, just a couple of minutes walk away (and there were lots of other options handy). Make sure to check out the art in town -- tons of murals and art installations in the alleys. Just awesome.

I just wanted to say we had the most amazing stay at the Regent Hotel in Revelstoke. After booking at another hotel that was so bad we would not stay upon check-in (dirty and not kid friendly) we were in need of a new hotel and began calling around to find somewhere to stay. We knew our chances were slim during high season in Revelstoke but lucked out when we found a room at the Regent Hotel. Joe took our reservation over the phone and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish. By the time we left the initial hotel and checked-in to the Regent it was quite late. Joe was fast and professional in checking us in. With two children and many suitcases Joe was quick to assist us with a trolley right to our vehicle and assisted us to bring everything in. He made the late night check in very smooth. The hotel room was very clean and we had a very good sleep that evening as the hotel was nice and quiet. The women who checked us out (unfortunately I missed her name) was also very friendly and accommodating when she heard about the previous hotel we had booked at. The complimentary hot breakfast in the morning was excellent and we will definitely be returning to this hotel and recommending it to our friends and family.

Pleasantly surprised. Located in central downtown Revelstoke, you couldn’t get any closer to walkable streets and a variety of charming restaurants. Try visiting the river park. The rooms are basic and clean. The Staff are helpful and friendly. Good value for your money. A few updates and they would have gotten 5 stars

Regent Hotel has always been first class hotel in Revelstoke. Rooms are clean. Beds were made, and rooms tidied up daily. Food was always good. Staff was pleasant and well heeled from the restaurant to the front desk. Regent Hotel and CMH make a good pairing business wise. The only complaint this stay was that the hot tube was down with maintenance issues most nights. Oh well.

Pros and cons Cons: * Room was disappointing for the price: really outdated, bad toiletries provided, my room had a step up to the bathroom that I almost killed myself tripping on Pros * Nice big hot tub and sauna that get legit hot, perfect after a day of hiking * amazing breakfast, the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The food was three notches above your usual hotel breakfast * great location, you can walk everywhere in downtown Revelstoke Would I recommend it? Yes if you are going to take advantage of the amenities which are the best part. No if you just need a centrally located room

Great room, nice buffet breakfast. At check in the lady on the front desk was delightful and welcoming. The next day (different lady) much less so, bit deflating. Good location, definitely recommend.

This was a very charming heritage hotel. The service was great as soon as we got there. We did not have a reservation, but they had a couple of rooms left, so we took the queen size room. The room was small, but not unlike other hotels built in this time period. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was also very clean! We did have a difficult time finding enough electrical outlets for recharging phones/laptops and my husbands CPAP machine, but made it work. If they renovate again, I’d suggest upgrading electrical so rooms can have a small refrigerator and coffee machine. The rooms air conditioner worked very well despite being a little bit noisy. We had a comfortable stay. My husband and I also enjoyed the pub. We ate out in the patio. Our server was wonderful and the food was amazing. In the morning, they have a buffet breakfast with cheesy scrambled eggs, fancy hash browns, sausage, bread for toast, assorted fruit and juices, coffee yogurt and hot or cold cereal if you choose. It was delicious. The one change that I would suggest to have in the rooms is blackout curtains or blinds. It’s very bright in the room at night. Overall - this 3 star hotel felt like more. I’d recommend it. It was good value with great perks.

Room was good size and clean, but no coffee machine in the room or no coffee provided in the lobby as well. I have not been to hotels with no coffee maker in the room, so this was bit strange. Bath tub drainage stopper was not fitting in, so I couldn't use it. Breakfast was really good, limited items but very good.

We had a great time in our stay. The breakfast was probably the best hotel included one on our entire trip. Room was clean, front desk was very nice and quickly corrected putting us in the correct room that we booked. Great location for staying in the middle of town.

We enjoyed staying there as the beds were comfortable , room was clean with AC and ample light , staff were nice and caring, breakfast was great with fresh fruits . However it would be complete if they add a refrigerator to the room to make it 5 star. Thanks for your hospitality and we will come back for sure. Highly recommended :)

We loved our stay at The Regent. So much charm and character. The rooms are on the cozier side, but the hospitality of the hotel and incredibly comfy mattresses make up for it. They are pet friendly too which makes such a difference. An outdoor hot tub as well. As a skier, I appreciated the overall art and atmosphere. Breakfast was a buffet and delicious – best muffins I’ve ever had. Donna at the front desk is a gem. She was helpful and kind. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future.

We had dinner in the Pub that’s is attached to the hotel. First of all, it is really beautiful! There is gorgeous maple(?) wood detail everywhere! Large, spacious with games and pool and lots of TV’s. I ordered the Little Spike burger and it was to die for! Hubby had the Big Dam burger and thoroughly enjoyed that. But being part of a Steakhouse, we should have known they’d be good!!

Location is great! You can walk to most of the local businesses. Plus, the farmers market is right there outside of our window. I was waken up by the smell of kettle corn. Love it! Room was ok, a bit old. Queen size bed didn't feel like queen size. It felt more like a full size. The floor in the room is not leveled. But, I don't believe it's safety issue. It's clean. Somehow there were a couple pine bugs in the room and we also saw them between the windows and the room but we didn't open the windows, not sure where they came from or how they got it. No harm.
