Excellent food. The Creole Calamari is very tasty. Caesar salad was crisp with a perfect amount of dressing. Service was fast, friendly and very helpful. The local Begbie beer on tap was delicious

After seeing all of the excellent reviews I (and my party) were disappointed with our experience. "2 Stars - Disliked It" TLDR; When in Revelstoke take your business elsewhere, there are plenty of other well reviewed establishments that are much more worthy of your time and dollars. The theme of the evening was to take an order, come back 5-10 minutes later and tell us they actually didn't have that item it stock. This started with the drink order, the order was taken, 5 minutes later the server came back and told us they no longer had the drink available. No alternatives were suggested. No matter we'll look over the menu and try again. Next came the main course, the order was placed, 10 minutes later the server comes back and informs us that they don't have the one of main courses available. Keep in mind this is a small restaurant (the size of modest main floor home), the menu is two pages long and we were there at 6:30pm on a weekday. Again no alternatives suggested, so back to the menu we go to find something else to order. The speed at which the food came out was acceptable and the accuracy was spot on (assuming you eventually found something they actually had). I had the Chubby burger topped with cheese, fried pineapple and "poutinized" my fries. The portion size was on the smaller side, no overly so, but noticeable. The burger was very good, however the poutine was bland and the fries soggy. The final annoyance of the night was the bill. I don't like being nickeled & dimed by restaurants and however I don't mind paying a fair upgrade charge. In my case the burger included my choice of side. Looking at the "sides" portion of the menu the choices were: Tater Tots $2.99, Poutine $3.99, Caesar Salad $3.99, Panzanella Salad $3.99, Rice & Beans $3.99, Confit Potato $2.99). Imagine my surprise when I see the "upgrade" charge for the poutine was $2.99. Seriously, 3 bucks to add gravy and cheese on the fries. Fair enough, I should've asked. But then another member of my party added the confit potato to their order and here they were charged full price $2.99 instead of an "upgrade" price. If you're going to charge full price, then the entrée should've also come with the "side" that is included in the price as well. At this point my patience has worn thin and it is clear for us to cut our losses, pay the bill, leave and share a detailed review for others to take their business elsewhere.

Got takeout here. Awesome food options! The beef deep was great - loved the caramelized onions with the red wine braised beef brisket.

This place was awesome! A very laid back atmosphere and our server Nick was extremely personable, engaging in conversation about the area and the food. We ordered the "Stuffed Yorkies" to start, the my partner got the "Beef Dip", and I ordered the "PB&J Burger" (Nick told us that was his favorite and suggested adding the locally made bacon to it, so I did.) All the food was phenomenal! My burger was a little messy but so delicious, the bacon was definitely worth adding as it was a nice thick cut and cooked well! (Not too crispy, but not too chewy either) I would come back to Revelstoke just to eat here again! Definitely worth checking out if you are in Revelstoke!

Quick pit stop for lunch heading west. We Enjoyed the Amber ale, and berry wheat. The beef dip was pretty good. Fries were a bit crispy. Yorker was yummy, but gravy could have had a tad more salt.

Its my first time stopping at Revelstoke on the way to Vancouver, I was expecting to have disappointing dining experiences along the way as I had in the past. BUT OH MY! Chubby Funsters Kitchen will now become my go to stop anytime I am passing by Revelstoke, heck I might even drive 5 hours from Calgary just to dine here and have an amazing dining experience! The food is delicious, fresh and sophisticated in an accessible way! Meaning that my family who eats Halal was able to find items on the menu that appeased our taste and religious teachings. The staff are warm and welcoming! Parking was a breeze and it was easy to spot the location of the restaurant! Thank you Chubby Funsters! Youve earned a customer for life!

I didn’t actually expect much because it was on a popular street and in a popular tourist city. The chicken was Fresh,Juicy, Cooked to perfection. It gets my 5 stars. And, the receptionist was very friendly as well.

This place surprised me. I was prepared for bar food, but there were some interesting choices. I had some Korean tacos with a side salad that had yummy dressing. They had a number of vegan meals here, I wanted to try watermelon steak. My friend had some pasta he said was good. Good beer selection. Cute atmosphere. The service was outstanding!

Great local eatery. Highly recommend the burgers since they use a fruit base sauce to switch it up compared to other typical burgers. Portion sizes could be a bit small but definitely quality food. I’ve been here twice (once in 2022 and once in 2023). This place doesn’t disappoint.

Awesome little place to stop at after a day ripping it on the slopes. The burger and tots were really good but the tots were VERY greasy as an fyi. The service was very good too.

Excellent eatery in the heart of downtown. Perfect for a drink or a bite after a long day on the mountains. The staff are super kind and accommodating. It does tend to get busy, so I do suggest arriving early if you’d like a seat sooner. Beef Dip and Apple Pie were both delicious.

Stopped for a quick drink and desert and we were happy with our choice. We ordered apple pie and vanilla ice cream and a lemon meringue pie. Delicious

If you gonna eat a burger, eat at A&W. super expensive and fries were small and burn. Burger also was small a bit burn. Sorry guys but if you charge that amount of money I would expect something better. I work in the industry too.

Service was fantastic! Well above average. The food was not quite as good. Some reviews mentioned smaller portions which is accurate. Some dishes were good like the bison burger some were terrible….The poutine being one of them. We will try again next time.
