Super efficient service. Had my watch battery and faceplate replaced. Reasonable prices, fast turnaround. The owner has been there forever and honestly knows what he's doing. Would absolutely reccomend if you need any service on your watches.

Contrary to the review previous written by someone regarding a watch I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. They are friendly, willing to order items if they don't have it in stock, and always helpful. The owner, Philip, is one of the most honest independent retailers I've ever met. He will go out of his way to accommodate any customer, even new ones.

Didn't open on time, at the time stated on Google maps. Had to wait 25min for them to open after. Service was good though.

This shop is a fraud and a thief. Don't every give anything to fix or change the battery. I have him my standby Armani watch to fix. Philip the owner said it will take 4 months to get the parts. Then every time i called her didn't answer the phone. Every time i came by the store or was either closed or the owner was not there. Now I'm sure he's sold my watch to someone else and he is telling me he doesn't honor my receipt.

My grandfather passed away and left me his Rolex. It wasn't working and i didn't know what the problem was. The watch maker at Time's square diagnosed the problem very quickly and quoted a very reasonable price compared to the rolex service center. I was super happy and it’s still working to this day. Gone back many times since and they’ve always left a lasting impression. Highly suggest them, two thumbs up!

Came in with a repair for my Seiko. Was greeted by the salesperson. He identified the problem and had the issue fixed by their watchmaker. Was done without missing my watch. Love these guys!

I love this place! I cant even remeber how long my family and i been going here, i reckon over 25 some odd years at this point! They've always been honest and up front with me and over the years ive recommned them to many. Ive had batterys done, watches and jewellery fixed and made many purchases all of which my experiences have been admirable. At the time of writing this they've moved to a new loacation which is by all means quite the upgrade!

Philip is the kindest! He changed 2 watch batteries for me a few weeks ago and later changed a strap and replaced the battery in a 3rd watch. When one of the original 2 stopped working, he took a look, figured out the problem (one of the small arrows had fallen off and was catching on the main arrows) and fixed it free if charge. Thank you Philip!
