This
clinic
cares
more
about
making
money
then
it
does
about
the
care
of
the
animals.
I
have
been
coming
here
for
over
10
years
this
is
my
second
pet
with
them.
The
clinic
used
to
be
about
providing
good
quality
care
now
they
just
care
about
charging
for
everything
because
people
are
starting
to
realize
there
meds
are
3
times
the
cost.
That
if
you
drive
15
mins
down
the
road
to
the
pet
pharmacy
in
Thornhill
you
can
save
2/3
of
the
cost.
If
I
could
give
a
negative
rating
I
would.
So
disheartening
to
see
the
love
for
animals
gone
in
this
vet
office.
Highly
recommend
going
some
place
that
is
for
animals
and
not
just
for
profits.

REPLY
Thank
you
for
your
response
to
my
feedback.
I
would
like
to
first
note
to
all
readers
of
this
review,
the
only
reason
I
received
a
call
and
voicemail
was
because
as
you
said
in
your
voicemail
"
I
left
a
bad
google
review
for
your
clinic
that's
why
your
calling".
I
expressed
my
concern
and
shock
that
this
clinic
feels
the
need
to
charge
$29
plus
tax
per
item
that
requires
a
prescription.
As
per
the
VET
I
saw
that
continually
suggested
more
and
more
drugs
I
realized
your
clinic
was
going
to
charge
$145
plus
tax
for
a
prescription
because
your
cost
of
meds
are
2
x
times
higher
then
all
your
competitors.
As
per
your
VET
it
is
clinic
policy
to
write
each
drug
on
its
own
piece
of
paper
so
the
clinic
can
charge
per
item.
This
has
never
been
in
the
case
in
the
past.
Also
the
cost
for
a
single
prescription
has
increased
50%
in
a
one
year
span.
Didn't
know
paper
costs
increased
so
much
with
inflation.
So
to
write
a
reply
stating
you
care
about
your
patients,
clients
and
community
seems
untruthful.
For
if
this
was
the
case
I
would
have
received
a
call
within
a
business
day
as
that
is
what
good
customer
service
entails.
I
find
it
extremely
insulting
that
you
assume
that
clients
who
question
your
pricing
automatically
require
financial
aid.
The
assumption
speaks
volumes
to
the
type
of
"snobby"
atmosphere
the
clinic
has
created.
Never
knew
questioning
pricing
automatically
means
a
client
can
not
afford
services.
Pricing
should
reflect
not
only
the
care
of
the
animals
but
love
and
service
that
is
provided
to
the
pets
and
owners.
Lastly,
pricing
was
a
final
straw
for
me.
Your
office's
poor
communication,
and
lack
of
transparency
during
Covid-19
also
lead
me
to
seek
out
another
clinic
that
truly
cares
about
the
animals
not
just
their
bank
account.
