    Rise Training Club makes me actually want to go to the gym! Trainer Andy is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I love that he can individualize or modify exercises as necessary, even within group training sessions. Definitely worth checking out!

    Best place in the GTA to get a pump! Andy is an amazing trainer who pushes you to the limit and patiently supports you throughout your fitness journey. Highly recommend both the trainer and the location!

    I recently tried there one week unlimited trial for $40, and I’m really glad I did! I really enjoyed the variety of the workouts and the small group sizes. Definitely coming back for more classes in the future!

    Highly recommend Rise if you’re looking for a place to stay consistent with your fitness and work towards your goals. Small format class makes for a very private feel. It was been really fun trying new types of equipment in both the strength and conditioning classes. Trainers are friendly and so motivating! Very glad I found this new spot to train.

    Amazing gym with great environment and intense training. I personally enjoyed the workout classes as it was a great way to get fit with a team and others motivating you! I came here to improve my fitness, strength and stamina as an athlete.

    The best gym! Super supportive and motivating community. In the past, I struggled to stay consistent with work outs and going to the gym but Rise changed that by providing small group class with supportive and friendly people. They provide set/planned work outs to always keep you on track! Amazing gym and would strongly recommend trying this place out! Also a bonus that Andy brings his pup Theo to the gym for snuggles and extra motivation to come in!

    Awesome place to get back in shape! Highly recommend. Owners/Trainers: Professional and do a great job of keeping their clients accountable to their goals Gym: Clean and with all the equipment you will ever need. Programing: Good mix of personal training and group classes that can met a variety of people's fitness goals. Smaller classes so more personal attention. Don't waste your time or money at big box gyms.

    Been training with Andy for over 3 months. He is very professional and great at keeping every workout interesting and fun. I will continue to train with him throughout my pregnancy as he has helped me regain core strength after my last pregnancy.

    Andy has also pushed me through my shoulder impingement issues. My mobility is back to 100% and am lifting more than ever! The owner Andy has built an incredible training community and makes you feel like old friends every time you’re in the gym!

    I’ve been going to RISE for about two years now and it gave me the tools I needed to not only be more comfortable at the gym, but to enjoy it as well. The small group sizes offer a sense of community with people that encourage and push you regardless of your starting point.The sign ups force you to go when you don’t feel like it that day. The trainers are also so attentive and mix up the programming so it’s easy to just come to the gym and trust you’ll have a meaningful workout. In times that I’ve been unable to do what the rest of the class can do, they’ve been quick to offer an alternative that is stillchallenging. On the other hand, they know my ability and tendencies so well, they know how to push me when I’m slacking or know when I’m prone to reverting to bad habits in form. Beyond the physical gym, Andy has been helping me fix my eating habits in a way that allows me to still feel like I’m a living, social being. Multiple challenges (and verbal reminders) also encourage me to get up from my desk job and move throughout the day. I highly recommend RISE for anyone who wants a change in lifestyle but wants a better experience of what a gym could be.

    Started coming to Rise during the pandemic in 2021 when they were holding outdoor classes and loved it!! I’ve been a member ever since and also brought along a few other people to this amazing gym!! Getting stronger with every class and that’s all due to great training, great coaches & great members!! Always getting motivated to challenge ourselves!! Love this place!! Best decision I made!!

    The environment and employees at Rise are extremely welcoming. The coaches make you feel comfortable in an environment that can initially be intimidating to many. It is a great place to start ones gym/wellness journey- in the most comfortable and fun way ever! Highly recommend.

    I have only been at Rise for a short time. I have enjoyed the personal attention they have given me. The small classes are like you have a personal trainer focused on you. The people I have met are so very nice and welcoming. Love it!

    Andy's passion for helping others is clear from the moment you walk in the door. The community is great with people coming from all across the GTA. The equipment is top notch. This is truly a place where health and self improvement are celebrated, and you really owe it to yourself to check it out!

    This review is LONG overdue. My partner and I have been going to rise for over 1.5 years now. All of the trainers at Rise are truly amazing and become an integral part of our lives. It was really hard for us to find consistency when it comes to working out. The trainers at Rise changed this for us. I personally love the variety in work outs and it is truly never dull moment. Enough about the trainers, the Rise^ community is extremely inclusive whether you are new to working out or trying to become a stronger version of yourself. It sounds crazy, but Rise^ truly changed our lives for the better. We can’t be more thankful for all that they do.

    The trainers at this facility are amazing - they care about you and want to see you succeed. They offer classes and personal training, and create a safe space so that people always feel welcome. The owner, Andrew, is always flexible with his schedule; working with him has shown his true compassion and drive for what he does. I live downtown but the drive to Rise Training Club is definitely worth it! I recommend all friends & family to Rise.

    I've been training with RISE for a year and it's completely changed my outlook on what I can achieve with my personal goals. Andy does an amazing job fostering a real sense of community and motivating you to want to beat your own personal bests. Up until last year, I've never been able to find consistency with any training or exercise routine. With RISE, I'm going every week, 3x week, and genuinely looking forward to it. The trainers are knowledgeable, take the time to explain and correct your form or help you get the best out of an exercise, care about you, and want to see you succeed. Joining RISE has been the most impactful decision I've made in the last year.

There are limited amount of walk-in activities. Most are pre registrations. There are some family swim days which are walk-in.
