Transcorp Hilton hotel is a very good place to visit, they have very good amenities, their service is top notch (great room service, 24/7 customer care, their in-house games are accessible, compliment breakfast.), They serve great and tasty meals for family and cooperate body visiting. Their staff are highly polite, friendly and helpful. All their service such as restaurant, gym, pool, bar are top notch. There are options for recreational sports such as football, basketball, tennis, volleyball and more. Their art gallery are exquisite. In a nutshell Transcorp is a great place to lodge or to take your family to getaway from the day to day work, I enjoy my time at the hotel. When talking about security, Hilton hotel have the best. We had problem getting a parking space on time because the place was busy but their security guard was of a great help directing us on how to go because their packing lot was big and are sectional so we had to leave where we were and get another place where we were directed. a lot of space to park your car, also has a parking space dedicated for wheel cheer users. They put everyone in mind because the facility is accessible by disabled veterans also.

Very nice, this hotel is one of the best in Abuja. I highly recommend it. Some parts of the hotel are a little dated but well kept and clean.

I have stayed here a few times and I always find it a good experience. The ambience is aesthetically pleasing with a lot of green areas within the surrounding. The sitting areas are nice and the check in is always smooth. The security gives one some satisfaction that the place is safe and virtually all the staff are professional in their behavior. There is really nothing exceptional about the rooms in my opinion when one considers the price but it’s comfortable and always clean. The buffet restaurant has a lot of variety to cater for a wide range of food preferences and I always enjoy the food. The pool area is my favorite chill spot at night but there was a time they had mosquitoes almost everywhere outside that made it uncomfortable for me to stay there for extended periods. I spoke to the manager about it and she said they were doing something about it and it was different on a subsequent visit. They also have a few clubs/bars with arrays of music at night. Overall, I like to stay here and I’d recommend.

I enjoyed myself though I didn't really like the food. There was a wide variety but it was somewhat lacking in the exceptionally delicious department I was expecting, especially considering the comparatively high cost when compared with hotels in the same class. I did give that feedback, and I hope something is done about it. The rooms and public areas were fantastic in terms of ambience, and I was able to work in a relaxed state. My visit coincided with some upgrade they were running on the in room TV information and entertainment system, so that was also a bit of a let-down. Overall, it's a great stay for business and leisure dampened by some issues that could do with some improvement with just a little effort. P.S. Did I mention a great selection of art on display and for sale? Loved that part.

Obviously one of the best places in terms of hospitality in Abuja. The sculptures at the water fountain were indeed superb and I was fortunate to be there when another sculpture, THE FACE was donated to the hotel management. However, take note of the parking tickets, it is affordable anyway. But the service, environment, location and security - top notch.

When I arrived at the hotel at 12:15 AM, I was told that my room had been canceled due to no advance payment. My company has an agreement that this should not be done (advance payment), but instead, a fee applies in case of a no-show. Then, a room was available after all, but allegedly not yet ready. Since I only wanted 4 hours of sleep, I mentioned that I only need a room, a bathroom, and an A/C. As a result, a room was made available, but they initially wanted to charge almost double. I questioned this, and the original price was eventually honored. During checkout, there were issues with processing the Hilton Honors card. The day before, it was said that there wouldn't be a problem, even if the bill would be invoiced to the company, etc. - more delays on the departure day after a short night. However, miraculously, everything was sorted out eventually. I had the same experience the last time I was there. Friendly (that´s the one star) but highly unprofessional behavior, which is why I cannot recommend the hotel, unfortunately. Since this is the second time from two stays, I don't believe that this feedback will in any way contribute to quality assurance or improvement.

BUSINESS SUITE #524 The room smelled of toilets but looked clean. It took a lot of effort to flush in the toilet (a child can't do it) because the flush button didn't work properly and the water didn't flow in the right amount. The water in the bath and bidet drained slowly. One of the cupboards smelled very bad and there was no iron in it. On the day of check-in, we were sent a compliment in the form of a chocolate bar and coconut balls. Even if you turn off the air conditioner, the temperature in the room does not drop below 23 degrees. The kitchen in the room is old and empty (no utensils, plates or pots). The buffet in the restaurant is varied, but local dishes prevail. Great selection of desserts and it's really worthy of praise! The staff at the hotel are very courteous. The bed in the room was spacious with a good mattress and linens, but the pillowcases on the pillows were larger.

I decided to spend my anniversary staycation at the Hilton Transcorp. I’ve stayed at Hilton numerous times judging by how much I always enjoy my visit. I’ve seen different styles of rooms and they’re all spacious and comfortable. My September visit was memorable. The Diamond staff member, Divine, was super kind and easy to work with. She catered to my concerns and made me feel “valued” as a customer. When I had a few complaints about the initial room I was in, I was switched to another room immediately. Her customer service is superb. The staff manager, Kenneth, was also a dream to work with. As a manager he is approachable and his customer service is extraordinary. I’ve seen him keep great composure too! Overall my stay at the Hilton has been excellent. I’ve just booked another stay in the upcoming weeks!

Transcorp Hilton is a very nice place for both business and private engagements. The environment is serene and neat, the staff are professional, the rooms are posh, tidy, and well maintained. I would recommend it for any body that can afford their premium services. The place is quite very busy but you might not notice because of the efficiency in service delivery. Won't be bad for weekend getaway even with the family

Very lovely and secured Hotel. Good ambience and polite staff. Lots of room options to choose from ranging from single rooms to suites. Good varieties of tasty meals with options for vegetarians, suitable for family visits of all age. It also has a big swimming pool and very spacious with a smaller pool for kids. Transcorp Hilton Abuja also has a well secured parking space for more than 1000 cars as well as dedicated parking space for the disabled/wheel cheer users. Easy use of all facilities within the hotel premises by wheel chair users and disabled. Lots of recreational sports options ranging from badminton, lawn tennis, basketball, table tennis, football etc. Multiple spacious halls for events of all sorts. A functional night club and Karoke lounge. Also a big arts an crafts market within the hotel compound for unique Nigerian souvenirs.

I had an awesome experience in this hotel. Rooms great and clean. Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Location great. My daughter and I had fun overload during the Easter at Transcorp Hilton Abuja. Exceptional Hotel within Nigeria!

The place is welcoming and the security officers are very customer friendly. I asked for a direction I did not know and the officer in charge showed me the way happily. The place is beautiful and accommodating and also comfortable to stay. The experience was wonderful.

Best experience so far in Abuja. I only tried the pool and restaurants so I am not rating the rooms. The place is huge and offers many food options. I went for the pool and realised that the hotel was an attraction by itself, with shops, bars, banks. The staff is very good. The food was very good despite some steep prices. Highly recommended for an afternoon by the pool if you’re in Abuja during the weekend

I didn't lodge room to rate it but attended an event at the hotel and I love the experience I had there. The road network within the premises, the parking space and green environment are all noteworthy. I also love the fact that it has almost any service that a traveler would need their. Telecommunications, banking, flight, boutique etc. Are all within the premises of the hotel. Their buffet food has more than enough variety to choose from.

The property was huge and had absolutely everything on site. From cellphone companies to exchange bureaus to a hand craft village to a casino and night club. To top it off, the hotel staff were extremely politely and helpful. I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it's a wonderful venue to host a conference or just enjoy a relaxing vacation with friends or family.

It is really a five star world-class hotel. From the parking lot to the foyer, well spaced. The receptionist, the attendants and the security guards, all were very polite. A lot of business activities ongoing there. Grill lodge with various types of dishes. Boast of a variety of guest from local to international. Also has a floor where airline agents and flights can be booked. It is a great place to visit, as a lot of sights to behold can be found there. Highly recommended. Wonder works of art could be seen just before you approach the first floor.

If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to stay, this is NOT it. While the rooms are decent, the atmosphere is not. They have loud blaring music every night that can be heard in the rooms. It seems they are more concerned with having a party , night club setting than a decent hotel. With the name and room prices of Hilton, you would think it would be nicer. The service in the restaurant is horrible and the food is substandard. Stay here and you will pay Hilton prices with a Motel 6 experience.

It's a good hotel and welcoming but I think more services should be in place . For example the pool side needs floaters for non swimmers that want to relax.

Big room well equipped for a good sleep and stay. The hotel is well secured, and quite some amenities (big pool, tennis court, gym room, meeting rooms, shops, bar/night club and different restaurants. Staff is nice and professional though room service can be slow. Check-in and check-out can take a while if you have a Mastercard so you better have a Visa card as well (just in case).

Very busy and almost feels crowded. The Bukka restaurant is quite good with wide variety of food. I particularly enjoyed the seafood soup. The staff is courteous and polite. The hotel sits on a large parcel of land, with ample parking space. The security at the entrances are good and the presence of security personnel's gives a relaxing feeling.

Nice, neat and well maintained hotel with almost 900 rooms. Lovely serene environment with so many things to do for the entire family. The workers are quite courteous and helpful too. It's bed and breakfast (with several local & continental buffer choices) but quite pricey...... though the services are commendable. It's usually fully booked, so it's necessary to book way ahead. Transcorp Hilton exemplifies the culture of Nigerian people who are friendly and accessible. Hilton staff in everywhere in the property were excellent in their positions. From the parking attendants to people in restaurants and to the staff in the front desk, everyone was cordial and effective. Mr Gambo at front desk exhibited the Hilton Staff quality. The band and music in lounge and bars were diverse. I will definitely stay here during my next trip.

I was here for dinner at Fulani Pool Bar and I had a good time. I also enjoyed my meal which unfortunately I have gotten it's name. 🤦🏽‍♀️ For drink, I had Chapman. Beautiful Aesthetic and warm ambience 🥰♥️. There are numerous businesses running in Transcorp.. I'm certain I would visit often and try other services.

Transcorp Hilton is a world-class hotel with the most magnetic scenery one can imagine. The whole ambience smirks of class. From the gate to the entrance and to the lobby, you have a sense of class. It's beautiful. It's awesome!

I had dinner at their Zuma grill located inside the main building. Their service is highly commendable. Their food is absolutely delicious and the best part is that it's prepared as soon as you order. Takes about 30 minutes but it's absolutely amazing. The calming piano playing and singer is a wonderful attraction and keeps you occupied while your food is being prepared. Overall, a good place to stay as well.

Transcorp Hilton is a great hotel if you want good safety and a luxurious stay. As luxurious as it gets in Abuja! The reception and concierge service is great and the overall staff in the lobby areas are very friendly! The suya grill restaurant near the poolside could do with better staff that have some more etiquette than trying to clear a plate full of fries and not even a hint of a smile on their face! The food is way below average and not worth the price AT ALL. The pizza was horrible - no taste, no salt, unnecessary low quality toppings. The breakfast staff are super friendly and smiling always which was pleasant to be around. The rooms and bathrooms are great - they have really maintained the standards through the years and you can tell they have been doing constant renovations through the years. Something that REALLY upset me is the fact that my pillow case had holes in them. You cannot be paying the price we paid per night and have such a standard- it is completely unacceptable in my opinion. I don't think I've ever really experienced this before in a hotel of the same standard. Lastly, the room service is insanely slow. They will say 45 minutes and then not pick up your calls until it is way past 45 minutes and will only pick up once the waiter is on his way to your room :) so keep an hour and a half at your disposal if you want to order room service! Additionally I'd like to add that Abayomi from Fulani Bar is really good at his work and was a breath of fresh air when it came to hospitality at transcorp restaurants!

I went with colleagues for a lunch, the decor was wow, the African cuisine was bottom pot tasty. Real African not intercontinental bring forced to look African. I really enjoyed the meal.

If you are not coming to Abuja to party, book a room that is *not* pool-side so that you won't have to abide room-shaking bass coming from the pool bar from 3pm to 11pm every day. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are well appointed. As other reviewers have mentioned, food options at the hotel are limited and overpriced for the quality. Security is professional, as are the hotel staff.

The environment is serene, very large and has different sections, rooms and halls. The hotel has very great architectural looks, The waterfall is beautiful especially at night and taking pictures there will not be a bad idea. They also have a series of rest rooms in strategic places to enable you to convenient yourself as you don't need to rush back to your room to ease yourself. The security is tight and very guaranteed as from the gate you could even see security dogs beside the security men searching cars , before entering. It is one of the beautiful and great hotel to visit in FCT/Abuja

Eating buffets is always nice and educative experience at the Hilton, showing you food as an art - while taking on a journey to the different cultures around the world, but sadly unpleasant if you can't afford it at checkout. Again, some foods like baby corn and Chinese bamboo no be for humans e suppose be. 😆

Let’s talk about how this hotel is seated. My expectation I was super skeptical about bookin the Transcorp Abuja. Just because of the bad review that I’ve read. But trust me 100%. This is one of the best Hilton have been to in the world after visiticountry I’ve come to the conclusion that this hotel should be the number one Hilton in the world. Each and every staff are on top of their game checking in was super easy really amazing with nice welcome. The most interesting part is my room my room feels like Heaven kept asking myself if the Hilton? the room was so cozy. The bed was so comfortable pillows were amazing room was super super Duper clean Smells so fresh. It feels really like home. The cleaners did an amazing job. They clean the rooms every day and their supervisors monitor them just so to make sure the rooms are properly clean with every spot properly taken out. Breakfast was one of the best part doing my stay the ladies at the breakfast were really nice Elizabeth was my favorite. She was a good and very patient always smiling and always ready to help . The poolside was beautiful. The bartender at the poolside is amazing. Hotel is definitely 10/10 when I had a problem with my refrigerator. It took them three minutes to get it fixed. They were very ready to help always ready to listen. This is worth every penny that I spent. I am very happy with the team. I’m very happy with the services and thank you. Once again Hilton for your hospitality. I am definitely coming back.

I believe Transcorp Hilton is the Africa (I know, I know, I haven't travelled outside Nigeria yet to make this lind of claim, but you get the point😂). Am into hospitality business but I must say have got lots of things to learn from the Staffs in Transcorp, well trained Staffs, the check-in was smooth thanks to the humble receptionists, about the food, being a typical Nigerian lady who's has never been outside the country before I don't know most of them 😁 but I enjoyed myself anyways, can't wait to go back, Cocktails is what I have in mind when next I visit God's will. For anyone coming to abuja I recommend Transcorp 👌 I promise you won't regret it.

Updating my views. Had an amazing time this weekend. Birthday was on the 15th September stayed at the Hilton Abuja beautiful experience. Service was top notch, got a birthday cake from them😀lovely cake. Housekeeper her name was Sunshine super nice, Long story made short, beautiful experience. Rooms are clean, smells nice, service good, staff are polite. Food good. Please keep it up.

Extremely high prices for a below-average hotel experience; but the security is pretty good. Very limited options for food at the restaurants onsite, but there are some nice spots scattered around to meet guests. The pool bar is usually playing VERY LOUD music in the evening, so it's difficult to carry on a discussion. Compared to other global hotels of this price range, there are a lot of maintenance issues, rips, tears, stains, loud pipes, etc. However, I was told that this is the best hotel in Abuja, so this Hilton seems to have little reason to improve.

We came here to buy some dollars. Enjoy the cafe and had a buffet breakfast. It's a nice place to chill and have a good time. Definitely a place should visit in Abuja.

Great place to stay when in Abuja. Facilities are excellent and very clean. Multiple options for food. Rooms were kept clean every day. Stella in Suya Terrace looked after us very well every day and catered to our every request quickly, going above and beyond to meet our needs.

One of the best 5 star hotel in Nigeria. I fell in love with the ambience. The life band at Capitol bar made my night, I will say that was my highlight. Customer service was very satisfactory, looking all dashing in their uniform and willing to help out.

Huge hotel. Many rooms to manage but there was no delay with anything that I requested. Rooms are having a bit of an old smell but amenities are good enough.

If you ever get a chance to travel to the motherland this hotel is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place to a friend, it's clean safe and it's family friendly ... you name it...

What is there say really except they have been able to maintain the worl class standard they've been known for over the years .... with quite a few bells and whistles added to the ordering system... took a while adjusting to ordering on the TV but it was very effective. Took almost 40mins for the meal to arrive though but it was so delicious I forget all about that. Security has also been stepped up in compliance with covid-19 safety procedures.

Hilton looks better than ever, the rooms are spacious, have the right amount of light and clean to a fault. The food isn’t all that, they could really do some major adjustments. Interior ad view is top notch.

My family and I decided to spend the new year holiday at the Hilton, Abuja since we could not travel because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our stay so far has been quite pleasant, the rooms are clean and some of the staff are very friendly. I said some because I experienced a few that were not so pleasant. Samuel at the front desk was very friendly, exceptionally helpful with the check in and check out process. Sadly, I am not pleased with the quality of food. The breakfast buffet and dinner had a wide variety of options but the food didn't taste amazing or feel like it was good value for money. I tried to order from room service and ordered club sandwich, fries and spicey chicken wings. The fries were very cold and tasted like something that had been fried since earlier in the day, also we could barely eat the chicken and club sandwich. I wish the management would look into the quality of food because this is the only international hotel available in Abuja. I will be having lunch at the fulani bar this afternoon...fingers crossed the steak will taste just as it looks In the pictures online. I will share an update on the rest of my holiday. **update We couldn’t try out the food at the Fulani bar because the crowd was too much and I guess this is because it is the holiday season. We ended up ordering room service and the food was just as bland.

Possibly one of the best all round and all inclusive hotels in Nigeria. Excellently maintained and purpose built for comfort. Reception and general areas can get a bit busy at night, but it does takeaway from the overall experience.

Great experience but at a mighty price. Its like living in a small town with all the amenities under one roof. Staff service around the hotel excellent, poolside not so much and stretched when busy. It never sleeps and there an interesting night life.

It's Transcorp. The chances of you getting disappointed is pretty small, so small... Cozy, really cozy, comfortable rooms... dynamic in nature, great bathrooms... You can survive in your room. The view from the window when you are high up is breathtaking. Make sure you spend a night here

The property is big and deserve to be one of the best star hotel in Abuja. One of the happening place with lot of activities. The food is good and the ambience is worth visiting

Totally love the environment. Great customer relations, aesthetically appealing environment and the total pack for complete relaxation and fun activities.

The bed 🙌🙌 but the food is pricy for an average person like me 😏. Also, (the guys usually in red) needs to do better in assisting people checking out of the hotel. I hope this is improved though cos I’m coming back 🙂😏

I can say this is the busiest hotel in Abuja. Trying to find a parking space during workdays can be a nightmare. As someone that did internship in the hotel in the 90's what impress me is the effort the hotel management put in maintaining the standard of hotel facilities. The food taste below average for me with the exception of their Suya Pizza.

One of the best option in Abuja.... But quite expensive. Essentials like comb and dental kit were not available but they provided it when requested. Good breakfast with lots of options. The room which I got had iron (with stand) and coffee/tea set up available.

Still amongst the top rated for the city, in my opinion. One-stop hub for all things hospitality: comfy rooms, accessible in-house services, customer care that's 24/7, reliable concierge services, access to in-house games courts, the pool, gym, restaurants, bar, a complimentary breakfast spread that's a true smogarsbord of Intercontinental+ Nigerian servings, the luncheons and buffets, and my recent favorite, the view of the city from the newly renovated rooms... The range of activities on the weekend, from the sip-and-paint, to dance classes, art exhibitions and culture nights, is hard to rival. Great service. At a price 😌😎

Whilst the hotel itself had good amenities, the quality of service by staff was appalling. Right from check-in to post check-out. The check in process was appalling, whilst I understand that they were busy on the particular day, a lot of errors where made which led to being charged twice and still haven’t been able to get my money back. No one is willing to communicate internally I had to request the receipt from the front desk to send to the department that deals with credit payment and despite receipt evidence they’re still insisting on charging for no show on a cancelled reservation. And God forbid you’re sitting by the bar or the pool side by yourself as a solo black female then you’ll not get any service from any of the wait staff (apparently it because every black female in are apparently escorts). For all the 4/5 stars hotel I’ve stayed this is definitely the worse experience I can remember.

Nice place to stay at the city center. Good buffet lunch and dinner at the restaurants.

This is a good hotel. However, I feel that a life of luxury should be accompanied with some level of empathy for humanity. There should be consideration for certain instances and everything shouldn't be about what one brings(money). If we care about other's, the world will be better. Business is business, but also, humanity matters. Shalom!

It's really a nice place even though it just the first time I visit it. The place is okay with it security system management and have enough parking lots. Have different kitchen for different varieties of food and has a good restaurants. The outer part of it may need renovation like painting the walls to make it appealing to the eye.

I have never stayed in the hotel so cannot comment on the rooms. Food is good but was rather spicy for my taste. Staff are Always pleasant. This is a fairly busy hotel with people checking in and out. Also people stopping off for a bear or coffees.

Location excellent, Rooms are always in excellent condition, Services are amazingly beautiful, Staff members are full of smiles ever willing to help, asking questions to be sure you are okay. This was even better when when you get text messages from the customer service center asking if you need anything else that will make your stay a lot more comfortable.

I was in Transcorp Hilton between 19th to 24th February 2024. Despite the initial hiccup of not being checked in on time, I must say that I had an exciting experience. Most of the staff were very polite and attended to guests in a professional manner. I took special notice of: (1) Stella who works at the Suya hut section (outdoor) - her swiftness in rendering quality service and ability to remain cool during periods of high customers demand is very commendable. She is an asset to Transcorp Hilton. (2) Safiya who works at the front desk - her approach to dealing with guests (from my experience) is also quite commendable. She should keep up the good work.
