Friday
I
ordered
this
laptop
and
I
was
given
one
that
upon
opening
I
realized
was
second
hand
as
all
the
software
was
already
expired
or
was
about
to
expire.
I
came
back
to
the
store
and
was
told
that
it
was
my
fault
I
didn't
check
it
when
I
got
the
product
and
that
they
installed
stuff.
I
told
them
I
never
even
asked
them
to
set
it
up
for
me
and
to
be
honest
it
was
set
up
28
days
ago
and
I
just
ordered
that
day.
I
had
a
very
long
argument
and
the
people
standing
at
the
counter
were
not
helpful
at
all.
I
have
their
names
but
not
mentioning
due
to
privacy.
They
kept
on
saying
all
the
new
ones
are
already
sold
and
therefore
they
can't
replace
although
the
website
showed
there
was
still
stock
in
the
shop
and
I
ordered
the
product
to
show
them
that
I
can
still
order
but
they
kept
on
claiming
their
system
is
not
correct
and
that
the
delivery
will
be
cancelled
in
an
hour
or
so
once
we
realize
that
the
stock
isn't
there
(while
in
2
hours
after
I
left
the
shop
I
even
got
a
confirmation
that
I
can
pick
it
up).
It
was
a
plain
lie
as
to
be
very
honest
I
would
not
expect
such
a
company
to
have
an
inaccurate
stock
system.
The
argument
went
on
for
a
bit
and
only
when
they
noticed
that
the
other
people
waiting
in
the
queue
are
becoming
aware
of
the
whole
story
they
called
their
manager
who
in
the
first
place
made
the
same
story
and
blamed
me
for
not
checking
it
but
I
kept
on
asking
for
the
new
product
as
he
even
suggested
me
to
buy
the
Microsoft
office
separately
if
the
one
in
the
laptop
was
expired.
It
was
so
surprising
that
I
was
actually
asking
for
a
new
laptop
for
which
I
had
paid!
I
then
showed
him
the
condition
of
the
box
and
told
him
I
was
wrong
to
trust
Media
Markt
that
they
will
sell
me
the
new
product.
I
also
checked
online
and
noticed
that
in
Germany
they
had
sold
second
hand
mobiles.
I
find
it
very
frustrating.
I
had
an
exam
that
day
and
I
was
mentally
very
stressed
because
of
this
2
hour
long
discussion.
Finally
they
accepted
and
gave
me
the
laptop.
I
still
feel
I
should
have
been
compensated
for
the
trouble
they
caused
me
as
the
travel
back
and
forth
to
the
store
only
took
2
extra
hours
and
plus
this
additional
noise
made
the
whole
day
dark.
I
used
to
be
a
loyal
customer
of
the
store
but
I
doubt
if
I
will
go
there
again!
