    Friendly staff but, negative point is you have to wait for someone to help you. Sometimes takes lil long! For the rest a nice shop

    They sold me an incomplete product on discount that was a showroom model. Had to go back and request for the missing parts. They said it'll arrive in 2 days. Went back and checked. They had received a reply asking for more info about the missing parts. So, in fact, they didn't send the proper info about which parts were missing, even though I stated clearly what I needed. So now they say they've finally ordered them. Now it's been more than a week since that order. I called a few days back, a nice person informs me about the state of the request, says it's processing. Called a few days later, another person answers and even though I give the same order number, she can't find it on the system. I call again the next day, the person answering now says she can't even check this info, that I have to go to the store. It's been 2 weeks since I've ordered an unusable item because of their incompetence on selling. Be aware when buying items on discount from their showrooms, they'll do anything to sell you something even it has missing parts that make it unusable. Needless to say, I'm not buying anything else from this store unless it's a minor thing (batteries, cable, mouse, etc).

    No one helps, you have to wait God knows how long in line for service and the only answers you get is more problems to solve by running around in circles.

    On the black Friday I ordered this laptop and I was given one that upon opening I realized was second hand as all the software was already expired or was about to expire. I came back to the store and was told that it was my fault I didn't check it when I got the product and that they installed stuff. I told them I never even asked them to set it up for me and to be honest it was set up 28 days ago and I just ordered that day. I had a very long argument and the people standing at the counter were not helpful at all. I have their names but not mentioning due to privacy. They kept on saying all the new ones are already sold and therefore they can't replace although the website showed there was still stock in the shop and I ordered the product to show them that I can still order but they kept on claiming their system is not correct and that the delivery will be cancelled in an hour or so once we realize that the stock isn't there (while in 2 hours after I left the shop I even got a confirmation that I can pick it up). It was a plain lie as to be very honest I would not expect such a company to have an inaccurate stock system. The argument went on for a bit and only when they noticed that the other people waiting in the queue are becoming aware of the whole story they called their manager who in the first place made the same story and blamed me for not checking it but I kept on asking for the new product as he even suggested me to buy the Microsoft office separately if the one in the laptop was expired. It was so surprising that I was actually asking for a new laptop for which I had paid! I then showed him the condition of the box and told him I was wrong to trust Media Markt that they will sell me the new product. I also checked online and noticed that in Germany they had sold second hand mobiles. I find it very frustrating. I had an exam that day and I was mentally very stressed because of this 2 hour long discussion. Finally they accepted and gave me the laptop. I still feel I should have been compensated for the trouble they caused me as the travel back and forth to the store only took 2 extra hours and plus this additional noise made the whole day dark. I used to be a loyal customer of the store but I doubt if I will go there again!

    Terrible customer service. We bought a TV with a delivery and asked the customer service to tell the delivery person to call us 1h before they arrive to our address. THey said that they will forward the message. They obviously didn't do it and we missed the delivery. Delivery person didn't leave any note on where the TV is or when it will be delivered again, we didn't receive any email either. We called customer service and after 1h of waiting they finally picked up and they told us to go to the store to reschedule the delivery (which they said that it "should" be possible, not that it is). We can't they do it on the phone?! I don't want to waste a few hours and drive many kilometers just to reschedule the delivery! TERRIBLE. I'm not going to buy there ever again!

    This is a problem that I always suffer from when I come to Media Market and I want to go to a specific shelf and I want to inquire about a specific need. I do not find the specialized employee in his place and I search for him and ask about him. No one answers me. I mean some, not all. If I find him, he talks to me arrogantly. I will enter into a discussion with him, and I hope that these matters will be overcome for the public interest. I wish everyone success and a happy year for everyone
