Food is consistent with other Outbacks, good quality meats, great selections on the menu...but service is SLOW! Why is service slow in Brazil?

Such an amazing experience. Had a blast eating Australian bread, baby ribs and a huge onion (Outback's signature, honey). Highly recommend.

I was fine with the 30 minute wait for a table for two. But then there was a 30 minute wait once we got our table before someone took half our order then rushed away. Ten minutes later we were able to call them over and finish our order. Then waited another 30 minutes for the food to cook and 30 minutes to eat. They never offered refills and apparently water isn’t standard. The servers are very busy so they don’t stop by to see how things are going or if you need anything. We had to grab one as he was rushing by to ask for a cup of water. They never brought out one of the five items we ordered but it took so long we didn’t care. On top of this there were two service fees on our receipt including a 14% hospitality charge.

Went on a dinner date here and there was a futbol game. Great atmosphere and there were several birthdays. Also, make sure you try the fries with cheese and bacon!
