Extremely friendly and helpful staff, knowledgeable and not pushy. They genuinely care about your situation and aren't simply trying to rip you off. Also, their opening hours are extremely helpful. If you're looking for a pet supply shop open on the weekends, this is for you!

My original revue was 5 stars but I have to change it. Since we are now almost beginning year 3 of the Coronavirus pandemic, you would think that people would be so fed up with masks that want to do everything in their power to get rid of covid in Israel. And yet, the store doesn't enforce the mask mandate, even among their own employees. And they certainly don't enforce it with their customers. Yesterday, I was in the store and reminded the employee and customer who were their about the masks, and the customer put her mask on - ON HER CHIN! and when I pointed out that masks don't work that way, she copped an attitude with me, and the employee just stood there deaf, dumb, and blind, and didn't say a word to her. So I will no longer be able to shop there.

terrible service. Wouldn’t refund even after I gave them the products back. The cashier said he is not authorized to give refunds…. Very not cool and illegal in Israel. Stir clear.
