Is McDonalds, you know, but this place is so dirty and the people aren't friendly! Don't recommend for kids

I love it when corporations like MacDonald's put up customer satisfaction systems up like the one that counts how much time has passed since you've ordered... However; I hate it when the branch manager turns the system of only a minute after ordering. Especially because that made me have to wait for another 5 minutes after marking my order as served.. Feels like this MacDonald's care more about their corporate reputation then they do about infantile things like morals & ethics. Very disappointing.

The worst MC Donald's restaurant I've ever been to. I received my "fast food" Big Mac after about 20 minutes completely cold I wasn't at least warm at all. Also based on the taste of the meat I am guessing it even wasn't grilled only unfroze. Very bad experience.

Mc Donald's are known for their high quality customer service until we visit one of their branches located in Tel Aviv Central Bus station which is a horrible experience. All people are directed by their staffs to use the ordering machine otherwise the staff won't take orders. For example, one old man came in and was asked by the staff to make his orders in that touch screen machine. The old man refused and finally the supposed manager took his order at the cash desk. Another group of customers came in and same staff even asked them to stepped back and gave instructions to make their orders. Lastly, they went back at the cash desk because somehow the ordering machine is working poorly by not accepting Card payment on the first swipe. The worse is that after lining up at the pick up lane.. We were happy how quickly the order number disappeared on their screen because one male staff removed them by pushing a button. It was to make appear that our orders were delivered but we were left waiting. Without asking them, we would not have gotten our order ever. Lady staff on the pickup lane asked us to move to the ordering lane. Got our order and one of mine was totally wrong one. The staff never apoligized. The only Mc Donald's that has no toilet. There is one meant only for disabled people but it's locked.

Horrible customer service. Worst I have had in my 2 weeks in Israel. They would not let us wash our hands in the WC. As a tourist, I took a photo of the menu above the counters because they have things not available in my country and was shouted at by the staff because they ugly girl at the counter thought I was taking her photograph. I explained why I was taking the photo and they forced me to delete it despite the fact that she wasn't in the shot. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

There is no bathroom, tables are left unclean, and they serve burnt bread! If any other fast food place opens there it will be a good business, people only eat at this place because it’s the only one.
